I had a group on that gave me an oil change and a tire rotation or a window treatment for only 39 bucks! I was really impressed at how fast and efficient they were. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They were all really polite and it was a great experience

Staff does a good job of getting you in and out in a timely manner. I can count on getting an honest straightforward assessment of my vehicle's maintenance needs. This is my fourth vehicle I've brought to Jiffy Lube now for service.

I love how this location is so quick! I value how honest the workers are and show me things I need to look into. The employee at my last visit showed me a checklist of things that were fine and then said oh hey, your tires are bald in the front! You need to get those changed. He was so right!

I went in the other day for an oil change. I was planning on going to a competitor but on a whim pulled into Jiffy Lube instead. I'm so glad I did. They were extremely efficient, kind, and understanding. My oil change included vacuuming window washing as well as all the checks etc. I had my little dog with me and they offered treats. It was the best customer service all around that I've had in a long time. I felt like I got good value for my money. I will definitely be back.

This was my very first experience with Jiffy Lube. I regret why i haven't been there before while living in Indiana since long time.... They provide amazing service with no waiting time. They have wonderful staff... everyone was very polite, friendly and helping in all way. I'm gonna use Jiffy lube service for rest of the my life.

Stay away from this location, they have no customer service and overcharge you. They tried to charge $160 for a synthetic blend oil change and when you asked about the price gouging the GM hangs up on you. This is the only location that offers this poor level of service. Franchisee should be embarassed of this representation.

Fast and friendly service! I was greeted right away and asked if I was comfortable driving my car into the bay (I am assuming he was going to do it for me if not) - either way, that was the first time I have ever been asked that and I appreciated it! They also cleaned my windows upon completion of my oil change. Great group of men! I will be returning!

DO NOT COME HERE 0/5 STARS! I paid for a groupon with tire rotation and oil change. The employees said my tie rods were bad and they couldn't do the rotation and offered me a windshield treatment instead. Took it to a mechanic and they told me they have never seen better looking tie rods. So the employees definitely lied to get out of doing the rotation. I couldn't use my car until my mechanic was available. They should reimburse me for the mechanic itself! They also did a light check and vacuum for my friend in the car right behind mine (we were talking while getting our oil changed in separate cars) and they did not offer me either of those services. I also did not get the sticker for when to get the next change. SO DISAPOINTED

The staff at Jiffy Lube in Lafayette are always so courteous, friendly, helpful and informative. I've been going to them the past 5 years and they do great work at reasonable prices! Thank you!!

Great experience! This team looks to work well together. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars: Air filter was changed. We heard/saw the mechanic struggling with the screws for the cover. We checked them when we got home and they were left too loose. Would still recommend going there to anyone. We look over the vehicle after anything is done to it and everyone should do that. Won t keep me from going back.

Showed me air filter, which definitely needed changed, topped off DEF (this was too high $$). Let me know my tires needed replaced (waited on that, but second opinion confirmed we do). Overall great experience. Trustworthy staff.

Very friendly phone receptionist and man who met us at the business. Let us know what they would do to our car before and completed most tasks to a T. However we were disappointed when the vacuuming of rugs appeared have been forgotten.

Best oil change experience that I have ever had! After visiting another oil change place in town when I had first moved here, that staff had left some bolts off of a protective panel under my car. Jiffy Lube brought it to my attention and told me to go purchase the bolts and when I returned they let me skip the line and reattached the panel for no additional charge. Great service! Great staff! Will continue to get my vehicle serviced there

I go to the Jiffy Lube on Earl in Lafayette IN. I love this location. The employees are always nice and compensating. I have three little children so they don't ask me to leave my vehicle while it gets serviced. They also laugh and joke with my children and are very respectful. Also, whenever I have questions about problems with my vehicle, they don't hesitate to take a look and give me an approximate diagnosis. I appreciate the efforts they take to make me feel welcomed.

Great service. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, thoughtful. One of the few places that didn't arbitrarily double their prices due to "inflation" post-Covid. Highly recommended for all basic maintenance and check-ups.

4/5 due to failure to disclose $20.24 off oil change coupon on their website to me and when I asked about why they didn't mention it, the employee stated " we're required to say so much already.' so I replied "good customer service is letting your customers know you can save them money", to his reply "it affects my bonus's". Otherwise typical scripted, Jiffy Lube customer service.

I had oil and filter change for my car in December 2023. The store looked a bit busy, and I was concerned with a long wait. I stayed in the customer waiting area rather than my car. My Mazda 3 was finished faster than expected and there was no pressure to upgrade to things that I didn't need...yet. The staff was courteous, professional and about their business of serving the customer.

I was in a pickle because of my own complacency following my automobile maintenance schedule. I ended up in a predicament where I had to be towed to the Lafayette Indiana Jiffy Lube from a location just off I-65 south of Lafayette where I had broken down. I received very friendly and expert advice from Amanda and Robert on the phone before I arrived. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely concerned for my welfare. They are wonderful individuals and have a great team!

I have been low on oil each time I get my oil changed. This time I went in before my oil change time to see if I was low. I was indeed low and they topped off my oil no charge since I was still under a certain amount of mileage. Workers were extremely friendly!

I really liked getting my car being at jiffy for an oil changed.The employees who work there are nice, courteous, and very quick with the services that they provide. Veteran's Day special. Thank you! However, it was not this that makes this particular Jiffy Lube special; it's the new manager and staff. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She's wonderful! And the staff is very professional, even those I could tell were new to their job. They truly made me feel special just for coming in. I'll definitely be back. To the manager: I hope you like the recipes!

Was taken care very fast . Was told all my fluids and filters were check. Floor-mats were vacuumed. Sticker place on window for next service . Oil service sensor reset. Staff super friendly. Car pulled up to door after service

I was looking for a place to get an oil change on Sunday and it was already 4:30. This jiffy lube took me in right before close and was able to get an oil change in a very efficient manner. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely return!

They took care of my oil change without the high pressure of trying to sell me additional things. They wash windows and vacuum floors. A very efficient process. I appreciate their professionalism very much!

Staff was pleasant and professional. Explained everything and gave me rundown on necessary parts and changes. in and out with the signature service in about 15 minutes once I got in the bay. They accepted my Groupon I had. Only thing they forgot was to clean my windows. I'll go back.

Ridiculously expensive for an oil change. They only put 2 bolts into my skid plate and ruined it as it was dragging on the ground. The lady running the shift was nice, and they cleaned my: mirrors, windows and floor on driver and passenger side which was nice. But still not worth $150 on a 5 quart oil change.
