Service was completed in timely manner. Service personnel was polite and friendly. I even received a video of my vehicle showing the underside while it was serviced which I never had that done anywhere else before! Really neat to see!

Occasional check engine light was misdiagnosed as a stuck lifter. (After inspected by another ASE mechanic and former GMC employee, I was told there was nothing wrong with my lifters or any other parts involved). I was given an estimate of over 8 thousand dollars. I was told if I continued driving the vehicle this way, my engine would be ruined. Your shop had my truck for 3 weeks trying to figure out if the repair was covered under the warranty. With only 1 exception, I had to make a personal appearance or call into the shop to get any updates. Had to come in a half dozen times and was met with a lazy service advisor with a poor attitude (who was demoted in the middle of the three weeks my truck was with you). And now, even though there was no problem with the lifter, I paid the dealership the 1000 dollars for removing the head, paid for the tow to another shop, and am having to pay them for what they are telling me was a misdiagnosis and an unneeded repair, which in total cost me over 5 thousand dollars. I thought bringing my vehicle to the dealership to be serviced was the best thing I could do to ensure good care of my vehicle. I feel like my trust was violated and I was taken advantage of. I am contacting the better business bureau with this matter. I will tell ANYONE with ears to stay away from your shop.

This was my first visit after buying my new Sierra. The service experience was exceptional. They communicated very well. I had a minor issue with an amenity that they fixed while doing the initial service without charge. I will go there again.

We were very happy with our recent oil change and service. The attendants are very knowledgable and nice. We were so please that Michael, our salesman, actually greeted us and help us navigate through a few questions that we had about our new Acadia. Nice job all around!!!! We recommend you all highly!

We had a great experience at Lafayette Location.Chris Chapman was very helpful &patient with us. He took the time out to find out what was wrong with our GMC Truck. I would definitely will bring my vehicle back to this location for any work need to be done. Thanks GMC Lafayette location for making my family happy by getting us back into our vehicle. Took my truck in to have a new battery installed. After charging it, and performing a load test on it, they told me my current battery was fine. They could've went ahead, and put a new battery in, and I wouldn't have ever known that my original was fine. But, they were honest in their assessment, and stated that they did want to sell me something that I didn't need. Color me impressed.Service: Auto battery maintenance

My salesman Brock Dimmitt went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my 2023 GMC 1500. I had called to check availability. He kept in touch regularly until I was able to come to see the truck. He made the buying process very quick and relatively painless. I will definitely seek him out the next time I m looking for a new vehicle!

I was pleased with the staff in the customer service center. Super friendly and helpful. I did call and talk to the department for parts. First rep was nice and friendly. Second rep was rude and kept cutting me off. Acted like I was a imposition and wasting his time. Never did get my initial question answered.

Took my GMC Acadia in for a thermostat that was defective. They gave me a car that I rented for a week and received my car back in great condition. I appreciate the help and all that was done to make my car safe. Thanks to Sean Benner and Tim Douglas, for all their help.

Oil leak and regular maintenance call. Diagnosed transfer case shaft seal. Staff is always pleasant but communication could be better, especially when using text. I did have to call in a few times during the two weeks the vehicle was there. There was an extra day due to a wrong part ordered. It was an extended warranty and tech missed the email approval (I called warranty company myself and was told the work had been approved a few days before). Email was in SPAM folder.In my opinion there needs to be improvement in service speed and communication. If service will take more than a couple days then a loaner vehicle should be offered. We know by experience that when dropping off vehicle it always gets dragged out for at least a couple of weeks. Also, there should be a daily update on the process a simple text would be good.Overall, pleasant staff and decent service. IMHO, Better than the Chevy dealer down the street!

Interior console lid was sticking a little,Derek, the sales manger took it upon himself to place the repair order. Tony in truck service had me in within in 30 minutes, order part called the next day to install!Tony just knows how to treat people! Got a notice from GM for a recall to add parking assist. Called for appointment ( also needed oil change and tire rotation per service notification). Person indicated could do all. Waited 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation (I promise I could do it my self in 45 minutes max) only to find out you needed to order parts for the recall. Not very happy!

I've always been very pleased with this dealership. However today I was told about a 3 hour time frame so I was given a ride to the mall. Ended up being 6 hours. I tried multiple times calling service department to request a ride back to the dealership but the phone just rang with no one answering. Finally about 2 I reached someone and requested a ride. 1 hour later and still no ride. Called back at 3 or a little later and finally was pick up 3:30ish. Found out from the shuttle driver that he wasn't back on duty until 3....not sure why the service department didn't know that?? Went back to the dealership and when paying found they charged me for my oil change and tire rotation that is included in the maintenance plan I purchased. Normally that wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was just one more thing that made this visit for routine maintenance a very frustrating experience. I'm hoping this was a one off incident that won't happen again for future visits!!! Not Cool!!!Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change
