I worked with Andrew Welsh to find a late model, lower mileage used truck. He was knowledgable about all makes in the truck market, in addition to Ford. Andrew was great to work with. He was really helpful, no pressure and cared about finding a vehicle that I was really happy with vs just selling me a truck. I thought everyone we dealt with at Ford of Lafayette, throughout the buying process, was very professional, friendly and helpful. They had a big selection of new and used vehicles to shop through. We traded in our gas guzzling Ford Edge for a much more fuel efficient Used VW Golf to get back to see family without spending a fortune. Our little Golf has proved to be the perfect fit and saves us tons of money.The entire purchasing process was a breeze and Shad and Dawn were extremely helpful, laid back and fun to work with. There wasn't a trace of pressure that you normally feel during a car sale and it was actually really entertaining.Although we did have a few hiccups with our car after the sale was completed; Shad, Dawn and Terry all kindly went out of their way to make sure that everything was resolved and we came away from this as very happy customers.I hope that the owner(s) of Raisor Auto Group sees this review and is/are aware of what great assets they have in Shad, Dawn and Terry.They are the ideal people that all companies should strive to hire when looking for the right team for their staff.I 100% recommend this dealership if you need to purchase a used car.

I stopped into Mike Raisor's service center to fill my tire that was registered low on my Digital dashboard on my 2017 FIAT 500C. The Cust rep told me I ran over a nail in the road, and so I was very surprised. He gave me an estimate for replacement tires and warned me that I can drive it for just a bit more, but I need to replace the tires. He filled it with air. I Left but returned in 5 days to pay him for two SAME brand new tires. MR's does not sell FIATs so I was completely honored and walked away with a happy response "You are welcome here anytime!" I replied, "Thanks and I will be back!"

I recently purchased a used Chevy Traverse from Mike Raisor of Lafayette. Ryan Warren did a great job in finding me the perfect car and was competitive enough with pricing to help make my decision easy. I have been buying cars for a good many years and this was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. The sales people were outstanding. The car was clean and ready to go when I got there to take it for a test drive.Everyone I dealt with there was very helpful. Thanks to Ryan and the rest of the team that helped put me in the car I wanted!! I would definitely encourage anyone to make the drive!

I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from Mike Raisor. Going in I was interested in a newer Escape, but when I came in the person I was suppose to be working with was not there and had no idea I had an appointment. I was nervous to even consider continuing my search with them. So, they introduced me to Jay Mason and he was great! He informed me the Escape I originally inquired about was recently purchased so I was pretty bummed when I heard that. He asked what my price range was and found me a couple of SUV's in my budget. Thankfully, there was an Ford Escape still available that looked the exact same as the original one, so I was relieved. I gave it a test drive that same evening and knew I was sold. It ran smoothly and I couldn't have been happier! Working with the staff at Mike Raisor, especially Jay, was a great experience. They helped me get a payment in the range I was looking for, even with the purchase of an extended warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience when wanting to purchase a used car! I will definitely be referring not only Jay, but the entire staff to everyone I know! Thank you guys for helping me find the car I have been wanting:)

Jamie Martin was exceptional to work with at Mike Raisor. I needed an upgrade on the vehicle I was driving. Jamie was attentive to my needs, requirements, and honest with me on what models he felt would be a good fit for me. I went with the Ford Focus SE and absolutely LOVE IT! I couldn't be happier. I loved my experience with Mike Raisor. Nick Schenkel is awesome and truly knows his cars. Working with him was a great experience and I highly recommend him to others going to shop for cars. He was able to get me in a car that had everything I wanted. I have no complaints at all. It's my first Cadillac and I feel confident about my decision. This is our 2nd purchase from Mike Raisor. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Jamie Martin, our sales consultant, really listened to what I needed in a car and was extremely helpful in explaining the available features. He was also extremely prompt in returning all phone and email contacts I made with him. He let me have all the time I needed to make the decision; he was never pushy in ANY way. We got a very good deal on our trade in and the paperwork with title, etc. went by very quickly yet they explained everything extremely well. I would most definitely recommend Mike Raisor to anyone shopping for an automobile.

I had a very positive experience with the pre-owned sales group at Mike Raisor. My sales representative Josh Oliver was considerate and patient, answered my questions, and if he didn't know the answer asked someone who did. Everyone was genuinely concerned with our needs. I like their no haggle policy, and the fact that in the case of my vehicle the price was at the low end of the Kelly Blue Book value range. They will be my first stop for any future car purchases.

