They have some hard to find pieces but are overpriced and then want to hit you with a restocking charge once they complete credit card processing. I didn t even walk out the door and asked to look at a different size of what I just purchased and the first thing out of their mouth is there will be processing feeIn addition, when I got back to the project it was the incorrect size.I ve special ordered off of them before and it took a long time and several months and calls before I received the product.If don t know exactly what you need, they aren t going to be much assistance

More companies should be like Great American Supply! Went out of their way to make sure our plumbing needs were met! These people truly care about their customers and like to ensure that everything is working properly! Thanks so much for all of your help.

Other customers said they were helpful. I experienced very poor customer service. Drove in 30 minutes because they said they had parts I needed, when I got there they didn't and thought it was funny.

Amazing local business! I recently purchased an area business and was sent to Great American Supply after making four other stops. He not only had what I needed, he instructed me on "how to get it right the first time".

Initially I went to them because I needed to order a specific plumbing part through a supplier. Not only did he order the part, but gave great information on how to install. My plumbing problem solved!

Great place for hard to get parts. I always go to them first and most often they have or can get what I need. Nice people, very helpful.

The employees are absolutely amazing and super helpful!!If they do not know the answer to my question or issue they quickly find the answer!I would recommend anyone and everyone to come in or call to see if they can help you with anything needed!

Out of respect for Maxwell Sr. I will just say the guy with the long goatee was not very friendly, and will probably look some where else for future parts. They did however have the filter needed if you can get past the poor customer service.
