Katie with Ford/ Lincoln took great care of us. We had some issues that took some time to get worked through on our car. Every time we had to come in she was warm and welcoming. Katie always took the time to explain what exactly was going on with our car and explained things in a way that was easy for non-mechanical brains to understand. I appreciated how she always went above and beyond for me. Thank you for great service!

Joel kept me informed all the way on what was going on with my car. Unfortunately they had my car for 5 days, Not including the weekend. It was due to the part they needed, a delay in shipping. He called me nearly every day to keep me informed. When it was ready, they had the courtesy driver pick me up so I could get my car. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Left floor mats dirty, didn t put an in mileage so who know how much they were driving my car but the gas tank was lower than what I took it in by a considerable amount. Also Don t buy a warranty through them it is a waste!!!Plus can even put the car back correctly.

Had a lot of warranty work done. Took longer than estimated. Had to change out loaner vehicle. Picked up my vehicle near closing time on Friday. Immediately, check engine light came on. Had to wait over the weekend to take it back. Service had made a mistake, and quickly found it and fixed the problem. The worst of this were the extra trips I had to make. I guess I had typical V-6 Turbo engine problems.

Found a few last minute issues on my E450 based RV when preparing for a trip. Andy fit me in the schedule the day I called and the mechanics corrected the problems so that we could leave for our trip on time. Thanks again for helping me out with great customer service!!!

Everytime I have to come in for service, I always work with Brandon. He is always courteous and it's nice to have someone that knows me when I walk in the door. If I ever have questions, he always finds the answer and always provides excellent service. I always look forward to seeing his friendly smile when I come in for service.

Brandon was great to work with and made it easy to communicate with him. He was very responsive and I appreciated him staying on top of parts being in stock for my service. I LOVED the service video from Peter and Brandon upon completion. I showed everyone at work and said See how awesome Ford Service is - nice touch, everyone should do that! Had my truck towed in the middle of the night to the dealership. They got me in first thing in the morning (Saturday) and sent me a text to let me know. Had it diagnosed and ready for pick up within 3 hours. Which. Is great since I m from out of town. Great customer service.

Brandon in the service department was AWESOME. We came in with a broken truck while driving from up north down to Indy and Brandon got us in immediately and put us in a loaner as fast as he could. Thank you again for all the help!

We took our car in last fall with a message center charging issue and rough idle. They charged us a diagnostic fee of 200 and gave us our car back saying they couldn t get it to duplicate. (Standard dealership response) We have video of our car running rough 10 minutes after we got it back from them. Called, left a message for the manager who never called us back. Sent the video to the service advisor, nothing. Don t waste your money or time. I get that their time is worth something and are owed something but when you don t actually diagnose the issue then 200 is a little steep. We have bought several cars from Ford, we are done. The service department can t fix something unless it s kicking a code.

Brandon had 10/10 service. Booking was super quick and easy, I came in for a recall on my vehicle, told me it would take 90-120 minutes and I was out in 80. Very professional and courteous.

I took my truck in for an oil change. They sent me a video of their inspection. They suggested that I replace the air filter and the cab air filter. I ve owned the truck for about 3 years and neither one has been replaced so I said go ahead. The service advisor, Katie, did a great job of keeping me informed of the work being performed and then let me know when it was done.

My husband and I bought 2 2020 Ford F150's and they both had a recall that was missed. Brandon, was the one we worked with and he was Amazing, he listened to what was wrong and what we needed. My husband and I both work and needed a loaner. Brandon was on it, he went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed. My husband and I were very impressed with the tentivness that Brandon showed to our needs and the information about our trucks.Thank you Ford for having Brandon on your team!!

I received a dash warning 3 time in 2 days regarding the charging system. The appointment & remedy was fast it has improved lower gear shifting & remote starting. Katie was great!

The mechanics are top notch. I know when something is fixed it's fixed! I do not second guess or have to worry. I do wish this last visit they would've communicated a little better. I also wish that the cost was not so high. I had to put the expense on a credit card and that was tough. But, it's fixed and my car is paid off so it all worked out. Thank the Lord!

Communication was good. Need to work on scheduling repairs. Not sure why you would schedule a repair when the part wasn t in stock and needed to be overnighted. Was under the impression that when I was told to bring my vehicle in that they had the part needed for the repair and that I would be getting my car back the same day. Ended up being 3 days before we got it back because repair part came in later than expected. Other than that everything else was good.

I was having transmission issues with a used vehicle I had bought 2 months prior. Ford of Lafayette was very helpful and their communication was great. Katie went above and beyond with the information during and after the issues i was having. Along with the issues I had with the warranty company. Would definitely return to ford of Lafayette and would go to straight to Katie in the service department if you need it handled right and quickly

Ive been to this dealership twice now, and both times I was treated extremely well. My second visit back, which was over 4 months ago, the staff remembered me from my previous trip which is always a good feeling. This time around I got an oil change, which was extremely quick and I had my car back in no time. Both times I have worked with Brandon, who I highly recommend! As a college student I had never been to a dealership by myself but he is always helpful in guiding me through the process, making sure I knew what was happening. I have no doubt that I will continue coming back to this dealership with full trust in their capabilities!

Great service on a power train warranty issue. The needed part was permanently back ordered and our service advisor Brandon got the part through some emergency process after one week. He also promptly arranged for a loaner vehicle.

A bit frustrating because I scheduled for a recall fix and was told to expect an hour or less. Then they tell me they don t have the part and will have to keep the vehicle overnight. Brandon communicated with very well with me once we got past the initial frustration otherwise it would be a 1 star here.

I took my Mazda to be diagnosed for oil leak. They checked with Mazda, got information for me. And thanks to their diagnosis I was able to make arrangements with Mazda to have that repaired so that it would be under warranty. I truly wish they would go back to selling Mazda s at the dealership. The service people have all been excellent. And I appreciate their help very much.

While traveling my F-150 broke down with an oil leak. We arrived at the dealership with no appointment and my truck smoking. 5 hours from our destination and not sure how this was going to end up with my wife and toddler I was concerned. The service team identified the issue, prioritized the work, and had the parts to fix it. They were able to complete a 5 hour job that day! They gave us a vehicle for the night so the silicone could cure. The next morning we went to the dealership and were on our way! I cannot say enough about the team. The service department, parts department, and I even talked to the tech multiple times. Everyone was awesome.

DECEPTIVE DECEPTIVE DECEPTIVEI will not return. 2.5 hrs for an oil change and pushing new rear brakes stating they are <.5 and car should not be driven without replacing and needed tune-up. Scheduled for following morning. Also needed new wipers since it was raining and mine had split. Service advisor said you only put in heated wipers and he ordered them.Well.....red flags.1. Took car in morning to another dealer and my rear brakes where at 3 not <.5.2. Your dealership just put a new engine in less than 9000 miles ago. So why tune-up?3. Heated wipers seriously. I just needed wipers so I could ser while driving home in the rain. Again the other dealer installed for me.YOU HAVE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND I COULD NEVER TRUST YOUR

My car down on the way to an important meeting in Chicago: I was 17 miles south of Lafayette. I called Lafayette Ford and they got me right in to help me: Brandon was amazing. He got me a courtesy car to the rental car place right away so I was able get to get to my meeting. He kept in contact with me the whole week to give me an update on the car. Brandon was polite, knowledgeable and very communicative. I would recommend Lafayette Ford service any day!

We needed our first oil change and took it to the Express lane. They warned me that it was very backed up but we had plenty of time so no biggy.