We had a great experience. We had been looking for a specific vehicle for a while and finally found it here. I emailed the dealership about the car and they were very fast to reply and set up a test drive. Once we got there everyone was very nice! Our salesman(Erik Hoffman) was the absolute best. I would definitely recommend asking for him when you go here. He was very nice and wanted us to be happy. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

I have purchased several vehicles from Mike Raisor Automotive Group and have had excellent service each and every time. Coby is an outstanding salesperson who is honest, fair and goes out of his way to meet our many requirements. All of the finance individuals go out of their way to not only explain the loan paperwork but to also make sure that the financing fits into our current life situation(s). I have always recommended Mike Raisor, and will continue to do so!

Our salesman Derek Riley was fantastic. He explained the features on the Flex and the options available and then went out and found the model with the color and options we wanted. This is my wife's car and she is thrilled with it. She told me this is her favorite vehicle of all the vehicles we have owned. We are both very pleased with the ride of the Flex and how quiet the cabin is. We were able to take advantage of some great rebates and Ford's lease program. Dan in the business office made the paperwork go smooth and quick, just the way I like it. Raisor Ford is lucky to have such good people like Derek and Dan. It was a very satisfying experience and urge everyone to talk to Derek about your next vehicle. Thanks again Derek, Charlie & Darla Mize

I recently turned in my Ford Focus for a Ford Escape and the transition was seamless. My sales agent, Rodney, was very helpful and professional. We had a wonderful experience with Jay Mason. He was very professional and really cared about making sure we had the vehicle we wanted. Jay had a bit of bad luck when we went to close the deal. The entire computer system went down which brought everything to a halt. Now was his biggest challenge. How do you keep customers that drove two hours one way happy as they sit and wait for the computer issue to be resolved. Well there just wasn't anything that could be done but keep us informed. Unfortunately we had to leave without the deal being completed. But we were able to go back over 2 days later to finalize everything. This was our first experience with this dealership and we want everyone to know it was worth the drive. We have told everyone that if they want to be treated right and find some really nice cars/trucks they need to go see Jay and Mike Raisor's. Thank you Jay!

Leased my new GMC Canyon, experience was top notch. My salesman Chris Randolph was the best part of the deal other than getting a new truck. Everyone I came in contact with at Mike Raisor was friendly and helpful. Chris went out of his way to get me in the vehicle I wanted and keep me within my budget. Overall I will be recommending the Raisor Group to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Buying my first car seemed impossible to me until one of my friends directed me to Derek Riley at Mike Raisor! I honestly couldn't have asked for a more understanding, helpful salesman to walk me through getting my first car. Not only was he and the rest of the staff a huge help in finding the car I wanted but also worked with me to finance my car through Guaranteed Auto Approval. I am so happy with my purchase and will continue to recommend them to anyone buying a car! :)

I came in this past Saturday after working with a sales rep (Michael Reep) earlier in the week regarding a trade in for a preowned 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Michael was easy to work with, answered my questions quickly, and gave me a no BS hassle on the price and trade in values after I told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership, I was impressed with the quality and condition of all their used cars- my Jeep was in immaculate condition. Michael and the financing representative were both very helpful and easy to work with and they worked with me to get the trade I wanted at the financing I needed. I will be coming back to Mike Raisor's pre-owned when its time to get a different car and will be recommending their service in the future. A+

A friend of mine told me to go see Rod Crain at Mike Raisor Used Center in Lafayette, IN. I am so glad I did. After, talking to Rod, I discovered I use to work with his wife. Rod was very helpful, he listened to me, did not try and pressure me into anything I did not want. We sat in the vehicle together and he showed me lots of features. My husband went to look at the car the following day and Rod spent the same amount of time with him as he did me. Which was much appreciated. I made the purchased of my new car. Rod assisted me with getting the highest amount for my trade-in compared to other dealers in town. The Raisor Group is not only interested in selling you a vehicle but they are interested in providing you service after the sale. Again, that is much appreciated. I will continue to give Rod's name out to my family and friends.Kristin helped me with setting up the financing of my new car and she was a great support.

