I really appreciate Kantz's clear communication, what they can fix and what they can't (typically as a manufacturer requires a dealer specific tool!). They work fast, and are great value for money. Good service center for your trailer. I ve had so many issues with my RV trailer, a lot of that stemming from the dealership that I originally bought the trailer from.My camper was towed here after losing a second axle and the service I received from KANTZ was second to none. Since these guys worked on our trailer, the brakes have worked like they should have, the hubs stay cool and don t heat up and the electrical issues we previously had with the trailer are gone!I will continue to use KANTZ when I am In the area and need service on my trailer. Fair pricing, thorough service - NO BS shop.

I had a great experience with Kantz! I was so happy when they said they could order a trailer hitch for me next day. I called every store and checked online everywhere, nobody was able to get it to me for at least one week. Kantz ordered it for next day, the price was reasonable compared to others, and their staff waited until after hours for my hitch to come on a Friday evening just so I can get my car hitch. They were very accommodating and very caring about their customers. I definitely will be supporting this local business as much as I can!

The trailer tow side hook of my G wagon was bended during an off-road session, they charged a very reasonable price to fix it and I can not even tell it was bended before. I bought a boat in Wisconsin and it was missing side markers and had lights on the trailer that were not working. Kantzs had replacement lights in stock and fixed the wiring quickly. I had them pull the wheels and pack the bearings. Great job.

I limped in after having my catalytic converter stolen. They were very friendly, made time to help me out, were transparent about the process and problems, and very quick and helpful overall. 5/5 I was lucky to have such a good shop so close.

Great service! Great people! Very helpful. I'm in a tight schedule to prepare for a 2200 miles road trip in a few days. But they managed to make sure it is going to be a safe trip.

Had exactly what I need, couldn t find the leaf spring anywhere else around town. I was expecting to spend a lot more for it but it ended up being cheaper then anything else I could have bought and had same day. My definite go to for all trailer parts and service.(customer for life)

We are from KC MO, visiting Lafayette.I was in need of a drop down hitch to use on the back of our motorhome to tow our Jeep.I visited with Steve & he ordered the part. In less than 24 hours I was hooked & ready to roll.Thank you Steve
