I would like to thank Shane, Tina, and their employees for an excellent job done torepair hail damage incurred while I was in Texas. Your shop has once again exceeded my expectations. You replaced my hood, windshield, trim, etc. painted a section of my car and coordinated a rental car for me to get and to be returned to Enterprise. Excellent work, but quite slow, vehicle sat there for 8 weeks before being worked on, despite being told when we dropped it off that they would start on it the next week.

What fantastic customer service! Visiting Lafayette for a week, had a fender bender and needed to have bumper attached so I could make it back home 700 miles away. The friendly woman at one of the desks in the office first came out to look at the damage, then she had a technician come out. He was able to snap the panels back in place and then buttoned up the wheel well panel and taped the body panel seam so it wouldn't flap on my trip home. I offered to pay for their time and was refused. Such great service!!!! And just for stopping by.. so impressed. If I were in the area, I would definitely use this shop! My car was hit while another individual was practicing their parallel parking and I took my car to Jon's looking for a quote for this individual. The staff members so graciously helped me with buffing out the scratch completely free of charge and provided some paint for me to take home! Such a wonderful experience and I'm so appreciative that they went the extra mile for a new client!

I would definitely recommend Jon's Body Shop! I had a dent in my rear bumper and just wanted someone to push it out instead of replacing the whole bumper. One of the other local places quoted me $95 for just pushing it out, a paint job costed way more. After reading the reviews I went to Jon's to see if they could do it for less than $40. He was super nice, used the heat gun cause it was in a hard to reach location and kind of hard to push out, and when I asked how much he didn't charge me at all! They are definitely genuinely nice people and a honest business that won't overcharge you!

I don't usually write reviews for anybody but after my experience at Jon's Body Shop, I thought I would make an exception. I met with Shane and worked with him throughout the process. The service I received at this body shop was excellent. My views are very consistent with the other individuals who have had repairs made on their vehicles at Jon's Body Shop. The paint job on my car looks great and they took good care of my car. I compared their prices to 4 other body shops in town and found that they are the most competitive by a margin of about $80. Some other body shops (very close by on Farabee Dr. and also on Earl Ave.) paint with lower quality paints and still cost far more (they still cost more even when you've argued with them about all the extraneous things they tack on to the estimate while you are not looking). I am very detail oriented and the workmanship displayed here was highly satisfactory. I hope this helps to anyone looking for a paint job done on their car. If you are in need of a paint job or other body work done, I would look no further than Jon's Body Shop and highly recommend them to friends and family. Even if you are going through insurance, you can request to have your car serviced at Jon's Body Shop. To sum up in a few words: honest, fair, friendly; all of which are hard to find these days in my opinion.

Jons replaced my front bumper, fender, headlight, and foglight. Very smooth process between them and the insurance. Repair looked excellent except for a minor flaw, which they took back and had fixed within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service as well. Will be coming here for any other work I need done.

I needed a part on my front bumper fixed, I brought it in and they fixed it in less than 20 mins and did not charge me. Would highly recommend and I will go there again if I have any more work that needs to get done.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I got referred to Jon's by Raisor Ford for some small touch up work. I didn't have an appointment and just showed up mid afternoon. The workers were very nice from the start to the finish, and I was on my way out within 20 minutes. I hope I won't have to head back to a body shop soon, but if I do I'll definitely head here first.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Very unprofessional. I gave them a simple task of painting some steel plates and guys, 2 months!!! They took 2 months to provide my plates back to me; but not painted but full of rust. They kept on telling that they will do it but never actually painted my plates. If you are looking for someone responsible, head somewhere else please.

So I was in an accident in Oct. 2019. My poor "Gladys". Started the process of calling insurance company, claims adjuster, body shop's the whole 9 yards. Contacted Jon's Body Shop and set a date to bring Gladys in to get her repaired. Well guess what GM went on strike!!! So I waited and waited and waited. Was supposed to take my car in December, but GM didn't have all the parts need for my car. So again I waited. Finally got my car into Jon's in Jan. And just got her back today. She looks like she's brand new. Thank you to all Jon's Body Shop employees for taking such good care of my baby...and making my car like brand new.

I went in with a front bumper issue and they had it fixed within an hour at a totally unbeatable price. All the staff that I met were extremely friendly as well. I will definitely be going back if my car requires any body work.

