We purchased a 2018 van off of Del Real auto sales. Within 2 months the transmission started having issues. We contacted the dealership only to be told that our 6 month warranty was no longer valid. Four months after owning the van the camera sensors went out, costing over $1500 to fix. We again reached out to the dealership, and we re told to leave a message and someone would be in touch. None of our messages or emails have been answered. We are extremely frustrated with their customer service and warranty that was not upheld. We will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and encourage others to look elsewhere.

Not worth 7 hard inquiries because if you re not approved by one bank, they go through every bank until your approved.

Great staff and selection! Easy to work with, and I really believe truly honest people (almost impossible to find in a car dealership). Eddie is on my extremely short list of kewl people for life and I'd recommend this place highly to anyone in the market for an automobile...

My experience here was less than poor. Upon my vehicle purchasing journey I was surprisingly referred to this place by a close friend. Before arriving, I did my research on the vehicles they had in inventory and was fully prepared to pursue my options. Once I got there I was greeted by a salesman. He asked my interest; I told him then he proceeded immediately haggled me about my credit and how much money I wanted to put down. After redirecting his adamant and untimely questions I test drove one of the vehicles. Once I got to the vehicle, I immediately noticed the gas tank was on E! The vehicle had no indication of how many miles were left til empty. So, I didn't feel comfortable enough to drive it anywhere. After a quick turnaround I returned the vehicle to the lot. During this whole interaction the salesman literally never asked my name nor gave me his! I have had better service at Starbucks

They seem like a nice place but weren't willing to work with my financing institution when purchasing a car. It's the second time they've acted like this with us.

Very unprofessional!!! I Called ahead to confirmed a vehicle I was interested in was still available and asked for it to be held until i got there. The guy over the phone said yes the vehicle is here and no problem on holding it for me. sent a credit application via email to get the buying process started. I Drove over 2 hours and when I arrived they told me they sold the vehicle less than an hour before I got there. Either they lied about the vehicle being there to get me onto the lot or just unprofessional and untrustworthy. In my opinion they're both.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and the sales experiences was painless and easy. Juan Carlos was absolutely fantastic when purchasing our Chevy Equinox!

I have nothing but good things to say about amazing people at Del Real Auto Sales. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and straight-forward. I would highly recommend Del Real Auto Sales to everyone. I am very happy to say that I will definitely be returning for any future services.

I've purchased vehicles from there and have had good results. The only reason for 4 stars is sometimes it takes awhile for them to contact back with questions after leaving a voicemail. Other than that, it's a great place to purchase a vehicle. Some times it can get quite pricy.

I bought a used 2004 Alero in 2004. It was a hertz bought at auction. I bought it from a dealer in Omaha for $9000. After paying it off it was about $11000. I had it for about 6 years and took excellent care of it. I did all the repairs my self and have experience working on cars. I was in a financial crisis and the owner of Del Real saw his opportunity to rip me off. He gave me $900 for a car worth about $5000. I tried getting my car back and saw the owner driving it to work. He is despicable don't deal with him. That was less money than I could have got at junk yard. Another thing to add. One of his employees tried selling me a Subaru off of Facebook. He said it was his personal car. Finally got him to admit he was selling it for Del Real at his house. It was in terrible shape and way overpriced. He told me he sold it and was I relieved. He kept pressuring me.

Great place to get a car. They wouldn't haggle much but I still got a very good deal. Would recommend if your in the need of a decent, mid priced car!

I had just recently bought a car here and I love it! I also got the Power Train Coverage that they have to offer, because it made me feel more secure if anything went wrong with my car OR if I just locked my keys in the car. One thing that stood out to me (before I got my car), compared to other dealers was that I never felt pressured to buy anything, they never loured me in what so ever. Once I sat down with them to do paper work, they did a very good job explaining everything, and also giving me different options on certain things. They have reasonable payment plans that fit my budget as a student in college and working part time. They have nice cars, differently varieties, reasonable prices. Inside it's nice and cool, they have a soda machine and snack machine if you ever get hungry or thirsty, tv to watch while waiting, and a clean bathroom as well. Can't complain about anything. They live up to their standards... Very well!

I purchased a 2010 Charger from Del Real and love it! They were all very friendly and helped answer all of my questions. I was even able to get a year warranty with the car and they worked with me to get a good price for my trade in. Very happy with the experience. (:

Horrible experience. Asked about a discount based on the fact that van was overpriced according to several appraisals. They sounded foreign when I spoke to them and upset that I even asked a question n refused to talk anymore with me. Highly unkind be ware

I'd give these guys 10 stars if i could, got 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan me and my wife couldn't be any happier with our vehicle.The service was like beyond reproach, I highlyDel Real Auto to anyone for their vehicle purchase.

Horrible customer service. Salesman was texting while we were there and didn't seem to want to help us. Drove 2 hours to look at a SUV that was said to have no rust and did. Also the battery was dead. Decided to look at another SUV and the battery was dead in that one too.

I was there about a month ago I walked around that lot for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to help me I had cash on me had $20,000 on me to buy a car nobody bothered to come out and help me
