Lovely work! They were super nice and they did amazing work with my pretty old car! AND it seems they detailed the whole exterior!

Had an accident around April/may along my whole passenger side. There was a gap between the rear passenger door that would leak in water when I went through the car wash and the front passenger door would rub against the frame when it was opened. Fortunately, I was able to get everything repaired through insurance. Denny s was really patient and helpful with the process. The front desk people was very friendly too. I turned my car in around middle of June (I think) and got it returned to me earlier than the estimated date (estimated was like July 14th and I was able to get it around the first week of July). The passenger side looks basically new. No gaps, no leaks, no rubbing against the frame or anything. I m content with the work done except for a few things. 1. The cover for the passenger door lock has a gap between the frame which is minor. 2. The detailing service. I haven t been to a body shop before and I m not sure if every body shops offer this, but I was very unhappy with Denny s detailing service. I m not sure if stuff got moved around since I couldn t find one of my makeup pallet that was tucked by the driver side but later on I was able to find it in the back seats. Either way, I m still unable to locate a couple of items that was in my car. I made sure to clean the front half & passenger side of my car and removed any items that had monetary value. However, I still had things that I valued in the car. Originally I noticed a couple of boxes of my cigarettes were gone that was in my driver side door pocket. I called and they had no explanation but offered to replace them. I declined since 1. Im trying to quit since May and 2. I wasn t sure if that was legal for a company to buy cigarettes for someone. Another minor thing is they had removed this plastic film on my audio system that I had kept on to avoid fingerprints. It s minor but I didn t expect it to get removed. After a few more days, I noticed a picture of me and someone important wasn t where I put it and I m still not able to find it (this mainly upset me, but not much that can be done about it). Along with that, the interior of the car wasn t really cleaned. It s just seems like stuff got moved around. I just wished I had known about the detailing service or if they were gonna trash anything beforehand. Overall, the work they do at the price they offer is fine. They made the whole process easy and was friendly. However I wouldn t recommend this place to my friends or go again though.Service: Body & Trim

Denny's team was courteous, worked directly with the insurance company and got things rolling pretty seamlessly. I chose them as I heard that they have a talented painter, my vehicle has a unique color and is basically new (5k miles). I am glad that I chose Denny's and are satisfied with the work and process!

Unfortunately, I recently hit a deer while driving. Luckily, someone recommended that I visit Denny's for assistance, which turned out to be great advice because all of the staff there were so warm and welcoming. The ladies in particular helped me through every step of the process without any hassle.

They helped me out with a minor crash, it was fixed in 3 weeks but that was because insurance took forever to get stuff approved. They were super polite and helpful. Student discount is amazing! Thanks so much!

Dennys Body Shop was able to help me when my car was in an accident. They fixed my car like brand new and were able to help me with any and all insurance questions I had. I don't know what poor soul also swept my car out as well but THANK YOU! It looks so nice and was much needed! There work is beautiful and there customer service is top notch!

We had a great experience with Denny's. Repairs to our Legacy are perfect. They went deeper than the insurance estimate to make sure all problems were found and fixed. Denny's makes communication, drop off and pick up easy. They coordinate everything with the insurance company and with the rental car company.

My son unfortunately was in a wreck same day he purchased his dream car. We had it towed to Dennys as they had amazing reviews . I worked directly with Kandace who worked hard with insurance for us and worked hard to communicate what was needed and helped us get the best price possibly on his repair ! Had some hiccups along the way but worked together and made it right in the end ! My car looks good as new. Sensors, rear hatch, and everything that here harmed in being rear ended function like they were never broke. Great line of communication kept me up to date on any developments with my vehicle. Definitely recommend.

Kandace was a great help from start to finish! She was very informative and answered all of my questions with patience. My car was detailed when I picked it up, which was an amazing surprise! My car looked wonderful. Overall it was a great and smooth experience. 100% recommend!

We recently had some body work done on our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We were very impressed with the quick turnaround. The repairs are flawless; cannot even tell there was damage. We will definitely recommend Denny s Body Shop to our family & friends.

We had a relatively small repair job but were super impressed with the service. Parts are hard to find at this time and we needed the car for a road trip. Denny's called around and found repair parts in short order and then scheduled the repair. The workmanship was superb, the service was exceptional, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Definitely a 5* review.

Best experience I've had at any sort of auto shop ever. They got me a quote within an hour of checking on my truck, answered all of my questions throughout the whole process, and had the work done within the estimated timeframe. Hopefully there is not a need to, but I would go back here in a heartbeat if I needed any other body work done.

I have used Denny s Body Shop before that s why I brought my vehicle back the second time. The overall process was professionally done from start to finish. Denny s worked well with my insurance company and I got my vehicle back in 4 days. I got my truck back and I believe it looks better now than before my accident. The service was great. Dennys was able to repair the the drivers seat (electric switch) and the structure (a broken bracket). I don't review much, but this place was great. Friendly knowledgeable people. I got estimates from 5 places, and all of the others were generic computer look ups based on a few glances. Their estimator came out, got underneath, took photos and gave a thorough look over. The work was first class, and they hit the estimate on the penny. Left the vehicle clean. (Even my dealer leaves greasy handprints all over the interior for minor scheduled service) I have recommended them to others, I was more than satisfied. A couple others were chain places, the people weren't very engaged. These people were all professional. Not fake nice professional, but personal and wanting to genuinely provide a good experience. Service shop tech was excellent and prompt; ordered the part on Monday, received it on Wednesday, and fixed the job on the same day in 20 minutes including buff and shine while waiting. The Shop respects the customer's need for the necessary repair, not the business need for any inclusions. This is my second vehicle that I had them repair in the last 12 years , they did such an outstanding job on my Toyota that was rear ended and had to be hauled away on a flat bed and we are still using it today , when I had to get body work on my truck fixed recently , I went straight to them . Very professional and courteous, highly recommended.
