We are very impressed with the honesty and integrity of Lafayette Volkswagen. We worked with them for several days in order to get us in the vehicle that we wanted at the price we wanted. They were very classy from start to finish.Garrett and Alex along with the rest of the crew did a wonderful job and we highly recommend them.

Oscar was amazing! We initially had an appointment for 1:30 that day and arrived at 1 pm. We were thinking, hey, let s just look around. I doubt it would ve been even 6 seconds, he came from inside the dealership and said, Hey guys, how are you doing?! And that was the biggest difference maker for us. We felt at ease as this was my very first time purchasing a car, even through the entire process, Oscar was down to earth and super thorough. I wish that he d get promoted as I d like to see more genuine sales professionals on a regular basis. People buy from people and he treated me like a human being so I felt safe purchasing a car from him. Thank you so much Oscar, I had been driving the same car my whole life before this and now I have something practical that s a better fit for a young professional like me. We really appreciate you alot!

Let s admit it, buying new vehicles and searching for the right one and best deal isn t always at the top of our enjoyment list. However, when you find a dealer who has been incredibly forward and helpful for some time now it makes it all the more fun. We started our search earlier in the year and had been in contact with Nick at Lafayette Volkswagen. We decided to wait it out for the redesigned Atlas model and am glad we did. The staff was incredibly helpful and salesman together did a great job. We had been to a few other dealers before we made this purchase and just felt like we were being pushed around too much. The team here was great to work with and will certainly be getting return business from us in the future.

Amazing dealership would recommend to anyone. They were able to find a car for us even though the one they had sold and drive it 300 miles to their dealership. Very grateful for Sean and Nicholas who made the whole process easy and fast. 100% recommend. Everything went smoothly and wonderful and am very happy with my new car!

The experience was amazing, and if you want my opinion Sean Bolden is your go to guy. He was really nice and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in the door, and he helped me pick out a beautiful car. He s an amazing salesman, and best of all an amazing person.

Oscar was amazing with listening our wants and needs when coming to a car that we had in mind. It was an all day process and then we came to Lafayette Volkswagon. They were able to have us test drive a couple of cars before we went in to start the loan process. Oscar was able to get us in a nice vehicle for an amazing price and preferred payment range! We highly recommend Oscar when looking into buying a new car!

Mike was super! Appreciate his excellent communication and getting my car worked into the schedule.There was a sales associate (female with long hair) who was very kind. I found a used Jetta on their website and stopped in to take a look without an appointment. They were busy and a little understaffed that day but Garrett Clark worked me into the schedule. I was able to test drive the car and made the purchase. Garrett had the car cleaned up and ready a few days later as promised. My experience was very positive. I am very pleased with my car.

While the sales process was veyry good, the service doesn t even qualify for 1 star and I m being generous with 2.I ve had the same issue, reported it to them, drove 45 miles one way they ran diagnostics all the while telling me that I must bring it in when the fault happens. And they require service appointments Monday - Friday, during their open hours.I made the appointment, Michael toldMe that he would have a loaner car for me while they kept my car. Scheduled my visit out so that they could have a loaner ready. I drive all the way to Lafayette arriving 5 minutes before my appointment. They have no loaner, told me I could wait for 1.5 hours for them to run the diagnostic test. Which , btw I told them that the fault wasn t present at the time I was there. The service rep proceeded to say again my only option was to run diagnostics or they could call me when they had a loaner vehicle. I proceeded to say unless something has changed from the last 3-4 conversations I didn t understand why a diagnostic would be beneficial because the fault wasn t happening at the time.They promised to call to reschedule, starting 2 weeks now from that time and not a peep.They don t follow through on their commitments, STAY AWAY, they take your money at time of sale and the service team could care less about following through. You re on your own after they sale you a vehicle. And this was a brand new 2024 Tiguan, no one is willing to help address a warranty issue so what use is a warranty when the selling dealership has no interest in client experience.The experience I ve had with service, nice people but that doesn t FIX the issue. I had hoped this was my last car purchase for awhile. Sadly, not looking that way, I paid over 42k for a lemon. Yes, I m sour.

Sean Bolden is the person to see if you are looking for a new car. Great selection, service department reaches out early to assure convenience in my purchase. Phone contact, and returning voice mails need to be improved, but we do not buy cars on the phone and support staffing is an issue everywhere. Sean is not only a great salesman, but very knowledgeable and supportive after the sale. Best dealership in Lafayette by far

I recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for purchasing a car! Sean, our salesman, was attentive, friendly, not pushy, and all around a terrific person. The management team was also amazing in securing us a vehicle on a tight time schedule! Everyone communicated with us every step of the way! Absolutely will shop there again!

Worked with James Hardman and had a very pleasant experience. He took the time to let me drive the vehicles I was interested in and answered any questions I had with no pressure to shorten up my test drives or choose a vehicle I had already driven.Worked with me to get the price of the vehicle I bought as close to the price I wanted to spend as he could.Over all a great experience

Kelly was a pleasure to work with. Worked tirelessly to find me the right deal. I had been to several other dealerships over the last few months and I didn t get a good feeling or felt like finding the best solution and value for me was valued. That was not the case at Lafayette Volkswagen!

My fianc� and I walked in expecting to just look at cars, but we found our dream car thanks to Sean. He was an amazing salesman, helped guide us in the right direction for the perfect car that would suit what our interests and needs were. If you re looking to buy a car, Sean is the guy you want to help you find what suits you. He is very understanding helpful, not pushy like other dealerships, and overall just someone who you can talk to comfortably without feeling pressured.

Everything about the staff and the service was phenomenal, 5 stars for them all the way. They were quick, polite, and patient. My only complaint would be the waiting area doesn't have any easily accessible outlet locations so doing work for a sustained period while waiting is challenging.

Had a fantastic experience with Garrett and Mike buying a 2024 Cross Sport. After a terrible experience with Tom Wood VW in Indianapolis, Lafayette VW definitely made up for it. They were so much easier to work with, transparent about everything, and listened to what I wanted. I m very happy with my vehicle and how everything was handled. Lafayette VW has really earned my loyalty for future VW purchases!

I had been looking for an Atlas for about a year. I wanted a very specific new one since it was going to probably be my last new car. I told them what I wanted and one day I got a text from Garrett Clark that one had arrived that fit my description. Two days later with no hassle, I drove out with my new Atlas SEL R-line. We were looking to upgrade our vehicle and this 2022 Colorado appeared on the Cars.com search. I made contact with Mason Myers at the dealership, and he was exceptional in helping us close the deal. The morning we drove over to Lafayette rain clouds were gathering, and he pulled the vehicle into the service bay for us to get a good look at it. He was very outgoing and pleasant. I would recommend Mason Myers at the Lafayette VW.

Whoever I just spoke to in the service department was SO rude. I told her to just cancel my service appt and I ll go elsewhere. I know calls are recorded so please listen and give her some training. She said she was the only one there so maybe give her help or help her be more patient and have a better attitude on a Monday morning.

Best dealership in town in my opinion have bought 4 cars between my wife and I and every time we go we get a top of the line salesperson. My latest experience was with Garrett he said he was new but you couldn t tell by how well he did through the whole process.

All the staff I met were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in obtaining the Atlas I wanted.