I had a minor accident when I was backing up my car. My car was okay but the other car was not. Rear bumper got shifted and it seemed like the metal part next to the rear light was moved as well. Friend of the other car owner was kind enough to fix the shifted bumper, but not the metal part.We went to the other body shop to get an estimation and they told us it would cost $300 to fix it. We went to Jon's Body Shop and the person looked at the car, pushed the metal part from the trunk side, and voila, it was fixed!He said it looks like a new car now, but if we insist, he can do an estimation...! Amazing!! The price went down to $0 from $300! And he did not even accept the tip! I highly recommend this place!!!

I LOVE the work that Jon's Body Shop has done on my vehicles! Shane is friendly and a welcoming smile every time I get an estimate! I highly recommend Jon's Body Shop to anyone I know! Especially if you want the best repair you can get!!!

My car got fixed here not long ago, the staff were helpful and pleasant to talk with. I had a used car being fixed and they even helped point out a few things I didn't realize were there for future knowledge. Communication with the bodyshop was easy, and getting my car back was a breeze.

They quoted me 6 days on a relatively small repair and it ended up taking 24 full days. (18 of those days were full weekdays)They were not up-front on communication and I had to call them for an update every time and every time it was going to be ready "in a few more days".The repair did look good when I finally got my car back but the service was unacceptable and I would not recommend going there to anyone.

Absolutely amazed by the quality of work, the cheap price, and great customer service I received here! Not that I am planning on it, but the next collision I am in will definitely be repaired by these guys! Thank you Shane and the front office gal who were so kind and compassionate!

I have heard great things about Jons' Body shop for years before recently having work done there. All the rumors were true ! I was highly impressed by the craftsmanship of their work done to my vehicle. In my opinion this body shop is second to none and I will continue to promote my experience with them when I'm questioned about having auto body work done.

What started out as a difficult experience turned into a good job done. My son took his Honda to the shop for some body damage. The damage was unfortunately more extensive than originally estimated but the extra damage couldn't been seen until parts were removed. Shane went out of his way to ensure the job was done properly.

Shayne and Tina were absolutely amazing in helping me. The staff did a phenomenal job in my repair including cleaning/washing the inside and out, which made my pick up experience that much greater

I had a pretty big dent in my fender and a broken indicator light from hitting something, and I went here to get it fixed. I was given the option of replacing the fender and other parts that were broken for a fairly expensive fee (it's an old volvo, so this was expected). I opted for the cheaper fix, which was just to punch out the dent. I was told it would be 25-50 bucks. When I showed up later that day, the job was finished, but they didn't even charge me! Great, super fast service, and very good advice! i reccommend these guys 100%.

I have been to Jon's Body Shop multiple times (at least 5) over the past 7 years. Shane offers excellent customer service and will bend over backwards to help you with whatever kind of jam you've gotten yourself in. When I was financially strapped, paying my way through college at Purdue, they searched far and wide for used panels to use on my car and they replaced nearly the entire passenger side of my unibody Honda Civic Hatchback and their finish dept. did such a nice job it looked like the car did when it was brand new --- all this at 1/2 the price of the next lowest estimate out of 6 estimates i got. I give the highest recommendation to Jon's Body Shop.

Very unprofessional. I left a small job to be done within 3 weeks, and they did not complete it. Every time I called they said it would be done next week and it never happened. They returned my stuff in a dusty and rusty condition. If you are looking for somebody responsible look somewhere else.

They lied in the beginning about how long it would take and then charged me money wen I picked my truck up sayin it s for labor tht my deductible didn t cover all of it wen they took five weeks n told me in the beginning it would take one to two weeks n didn t keep me updated I had to keep callin n they kept givin me the run around sayin hopefully the end of the week then the end of the week would come then they d say hopefully next week n to top tht off they didn t even get the paint done right at the bottom of the bed of my truck.I ll NEVER go bck there n definitely DONT recommend anyone go there.Service: Body & Trim

Jon's body shop sucks. They overcharge you the supply they will use on your car. And the so called 3 stage painting can be done almost everywhere. Will recommend Maaco, cheaper, and faster. By the way, because Maaco is a national franchise, so they can get their paints in a big discount. so they are much cheaper.
