If you re going to purchase an RV my husband & I highly recommend Happy Campers in Lafayette. Tony was extremely patient and very thorough, he spent months working with us to track down the perfect 5th wheel and when we finally find the ONE he made the entire experience very simple and just all around a positive experience. Chris in the parts department went ABOVE & BEYOND during our walk thru and was just extremely helpful. These guys know what they re doing and the whole experience was TOP NOTCH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

I have been searching for several months for the perfect golf cart for my family and found it here at Happy Campers. Randy and his staff were amazing to work with and made the entire process quick and smooth. Great company and the best people to work with!!!

Had a bit of an emergency late on Friday night. Showed up at their service dept when they opened Saturday, and Kelsey Evans and Randy Unger went out of their way to be kind to me and helped me get up and running again ASAP. I was lucky that they had an extra worker there that day, so the6ly could help immediately, though I would have completely understood if that hadn't been possible. (And would have been willing to wait!). I'm just truly thankful to them for all that they did and can't thank them enough. Would recommend them to anyone!

Had my rig there on consignment, the toilet had been used, i am missing an awning over a slideout and they tried to charge me for detail inside and out even though I clearly did not purchase any detail from them.Had to get the sheriffs department involved to gain my rig back from them. Their team is very unprofessional and rude.

Excellent customer service. Bought a used 2016 F-250 on the lot. It had just been traded in along with a fifth-wheel for a Motorhome. The Happy Campers RV & Sales owner had it priced to sell. It was exactly what I needed to pull our longer travel trailer. Thanks for making everything smooth and easy! Great to work with.

A huge thank you to the staff who was willing to take a look at our RV while we were on a cross country trip. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable diagnosing our issue. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a camper in the future.

Wonderful and professional staff who work with the customers to get the best deal possible! Terry and Kelsey in the service department were extremely considerate and I don't know what else they could have done to resolve my problems with delivery of parts and interacting with the insurance company. If they don't have what you need they can order it. I would strongly incourage everyone to visit Happy Campers in Lafayette Indiana.

Update from 1 star to 4!Happy camper reached out to us to resolve our issues. We are happy with the options they gave us to fix/remedy the situation.Finally, a company that cares about its image and customers.

We cannot say enough good things about this place. Spencer was our salesman & from beginning to the end, he was GREAT! Always returned our calls promptly! If he didn t know the answer, he would check & called us back immediately. I remember thanking him the first day when we were just looking, and he said, ...I just want to treat people, just like I would like to be treated... and that statement rang true. We believe he went beyond giving us wonderful customer service...he gave us personalized service.EVERYONE at Happy Camper... from when you enter the main office, to finance, parts & service, to the gentleman that got our camper delivered to our spot, were incredibly friendly!! THANK YOU to ALL of you for making this transition go so smoothly.

Very straightforward and pleasant experience with Julie at Happy Campers in Lafayette. We put our Class A Diesel Pusher on consignment and 3 weeks later it was sold at a fair price . No surprises and a job well done Thank you Julie. !!

The best experience ever. Tommy, sales person, made us feel welcome upon arrival, was never pushy like most sales people. We were overwhelmed on what motor home that would be ideal for our traveling experience. He knew what we needed, but showed us several. Would recommend him for any purchase you are looking for. Chris helped us extremely with the motor home financing and the men in the service department were very welcoming. Top notch company. They also rent RVs. Thanks for helping us.

I purchased my first ever RV, and the staff at Happy Campers made it incredibly easy! I told them my budget, and they had exactly what I was looking for. The price for what I bought was great! They didn't price gouge, and they were very direct. I still need to schedule my PDI, but I thought I got a great value for what I received. Kelsey was my sales person, and Chris handled our financing and helped with a lot of our questions. Happy camper here!

