I had a flight in less than 3 hours when my tire got a major hole on the side, I walked in with NO appointment & Tyler took care of me right away, found me a new tire at an AMAZING price!! and had everything done in less than 30 mins!!Highly recommended, the customer service is TOP TIER & before I knew it I was already walking out the door! When I face any issues again I m definitely returning there!!Thank you!!!

Had tires put on while down here camping and just went to do my first rotation on the tires since I got them put on and on one wheel I had to snap 6 out of the 8 due to either cross threading them on or over torquing them when they installed the wheels back on my truck. Highly recommend going elsewhere unless you want to be down a vehicle when you go rotate your tires

Did a walk in for tire rotation. They said it would be about hour and half. Walked to local shopping near by. Even though they was busy it was done in less than a hour. No charge because I had bought them there. Great service.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I have a handicap and they were very respectful and helpful. The waiting room was clean and they were very efficient in getting me in and out. I appreciate their kindness and their quality work very much.

We came in for a simple tire repair (bead needed cleaned). They immediately told us all the tires were bad and needed replaced without even pulling it in the shop. They refused to even do a repair. We just got the tires 3 months ago . We went over to Tire barn and they cleaned the bead and had us on the road in 30 minutes. Dont go here. These guys are crooks

Trying discount back out after they put a huge gash in my fender a few years ago.Didn't appreciate my vehicle being pulled so far past the curb it scraped my bumper protector on the bottom.Their tires are reliableService depends but this time was great.

01/07/23- My first time at this store.Our tires were bought at a Discount Tires. I stopped by to have the air pressure checked. I was impressed to see they have a designated area.They don't make you walk in and stand in line for a service you need to go back outside.I waited a couple minutes. I watched a young man pull a car out, pull one in and run in and out of the office.There was a guy with a beanie and his hands in his pockets walking around. Maybe management He made eye contact, but acted like he didn't see me. I wasn't happy.Then it all changed when Shea (the young man running all over) came to ask which tire I needed checked. He was polite and helpful for someone who seemed to be doing it all.I asked him to check all four. Then I asked if he had the tool to check the monitor sensor. He ran back in, came out, and checked them all.I was happy I stopped by. Shea did not make me feel like I put him out with all my questions. The way the crew was working says they put the customer first. Make sure to ask for Shea for all your tire needs!I hope Management, can recognize Shea for his great customer service!

Bought a new set of Michelin Cross Climate tires and was in and out in 45 minutes. Important to set up an appointment in advance to get service like that!! Love these tires !!! Be careful on the Interstate. These tires run so smooth, it is easy to speed. I understand they are excellent on rain and ice. Can't wait fir it to rain. $110 off right now for a set of FOUR.

Absolutely amazing service. I always work with Dakota Barnes, He always goes above and beyond to help me with my multiple vehicles. As long as the service never changes, I will always be a discount tire customer.

Not sure what the "Discount" is, because they are still expensive. Service is good, but slow due to being very busy. Probably due to winter weather. Pleasant staff, but boring wait. TV would be nice to watch to pass the time.

Made an appointment for 1:30 and didn't get to leave until 3:45. Saw quite a few people that didn't have appointments come in after me and get their vehicle worked on and leave before mine even got brought into the bay. All I needed was a nail taken out and tire patched. No reason for an APPOINTMENT to take 2 hours and 15 minutes. I needed to pick my children up from the bus after school but luckily my older daughter was able to get them or I would've waited all the time for nothing and had to leave.

Had multiple nails and screws in my tires, they patched them completely free and aired up my tires. They were extremely busy but got my car finished quickly and had perfect service.

Amazing customer service! I called 30 minutes before they closed (unknowingly) because I had a screw in my tire. Ethan said Bring it on over and we ll take a look! Mitchell was so friendly and fixed the problem immediately and I was done before they closed! So professional and willing to help. Very Highly recommended!!

I worked with Tyler the other day. He knew I was having a terrible week and replacing a tire was not in the budget. He really worked w me to get something I could afford and made sure he took care of me.I asked him why is he doing this for me and he said"I could see it in your face you needed a break this week, and I wanted you to know that at least at Discount Tire you can feel safe and we got your back."I literally cried. I was so thankful. Above and beyond service. As long as I live in Lafayette area, and Tyler works there, customer for life.

Very busy which is a good thing and not only that they are affordable and FAST I was only waiting probably 15mins from the time I got there and gave them the keys they had my tires installed 2 thumbs up... Note they don't do alignments here which is a bummer but they make up for it in service fortune. Highly recommended. And knowledgeable staff. Thanks

Admittedly I rated this place poorly a year ago. However, this time they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. My vehicle was on their premises for 4 days and through some difficulties with ordering we are able to iron out a deal. To the people that helped me out this time around, I'm sorry for what I said. Clearly the last time was either a mis understanding on my part, or they were having a bad day. Either way, I was wrong! These guys are great!

They check your tire pressure for free! Ladies it's worth a tip not to ruin your nails and get grease on your hands.

Just want to say thanks for the laughs at discount tire in Lafayette. oh and for fixing the tire. My bestie and I were heading to Tennessee for vacation when we had issues with flat tire. They made our day by fixing it quickly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the fun we had there. Thanks. You guys are great

I cannot say enough good things about this business. It was top notch service from beginning to end. The service desk staff were super polite and helpful. The technician that worked on my tire was very efficient, timely, knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this business for all your tire needs.

They will STEAL from you and say nothing about it until you find out and complain.When you get your car back, there's no confirmation of any work that's been done. Just here are your keys and be on your way. Unprofessional and zero respect for customers' property.

I would have to say they are in no big rush to get a vehicle in and out even when you have an appointment. They didn t check my vehicle in as they should have when I dropped it off so needless to say but vehicle didn t get done. Either they need to work on being more efficient or not schedule as many vehicles in a day since they re too slow to handle what they do schedule! The best part was they sent me a receipt to my email of a service that they never did!

Needed 2 new run flat rear tires due to normal wear and tear. Based on word of mouth I went with Discount Tire in Lafayette. Dealership was quoting twice the cost, which I knew would be higher, but that amount was ridiculous! Placed order for the tires which arrived within a couple days. Made appointment and dropped car off a bit early and was notified through text they were done within 30 minutes! The tires were actually the same brand as the dealership. Great value, customer service, and workmanship (car monitors air pressure and tread wear and sensors were reset correctly). Definitely will return when needing new tires in the future.

You can take your car in with an appointment to get tires looked at and they will tell you when they will be done. When that promised time passes, you will have to go get your keys from them after 2.5 hours because they forgot about you and never looked at your car.

Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Always make an appointment before you go and things will go smoother than showing up out of the blue. Recommend this place for sure.

Benjamin greeted me and verified every possible variable prior to my new tires being installed. Very knowledgeable staff with lots of patience and friendly demeanor. This place does a lot of business, and gets a lot of return customers. Awesome warranty on my new Michelin tires, including a roadside assistance plan for three years! I ll certainly recommend this store to my friends, and will definitely be back to buy more tires from them. Thanks for your friendly transaction, Benjamin!

I love this place. Everyone I interact with anytime I m there is really friendly and knowledgeable. They really do their best to make the customer satisfied with their visit, which I really appreciate. And they ve got great prices on top of a great experience. Highly recommend for all your tire needs!!