I have purchased from this dealership before and had a great experience with Derek. He has since been promoted and this time I was able to work with Chris Randolph. He is great to work with, very knowledgeable about the product and is very low pressure. Being a female there are times when a salesman can try to take advantage of that. He is just the opposite. He takes the time to determine what you are looking for and shows you options. He also took the time after my purchase to go through the vehicle and it's feature for me. He is a true asset to this team and is great at what he does. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work and in assisting his clients. I would highly recommend working with him if in the market for a new vehicle!

Nick has been very helpful, patient and professional. Best salesman with technical knowledge and good personality. I enjoyed the visit very much. He showed me around 4 or 5 different vehicles that I was interested in and took me for test driving on each of them and told me their advantages and drawbacks from really detailed aspects. Although the price Mike Raisor offered me for the Buick Verano is not ideal compared to other dealers, it was not Nick's fault and probably he couldn't do much to help lower the bar. Otherwise I really would love to make this deal with Nick.

I went to Mike Raisor Ford to buy a car for the first time ever. I had just graduated from college and I was working full-time and able to finally afford a car payment and get a reliable car. When I got there, I was met by a salesman by the name of Roddy Richardson. He was beyond helpful and listened to all my wants and needs to find me my dream car. With his help, I was able to take home a 2016 Ford Escape which is by far the nicest car I have ever drove. Thank you Roddy!!

We are a new customer of Mike Raisor and only have great things to say about the sales staff. Our contact was initiated through the internet where we came across a vehicle that met our budget and vehicle needs. Ken Richards was our sales person and was great to work with. Our purchase ended up being a new vehicle with all the options we were looking for. Ken communicated with the new car sales staff and located the vehicle we wanted. He worked diligently to get make our buying experience very easy and within our budget. Ken was exceptional to work with and we will definitely be return customers and HIGHLY recommend him and the dealership to everyone. The only review we can give on the service is the department where our car was parked for our inspection was spotless!

We needed a used vehicle rather quickly and visited the dealership on SR 38. Within minutes, Tom had us in his office looking through what they had to offer in the size and price range of what where we were looking to be.Tom then got us a couple of test drives, financing options and all in a very timely manner. We made a quick decision and love our new(er) vehicle!Thanks Tom Powell and Mike Raisor for making the process quick, painless and for working around our busy schedules to get things done!Awesome salesman, financing and service, as a whole!

I leased a new 2014 GMC Sierra from Mike Raisor. It was a very pleasurable experience. Bill Draper was my salesman, and he went above and beyond to help me find the truck I wanted that fit into my budget. He even stayed way after closing time to help me get settled in to my new truck. I would highly recommend that people choose Mike Raisor as their dealer and Bill Draper as the salesman. I will definitely be a return customer for future vehicles. Thank you, Bill for doing such a wonderful job. 5 stars all the way around!!!

My experience here was the best I could ask for. Not only did the salesman, Jamie, inform me of everything I needed to know about my new Ford Fusion he went above and beyond to insure my experience was positive. Jamie pointed out a small spec on the tire from the transfer of the car and had it fixed for me for free within two days. He also searched for the exact car I wanted with no hesitation and kept me very informed through the whole time. It really was a very personal and enjoyable experience and will continue to visit and work with this wonderful dealership.

I bought a Ford Escape from here, and my experience so far has been great. The sale representative assigned to me was Courtney Cox and she did a wonderful job in helping me choose an Escape that met my requirements. She was polite, respectful and very helpful. I was also given several discounts since I am affiliated with Purdue. It was just an all-around great experience.

Great service, great sales team! We live in the Indy area and first started coming to Mike Raisor for import service after a bad experience with the Indy dealership. Service department has been great to work with and goes above and beyond each time we bring the car in. We just just traded in our car for a new one and had the opportunity to work with Casey Bushong. It was a great experience.Casey was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the features of our new vehicle. If you're in the market for a VW, Audi, or Mercedes Benz, I highly recommend Mike Raisor and be sure to ask for Casey!

I just leased my third vehicle from Mike Raisor GMC in the last 7 years, it is the service I receive-both from my salesperson-Bill Draper and finance person Jason Conn that keep me coming back when I am in the market for a new vehicle.The service dept. does a great job as well, most recently I had a flat tire that could not be repaired and the service team took care of the tire in a timely manner and the cost ended up being lower than expected! Long gone are the days that the dealership is more expensive than other places around town-they work to remain competitive with the market and customer service focused and that matters to me.