It was a tough and emotional decision to sell our beautiful fifth wheel. We listed our Keystone Laredo 2020 on Facebook Marketplace without interest and not one phone call. Julie from Happy Campers reached out to us stating they would offer selling the camper on consignment. We thought about Julie s call a few days, then called her back. She explained the simple process of listing the camper for sale. We took the camper to Happy Campers and met with Chris the sales manager, filling out necessary paperwork. The process was extremely easy. We named our price. The end of this story came 12 days after dropping off the camper. Chris called and said the camper sold !! We got our check delivered to our front door the very next day by FedEx. Amazing experience. Paul and I highly recommend Happy Campers!! Give them a call!!!

Happy Campers executed a successful consignment sale of a travel trailer for me and my wife. The process was very easy, requiring only one visit to leave the trailer with them and sign the necessary paperwork. The staff is friendly and very professional.

We went there to consign our trailer. Water damage was found, not the dealers fault! The service dept fixed the issues. Although we had lots of trouble with Terry in the service dept. Was very dissatisfied with Terry and his lack of communication. But after speaking with Randy the owner about all of our concerns, he went out of his way to correct all of our problems. Which led to getting our camper sold... Randy really sees his customers as priority and truly wants to make you happy! The only reasons for 4 stars was our dealings with Terry.

We are delighted with Happy RV Campers! We were less than two hours into a 2500 mile trip when we discovered water in our trailer. After stopping to see if the slide out was leaking, it would not go back in!We were near Happy RV Campers and called them. Randy, the owner, told us to come in and they d take a look at it. He greeted us when we arrived, had Chris, a technician take a look to see if it could be a quick fix. The technician explained the necessary repairs and the time needed to repair it.Unfortunately it was not a quick fix but Randy and the technician reassured us it would be safe to continue our journey and recommended some short term fixes to prevent any more leaking! A little duct tape and pool noodles stuffed in the recess between the slide out and trailer were recommended.Even though they have a busy service schedule, Randy spoke to Terry, the service manager, who worked us into their schedule so that we could drop it off on our return trip home.We just dropped of the trailer after a safe, worry free and dry vacation! Terry gave us an end date for when we can expect it to be finished. Randy saw our trailer in the parking lot and came out to talk with us and inquired how our trip was.Although it s not fixed yet we are totally confident they will do a stellar job fixing our slide out. Horrible customer service... We purchased a bran new 2021 toy hauler camper and it was one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had. The unit we purchased had a problem with the awning from the factory (not dealers fault), it took them over 3 weeks to get proper parts to fix the problem. We made the first payment before even picking up our new camper. While waiting on repairs I had bought and requested some additional accessories. One of the accessories (TV mounting in garage area) did not get done. During the walk through inspection I discovered a missing light fixture, a broken fuse box lid, and the fridge wasn't working. They did correct the problems, however these things should have been fixed during the initial inspection. After getting the unit home I then discovered my propane tanks didn't get filled and I was missing one of the two tanks while I was installing new hitch brackets on the unit. I called and reported the problem, they claimed they would send a check for me to purchase a new tank but I've yet to see that in the mail. As a small business owner I understand how difficult it is to run a business but I also feel there should be a quality control process in place to catch most of these problems.

My husband and I called as first time out of state buyers and they met our needs with no problem. Their communication with us over every step of the process made our first buying experience great! Near worst experience of my life. Sales person was very pushy. He lied straight to our faces, told us our "brand new" RV came with a warranty. Only for Chris the finance manager to say that they don't offer warranties at all, which I later found out to be untrue when he asked me if I had purchased their warranty Window shattered within weeks of having it. Have now been waiting literally over 8 months for the replacement to come in, which they keep telling me should be there soon. Absolute trash business. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

People were very friendly.BUT: When taking RV home, drove less than 100 miles and check engine light came on. Don't feel that this unit should have been listed until it was totally prepared.

