Very nice guys to work with. Being a female I sometimes feel like a repair shop is trying to take advantage of me but not at Guaranteed Auto. They tell it like it is and do not make me feel like a dumb female. They explained everything in detail for I can understand and even take picture to show the issue before they do anything.

These guys do a great job at communicating. I've had multiple things done to my vehicle over the last cpl of years by these peeps. The prices are fair, in my opinion. Even with a standard oil change they do a visual inspection. Saved me money and time because they noticed my rear shocks were slightly leaking hydraulic fluid.Hands down, awesome customer service and fair market pricing for services rendered. 5 out of 5 rating. Also... they are locally owned and operated. That's worth something in my book.

Guaranteed has always resolved my vehicle dilemmas quickly and at a fair price, unlike going to the dealership. The communication regarding the issues have been timely and direct as well. I trust Guaranteed to do the job.

I've had GA&T take care of several issues with my Honda, everything from transmission work to a simple oil change. Above all, I value the communication I get when I use them. They will text/call every step of the way to make sure you're informed of the status and cost. Staff is friendly, considerate and honest. I recommend this shop.

Overall had a good experience with this team. They treated me with respect and dealt with general maintenance on my car as I'm going on a road trip with it. They have a waiting area with a bathroom, which not many places have accessible to their clients. I'm not sure if I'm imagining it but I think they have a quick vacuum to my floor. I will be be returning in the future.

Great experience from the first call to pick up after repair. Friendly,courteous, knowledgeable and timely!! Will definitely return,not if but when , cause we know I will need good car service again I will trust these guys again!!

We needed a new transmission for our vehicle (Mazda). They worked very hard and as quickly as can be expected. They did an awesome job. They were very helpful, curtious and professional. I am sold 100% and have become a loyal customer. I will return again.

In 2022, We had Guaranteed replace the brakes on our Kia Sorento and were very happy with the service and the price. Our niece s 2013 Equinox was squeaking when she turned or backed up and was also having an intermittent problem starting. This month, February 2024, we asked Guaranteed to take a look. They confirmed our feelings that it, too, needed brakes. They also ran a diagnostic and it came up with no issues. The intermittent starting issue- loose battery cables. They tightened those down and problem fixed. They could have said anything. Again, we were pleased with the price, the respectfulness with which we were treated and the timeliness of effecting the repairs ( working single mom needed her car asap). We are 2 for 2 with Guaranteed and won t hesitate to call them first when the another issue pops up!

Let me tell you, these mechanics and service workers are absolutely amazing. They will take care of you. I took my 2015 Buick LaCrosse in for repair. They ve done a lot of work for me before and this time they saved me over $300 on the quoted price. They care about you and your safety. They will give you the full story on your vehicle along with your options and they are honest. You can trust all the people at Guaranteed Auto and Transmission!!!

Guaranteed Automotive is one of my go-to auto repair shops. They provide honest, friendly service. The only reason I m not rating them five stars for my son s automobile repair, is they should have offered an after market part instead of the original Honda part, which was nearly three times more expensive. He s a college student on a tight budget. The repair would have been $200 less expensive (it was a transmission gear position sensor) on a 17 year old vehicle with about 145,000 miles.

The guaranteed transmission team checked my transmission out and did some small engine repairs. They kept me up-to-date daily on where they were at and what the price was going to cost. I would recommend guaranty transmission to anyone in the Lafayette area. Guaranteed did an awesome job on our 94 LaBaron. Something chewed up the park sensor and the transmission was hesitating. They were able to rebuild the part and get us back on the road. Fast, Friendly, and affordable!

I found Guaranteed via a google search, and scheduled an appt due to the reviews. Every single person greeted me with a smile and kindness. When they explained the issue that another shop caused, they were able to fix it in the same day even though I know they were very busy. They have gained a new customer!

My son goes to College at Purdue and these guys have been absolute life savers helping with his car in times of urgent need. Everything they do is Top Notch, Professional and they are awesome to deal with. Their communication with you when your vehicle is there being repaired is second to none and they get it fixed right! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND+++++.

These guys are awesome! Told them I needed my oil leak fixed before I go back to college and they got it done in just a couple hours! The front desk was super nice and accommodating too and gave me updates about my car the whole time I was in the waiting room!

These guys were great. I was traveling with a trailer and had problems with my truck. They helped me get the trailer off got me right in and resolved the issue. Checked over the entire truck to make sure everything was ok and got me on my way. Honest guys Thanks for everything.

From the first guy who answered the phone to set-up an appointment to me picking-up my car it was a remarkable experience! Employees at the phones and front desk were so calm and reassuring they would let me know what the problem was and they would have a solution. They were so refreshing in a world that is in such a rush to get you off the phone! These guys should lead a training session for other front line employees in the company! Took my jeep in about a year ago with transmission issues and these guys did an amazing job rebuilding it. Recently the transmission started acting up again and they took it in, diagnosed it, ordered the part, and fixed it completely under the parts warranty. I nearly cried when they told me there was no charge, and then again when I saw how much it would have been because I don t have much more money to put into this car after last year s transmission. Don t know what I would ve done without these guys. Now it s shifting and running smoother than ever! They re always so kind and informative and get the job done right, real stand up people!Service: Transmission

I found all of the staff at Guaranteed Auto pleasant and helpful. However, Matt went above and beyond what was required to help me with replacing the transmission on my car. I picked the car up about a week ago and, so far, it would be hard to know that anything was ever wrong with it. It runs and operated beautifully. Always friendly and knowledgeable. It did take longer for an oil change than I expected. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. Lucky I was able to work from my phone while I waited.

Took my mustang in to them to do the rear gears and everything came out amazing. Everyone was very nice and informative too. They found additional issues underneath and suggested to get them fixed but didn t pressure me to get them done, like other shops do to try to make a quick buck.

My granddaughter is going to Purdue and I needed to find a reliable shop to service her car. I had the oil changed and a starting issue looked at. I was pleased with their service and their front desk handling of the starting issue.
