The service department at Lafayette Cadillac gave me a timely appointment, sent reminders and were ready to service my vehicle when I arrived. They did exactly the work I requested and used my rewards points as I requested to pay part of the bill. They provided transportation from the dealership to my home and back when service was completed. I am totally satisfied with my experience with Lafayette Cadillac Service Department.

I was scheduled for a manufacturer recall and the appoint took less time than they had advised and then they returned my vehicle freshly washed! Exceeded my expectations in every aspect!Well done and thanks!

Didn t have a loaner to drive while we waited on our car. We live 75 miles away. We were dropped off at Cracker Barrel. When we were done called for pick up and we waited 1 1/2 hrs to get picked up. When car was done it wasn t washed like time.

I went in for an oil change and when they called me and presented the bill it was for the oil change! So often there are additional charges but they said they checked everything and I was good to go! Then when I went out to pick up my car, it was sparkling clean! That s what I call SERVICE!

Was in for routine Service. Everything was done well. The washed and cleaned interior. Checked over everything. It took a little longer than expected, but I took a book and read.

I have had all service to my Cadillac done here. It seems it used to be faster. They did take it back in and remove mouse nesting material that had caused the filter fan to become unbalanced and make noise. Highly recommend John Jenkinson (service manager) and Tyler Smith (Cadillac service consultant). They re friendly, helpful and make you feel that your needs and questions are very important to them. John and Tyler are also super at replying back quickly to all phone calls. I ve been bringing my ATS to this dealership for maintenance. The service is always good and fast, the scheduling is flexible. The advisors answer and explain things accurately if you ask questions. Only negative is I was told 30k mile maintenance would take 44-60 min; same as the oil change I initially sought. Nobody in front of me or being serviced at time of arrival. A little over two hours later and I m still waiting. Went to service desk and all of my items were there, waiting and service techs servicing my vehicle already had another up on the lift with tires off. Feel I was forgotten during the 9am transition to other employees.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Had to have new engine module and crankshaft relay replaced and some chewed up wiring by mice. You at Pontiac, Cadillac have our trust as automotive customers we give you this responsibility and trust willingly when we give you our automobiles to repair and put in your hands our automobiles and our hard earned money, alot of us are retired now and are unable to dump alot of money for repairs as we are on limited funds. This is why it is so important for you to be professional and help us get our vehicles repaired as quickly and as inexpensively as you can, these things are our livelihood. Dealership did good job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Sean Benner was outstanding at managing our sudden loss of power in our daughter s 2012 Cadillac SRX on Sunday night. We had it towed overnight. They fit her in. Communicated frequently during diagnostics and thru to completion. We are very grateful!She attends college at Purdue and is learning about car upkeep and maintenance. Sean and the mechanics treated her with the utmost respect and care. As if she was family!She s learned a lot from them and since we are located in NY- they truly made this a very low stress issue with our daughter so far away.