As first timers we had purchased a brand new RV from another dealer which turned out to be too much trailer for us. In our effort to "scale-down" to a smaller unit we contacted a number of dealers within a 200 mile radius. Randy, the owner, and Heather, his sales manager, at Happy Campers were the only ones willing to work with us on a trade-in. They were very personable and easy to work with. Loyd made the paperwork process very easy. And, Luis in service was very helpful in getting us back on the road. They all made an unfortunate situation much less stressful and we left there much happier with our new trailer from Happy Campers.

We just walked away with a GREAT RV @ a fantastic price from Happy Camper. Spencer & Lloyd were incredibly helpful & genuinely wanted to help us find what we needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place! These guys are GREAT! Oh! AND they have a great little camp store too! So if you're out & need a rug, or a vent cover, or a cute tee shirt they've got you covered.

Happy Campers is the place to go for anything RV. The staff is very friendly, particularly Julie. She was very educated on the RVs. She really knew what she was talking about which made for a nice experience. She was friendly and punctual and i would recommend Happy Campers to anyone even just considering an RV. If you have questions, Julie is the one to talk to. The RV prices are on point and the punctuality stood out as well. I left a HAPPY CAMPER!

Consignment sellers beware!I took my rv to Happy Campers to be placed on consignment. First off, they start the pricing very high, however after a month of no interest, I contacted them and they did lower the price (they told me there wasnt any interest and would let me know if any offer was made). After lowering the price my unit sold; however I had ZERO communication about the entire process. I was told by multiple different employees, 'we will keep you informed about any offer we get'. I NEVER heard anything. The only reason I knew something happened with my unit was because I checked their website and my unit was no longer listed. I thought I needed to come pick up my unit as maybe I had the 90 day timeframe wrong (they have 90 days to sell the unit per contract). I called and was told my unit was there on the lot with a sold sign in it. They wouldn't disclosue the sale price, only informed me, I would be getting a check soon, once everything was approved via financing. I was ill informed because this was July 6th. I checked their Facebook, my unit was off their lot on June 24th per their Facebook post! I never had approved any offer made on the unit. They sold my unit without telling me a single thing. ZERO COMMUNICATION! I understand I signed over POA, but when I dropped my unit off I was repeatedly told, they would not make any moves until I had approved any offer made. When I spoke to Chris asking why I wasn't informed he only apologized and couldn't give a reason as to why I was never contacted regarding an offer. I did get my asking price; however, what if the offer wasn't what I was asking? They also shorted me $. I informed them, if they sell the unit with my hitch, weight distribution, and sway bars, I wanted X amount more. I haven't received my equipment back and didn't receive any additional money. If you take your unit here for consignment, you should call everyday to check in on what is going on with it or they will sell it without you knowing anything. Overall I am happy the unit sold, but the clear lack of communication and surprise would make me second guess taking another unit here to be sold.

We almost stopped at a big chain camping supply store for some mantince our trailer unexpectedly needed on our road trip...so glad we found this place instead! Terry was so friendly and accommodating. Skilled technicians quickly got the part on we needed and we were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this place!! We are now happy campers!

We purchased an RV a few days ago in what was a very smooth, easy, and zero pressure purchase. The sales staff allowed us to spend all the time we wanted looking at and going over the RV we purchased. The RV was ready when promised. We picked it up, and left for the weekend 2 hrs later and had zero issues. We could not be more pleased with how we were treated by all of the employees at Happy Campers. Thank You

We are new owners of a used RV and just took our first 11 day road trip. We stopped in to Happy Campers to get a part on the awning we broke on the trip and Drew and Louie took the time to come out and helped explain how to use the awning properly. They gave us a complimentary used part to fix our issue. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

We were contacted about placing our Wolf Pup RV on consignment with Happy Campers RV. After a telephone conversation with Randy we decided to take our Wolf Pup for them to sell. Randy and staff were pleasant to deal with and seemed professional. Took them almost 3 months to sell the RV but it did sell and we were happy with the price. Good people to deal with.
