I brought my car by the morning after backing into a concrete pillar. The guys at Lafayette Auto Plus walked me through all the steps for getting a repair, even navigating insurance (which I called from their shop) and getting a rental car while it would be in the shop. They were very communicative about the process and what to expect. I never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of. It took about 3 weeks for everything to be done but mostly just because some parts were on back order. The whole process was made super easy and I am happy with how my car looks! Can t tell anything happened!I ll also add that I had off market door edge guards that don t seem to be available anywhere. I have no idea where they came from originally and insurance wouldn t cover it for the side I got fixed. I bought new different ones from the dealership and the guys at Lafayette Auto Plus installed them on all four doors and helped me submit the paperwork to insurance to get reimbursed! I m super appreciative for how helpful and nice everyone is there!Thanks Daniel, Andres, and everyone else at Lafayette Auto Plus! :)

I came in before my spring break to get an estimate for a dent in my rear bumper. John was extremely helpful for me since it was my first time doing anything like this (I m a 22 year old college girl who didn t want her mom to know she dented her new car). From the start he was very real with me what the price was going to be and when I returned from spring break my car looked as if nothing had happened. This service was fast and they did not make me feel taken advantage of for how clueless I was when it came to cars! Definitely recommend coming here for your vehicle repairs.

I cannot express how THANKFUL I am for Lafayette Auto Plus! They are friendly and efficient! I definitely recommend them for any repair! So if you need work done PLEASE go support their local business! I am including before and after pictures so you can see the amazing work! Andres was the gentleman who helped me through the whole process and he went above and beyond!! I definitely appreciate him and the whole team at Lafayette Auto Plus!! their customer service is great; services... not so much. i had some insurance issues which Daniel was very kind to help me with.. I had to have the interior parts of the slide driver door replaced due to the door coming off; the problem is, i got my Honda minivan back and the Slide door light was still on and they stated they didn't replace that sensor and i would need to contact my insurance. my insurance didn't understand why it wasn't fixed and refused to fix it for me. Honda Dealership stated the place that worked on it, needed to complete the job since they would know what sensors they did or didn't replace.My door opens sometimes for me and sometimes it does not. i would have gave 5 stars if they would have called and attempted to work with me on getting the part and completely fixing it. i will not take my vehicles back here unfortunately.

Was able to get me in right way with no issues. Got the job done in a short amount of time with proper updates. Had an issue with my insurance and they step up and helped me get what I deserve from the insurance. Definitely will recommend to others and come back.

This was my first fender bender and I m a college student so money is tight. They worked with me on everything and the appointments you set online are in real time. I was there less than an hour. They ll work with you.The waiting area is warm and neat. By far my best experience with an auto shop. Ivan helped me, he s really nice and personable.I ll be back for the paint job and dent removal. When a dented bumper turned into something more complex, Lafayette Auto Plus helped us out by fixing only what we wanted fixed. Such great customer service! Thanks to John and the owner, definitely recommend!

Safelite took my car here without my consent they damaged my car even worse than it already was. There is bondo and weld wire sticking out EVERYWHERE on my 2020 vehicle after the owner himself told me there was no bondo on my car. They will probably reply a really rude response and say it was because safelite didnt pay them enough or that i never came here because it seems thats what they do on other bad reviews but DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! It will come out worse than it came in.Edit: my car is at another body shop being ACTUALLY fixed this time and my car has already started RUSTING because these guys did NOTHING right. I literally called these people and they said they primed it AND tried to tell me it couldnt be painted even though there was paint there prior to my windshield ever even coming out of the car. There was also a random piece of metal stuck underneath my cowel into the weld while it was still hot...why? NO IDEA! When a REAL body shop touched it this piece fell right off. Thank god i knew what to look for because they clearly didnt think i would. Had i drove around this thing it would have fallen off and rattled like crazy....these guys are a joke do not bring your car here. I included another photo of the rust as a result of this sad excuse for a body shop, cant even do a simple weld.Service: Welding

Glad I found this place. The staff is very friendly. Daniel , the manager, is very knowledgeable , very professional . The repair of my 2023 Mercedes surpasses my expectations. I highly recommend their shop.

Love love love them. Another shop was trying to overcharge me for my repairs. I brought my car here and everyone was so kind and understanding and the price was lower. Pick up my car on Friday!

Went here after being T boned in my Expedition. They handled all of the paperwork and dealing with my insurance, which was a VIP type experience compared to other shops. When it was done I was amazed at the quality of the work. It's one think to paint a car well but it's a whole other level to paint it so you can't even tell the accident occurred. I have a silver metal flake paint which I assumed would make the repairs visible. It was a flawless match with the rest of the truck. They went a step further and had it checked out by a mechanic to make sure everything was safe to get in the road and found a pre existing wheel bearing issue. Great experience with a very skilled staff. These guys are the place to go!

Ran over some roadkill and left a chunk under my driver side headlight and had a run in on the rear passenger side. these guys fixed up like new and like it never even happened. they even polished the car and washed it. 10/10 would recommend.

Be a careful with this place. I took my Ml 350 in to get fixed and boy was I surprised. The drivers side door is not installed properly, new front quarter panel was installed and not even secured to front bumper. They scratched the back bumper while in the shop. Very hard to deal with and customer service is non existent. I would not refer them to anyone

Had an accident and tore up the whole side of my Honda called Lafayette Auto plus they were so Nice they were very concern and professional worked on my car right away customer service was awesome they did an Awesome job on my car Ivan and Daniel was so caring and pleasant went to pick up my car and it looked brand new again when i went to get my car Andrew was so nice and professional i would give them more than a 5 and i will recommend everyone who needs any work done on their car to go to Lafayette Auto Plus i m so grateful for them

Ivan and his team did a great job refinishing a HFP lip kit and front bumper for my 2006 Civic Si. The car has seen a bunch of sun and had previous repair, and they still did a great job matching the parts the best they could.

These guys were awesome to deal with. Got my car in quick. Fixed a dent that I have had for 8 years and did some touch up paint. Great pricing and great work. I will be coming back should I need help again.

After damage to my brand-new truck, I was determined to find a body shop that could restore the new look I so proudly enjoyed. Lafayette Auto Body did that with a repair that is perfect, the body work and paint job are flawless and I m happy to say it has restored my new truck feel. Over my many years I ve also never had a better customer service experience with a garage, they spend time with you explaining what will be done and then spend time with you after the repair making sure you are happy with the results. They truly go above and beyond to do a quality job and make sure the customer is completely satisfied, I wish more businesses would follow this level of workmanship and customer service.Service: Painting

Crew Carwash broke the back windshield wiper off my car. They required that a collision/body shop provides a quotation. I called Lafayette Auto Plus, and the rep scheduled an appointment for a free estimate at my convenience. I was in and out in fifteen minutes.They sent the quotation directly to Crew so I didn t have to sort out the money through either the Carwash folks or the body shop this made things so smooth for me.Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice, but Danny went above and beyond for me. He kept me in the loop on the claim status with Crew and ordering my parts, and the repair was done in less than half an hour. Everything was perfect, the wiper is beautiful, and I couldn t be happier.I truly hope I don t need a body shop again in the future, but when life happens, I ll absolutely be visiting Lafayette Auto Plus again. If you re reading this review, you re probably looking for a good collision shop, and I can t recommend this shop enough. 5/5 stars.

They were quick, professional and very reasonably price. I was able to get in and get the fix within an hour. I would recommend Lafayette Auto Plus to anyone I know.
