My favorite place to shop. Good to keep what's trending out in the latest safety and clothing line. Also sponsored benefits/rides to raise money and awareness to those things that concern use. And of course the best in sales and parts for upgrades. As well as the motorcycle safety course

Recently worked with a mutual customer who had customized his bike little by little over the past 5 years and wanted to be insured correctly in the event of a loss. Most of his work and parts were through Hunter's Moon Harley-Davidson so I reached out to them to get help on a few missing invoices. I spoke with Jacob who was the best contact I could have in this type of situation. He worked with me on getting the full and accurate detailed reports to make sure we had the bike covered appropriately. When I went to visit the store a few days later, all of the staff provided a warm welcome and were willing to help. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great customer service!

Chuck Lowrey is an outstanding dude, very knowledgeable and he is compassionate about motorcycles. With the help of Tony Halterman, who is another standup guy, my purchase at Hunter s Moon was painless and they went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend Hunter s Moon and I look forward to doing business with them down the road.

Bought my 2020 Softail Slim at HM Harley in August. The staff are super courteous, friendly, and make you feel like part of the family.Today I stopped in just to take a break while riding. Hung out with the staff while they handed out candy for trunk or treat. Got my tire pressure checked. They are just so awesome!

I loved the buying experience at this clean organized dealership. Theybhave a wide selection to chiise from and everyone works together to satisfy the customer.They made it fun to meet the whole staff so you feel welcome when you return. The motorcycle had a mishap shortly after the purchase and the dealer quickly responded to come and get it and get me back on the road right away. I highly recommend Hunter's Moon.

We were on our way home to Ohio and started having some issues with my wife's bike. Stopped in on Sunday, they happened to have a bike technician working the parts counter, he got our bike in, found the problem, fixed it and we were on our way again. They went way above and beyond for us and that was super appreciated. they have friendly staff and lots of smiles for you when you stop in!! Thanks again Hunter's Moon you were a life saver!!!! If you are in the area please stop in and say hi, talk to Chad Snyder, friendly and very helpful person, you won't regret talking to him!!!

We stopped in on our way home to Wisconsin. We were greeted immediately after entering. Chad was interested in where we were coming from and was super friendly. Noticing we were traveling and had two children with us, he graciously pointed out the bathroom and offered water bottles for us as we browsed. Great experience

These guys were super great. Came in on a Sunday while traveling to Sturgis. Had a chunk of tire fly off on my rear tire. Service Department was closed but Chad made a few phone calls and got Titus to come in and change the tire for me. Thank Chad and Titus. You guys are great.

I couldn t have had a better experience buying my new (to me) bike! The sales manager Tony and one of the other guys James are fantastic guys and really know their stuff! Tony was able to work with me and get me a great value for my trade in and was extremely flexible working with my schedule to get me in and get a deal done! Just about everyone is friendly and welcoming and makes the experience super smooth and enjoyable. Thanks again Tony and thank James for me as well! I will definitely be back in the future!

Bought a part that was hard to find for pick up and it got misplaced, parts dept said if they couldn't locate it they would find the part else ware and have it direct shipped to me, they went above and beyond to make it right and held true to their word, the part arrived at my house a few days later. Great customer service, would highly recommend this dealership.

I had battery problems in my 07 ultra classic on a long road trip from Chicago to Norfolk Va. Since I was near this dealership I called them and explained my issues. After getting my bike jump started I rode the hour to get there wondering if this was like the dealership back home in Rockford Illinois where you re treated bad. After about 20 minutes they had a new battery installed and I was back on the road. I can t say enough good things about these guys. Great service. The date was May 22 2020 when they fixed me up. Much appreciated. Keep up the friendly service. Thanks very much for what you guys did for me. Problem free ride the rest of the way!!!

Riding in from Missouri and noticed my rear tire was plum smoked... Showed up at the service desk and Lynn got me right in and did the rear tire, complete 3 hole oil change and put a new battery.. They also wiped my bike down and got me back on the rode in about 2 and a half hours.. I'm thoroughly impressed and extremely thankful. I appreciate it guys! Much Love from Missouri.

So, I called today to see how they were operating with the social distancing. Thought I could drop my bike off and have air put in the tires real quick. They are low from sitting over winter. Wouldn t even come in contact with anyone. Basically was told, in not so many words, that, if I was having service done it was fine, I could drop it off. But, since I only wanted air in my tires, he didn t seem to want to bother with it. I can read between the lines. Because airing up my tires doesn t bring in revenue, it was a burden to him. You would think that after spending $70k-$80k on bikes, parts, and apparel, they would want to take care of their repeat customers. Well, that s too bad that they wouldn t. I guess I ll find somewhere else that appreciates their customers and will go the extra mile to help them out. Such a shame. I have friends who won t go to hunters moon because this is how they ve been treated. I ve always defended hunters moon because they ve always taken care of me. I guess I should ve known. Brandt s is a better store anyway. And, it s a nice little ride away. Customer service after the sale is how you keep customers. The sooner hunters moon figures that out, they may be able to keep clients. I won t spend another dime in there.
