Great people!!! Had bad dents in the cab that were in extremely difficult areas to work they got all of one and 90% of the other. I did not think they would be able to get anything out. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will use them again!!! THANK YOU JIM!!!!!!!

So glad I found this place. I had a relatively small door ding on a body line. The owner personally took care of it in about 30 minutes for a fair price. You literally cannot tell where the ding was. Highly recommend them!

Walnut dent in the A pillar of my mustang. I immediately thought of JM Dent Repair because I had a great experience from a previous vehicle I had them fix. Top notch customer service and the repair is so good it looks like new! Highly recommend anyone who need their service to call them.

My wife and I brought Jim our 5 month old 2018 Honda Civic which had a run in with a shopping cart. The shopping cart hit so hard that it created a 10 inch dent on the front passenger door panel. Jim is so good at what he does that you cant even tell there was a dent in the car what so ever. We both are so impressed by his work, and not only the work, the customer service is phenomenal from everyone at JM Dent Repair. They care more about their customers than 99.9% of businesses out there. It was a great experience and they took the frustration out of our situation. I will be telling everyone I know about Jim and his team. Thanks again guys, my wife and I appreciate everything!***UPDATE***1 year later and I still cannot tell there was ever a dent in the car. It still looks brand new and absolutely zero paint issues, still as shiny and scratch free as day 1. Luckily I have not had any issues with any new dents on my vehicles since but I do know that if I ever do, Jim and his guys will be there to do quality LASTING work.

Took my Bronco in for a small dent in the hood, unsure how it got there but JM Dent Repair got it right out! Same day service after getting it looked at, and it was a quick, efficient service. Got in and out in about 30 minutes. Great customer service and my truck looks great! Thanks!

UPDATE: Jim reached out to me, apologized for the communication issues, and took care of the buffer marks. I took my truck into the shop and he worked on it himself. I told him I'd be happy to change my review to 5 stars, and he encouraged me to wait to make sure I was happy with the work once I saw it in the sunlight again. I got the impression that he really stands by his work and would be willing to do whatever it took to give me 5 star service. I appreciate it greatly and will return if I need any dents repaired in the future.I went to JM Dent Repair a few months back and was at first really happy with the work I received. The price was nearly 1/3 of what other places quoted me, and JM did a great job removing the dents. I drove home pretty happy and didn't think much more of it. However, a few weeks down the road, I was walking toward my truck and when the sun was hitting it, I noticed some really prominent marks all over the door panel they worked on. After doing some research, they appear to be buffer trails that I have not been able to get out. When the sun is shining on that side of the truck, it is extremely noticeable. I did call a couple of weeks after that but did not receive a call back, and then followed up with an email down the road. I was busy with work, family, etc. and wasn't going to demand anything months after it happened (I figured I should have caught it sooner and been more proactive about reaching out), but I did send some pics to try to find out what happened and see if anything could be done to remove them. I was disappointed, however, to not hear anything back at all, and I am now stuck with these marks all over the door panel. Again, the dent removal itself was great, but these marks bother me just as much as the dents did.Service: Body & Trim

Stopped by JM Dent repair after a deer had ran into the side of a 2015 f250 that I had just purchased. The guys said they could do it and it was half of what the body shop estimate was. Dropped it off the next day and picked it up at the end of the day and the dent was completely gone. Great guys to work with , will return if needed again.

My sister went here recently and they overcharged her, not to mention they were very rude on the phone when she and I called. They did fix the dents on her Chevy, but the lack of customer service and price isn't worth it. I will never be using their services for my vehicles or my families again. Their are tons of other dent repair places to use so I'll just take my money elsewhere. The way you treat people matters, and they obviously don't care about their customers.

What an awesome experience I had working with the team at JM Dent repair. I m a mechanic of over 40 years and am very particular. I ll say my pickup looked like new after a major hail storm I was in while on vacation.Couldn t be happier! Don t shop around! Go see the team at JM Dent repair and leave your worries in their hands. I would highly recommend JM dent repair for your no paint dent repair. I am VERY picky about my car and when I had an unfortunate meeting with several acorns I trusted JM dent repair with my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. They were quick, and did amazing work. After I had my car detailed, I noticed a couple more small dents that were not detected when they worked on my car the first time. It had been a month and a half and I called them back just to see if they would repair the new spots that I detected and low and behold they did. There customer service is amazing and they do top notch work. I would trust them in a heart beat with your vehicle. It is so refreshing to know that there are still honest business owners in this world.

I can't say enough good things about JM Dent Repair! My mom's vehicle went through a hail storm that totaled out my dad's vehicle, it looked like an oversized golf ball. JM Dent Repair was able to make it look like new! When my purchased my truck, the dealership I purchased from said they would fix the dents in my truck as part of the purchase deal, and the PDR guy they had "fix" my truck botched it. Multiple PDR guys said that the guy who "fixed" the dent did them no favors. Wanting it fixed and trusting JM's work, I reached out to the owner. Jim worked so well with getting me into the shop and getting it repaired! His work looks fabulous and I wouldn't want another shop touching my vehicles! He really cares about his customers, he will honestly tell you with a good conscience if he doesn't feel comfortable doing something with a techs perspective. His communication is great and in my opinion, fair on pricing!

I showed up and asked Jim to take a look at a small dent on my passenger door of my aluminum F150 door. Jim said he could repair it on the spot in 10 minutes. Not only did he deliver on the quick repair but the dent is completely gone! Amazing quality work at an affordable price. Thanks Jim!

Brought our Tesla Model Y in to repair a small ding on the backside. Same day repair and Jim made it disappear like magic. Nice people and excellent service. Cannot go wrong!

Amazing team & great work . We took our Chevy Silverado that had heavy hail damage . The team at JM did a awesome job at making the process super easy & stress free. Nothing is ever easy dealing with car insurance, but they made sure to make it stressful. Highly recommend .

I have only had my new VW for 3 months and while in a parking lot, someone hit it and left massive dent in the driver door. Luckily Jim the owner at JM dent repair was there to help! He is truly one of a kind in his profession and genuinely enjoys what he does. his service was amazing and fast. He got me in right away. I definitely recommend JM dent repair. I could not be happier with the service!

Brought my 2018 Audi in today to get a annoying little dent off one of my doors. Not really sure how it got there since it was on a panel angled upwards. They were incredibly polite and nice to talk to! Took about 20 minutes and you can't tell there was ever a dent. Highly recommend!

Came in for an estimate on my car (someone sat on my hood and dented it in) and they were able to fix it right away and send me on my way! The guy was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Fantastic job! I started the day having them work on a ding on my new daily driver to test out the quality of their work and ended up trusting them with my Porsche 2014 911 C4S. Their price was 1/4 of that quoted by my Porsche dealer in Chicago.

I asked for all the dings to be removed in preparation to have my Audi wrapped. I discussed in detail about one ding in particular. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the ding was still they as I was pulling up. I asked why that ding was not fixed as I pointed it out on the initial walk around. He said that they fixed a ding on the right side instead of that one due to how it was written in the claim document. I advised him he should have called me to ask if I wanted it fixed. All the other dings cost $100 but this one he said would cost $150. Now I have to start a new claim just to have one small ding taken out. It's a ding the size of a dime. These guys are out to make money and could care less about the customers.

Jim and his crew removed 3 small dents from my new vehicle and I'd swear they are magicians! The repair was quick, the cost was minimal and everyone was very professional.
