We had a wonderfull experience here. Noel was the perfect salesman. He wasn't pushy, gave us space, but was there for any questions we had. When/If we need a car we will definitely come back here to deal with Noel!

Went to DeFOUW to just look around when we made the acquaintance with Noel Evans. Noel is a very experienced salesman and helped us find what we were looking for. When one of my parents had to go into a nursing home, I needed to sell their car. I came to DeFouw and was treated very well by Cameron and given a reasonable offer. This was in stark contrast to the offer I received from another dealer in town. DeFouw has been wonderful and I will definitely come back the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

Noel Evans helped me get my dream car, the day I went to look for a vehicle. He was amazing! The process was so smooth thanks to him! 10/10 recommend going in to see him if you are looking to buy a nice used vehicle!Update: Bought another vehicle from Noel Evans and it was just as great as the first time. Noel was absolutely amazing. We have purchased 2 vehicles from him in that past year. He is honest, professional and friendly. We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and have never come across a salesman with the integrity and sincerity we found with Noel. He will always be our first stop when it s time to trade.

Noel is a great salesperson. After telling him the things I wanted in a car he set about finding exactly what I wanted. He made the process very easy and has followed up often to be sure I was happy with the choice. I've bought two cars from him and likely will get another.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience buying a car from Noel Evans. Lafayette was a bit farther than I would normally go to purchase a car but Noel made the effort worthwhile and even enjoyable. His after purchase follow up was also much appreciated.

Defouw was absolutely great to work with! I sent out 12-15 inquiries about suburbans within a 300 mile radius. I feel like customer service is lost on a lot of these dealerships, but not these guys. I was happy to drive 4 hours to work with them. Very friendly, efficient, easy to deal with. When I got there everything was as advertised on the car and all the paperwork was ready. Overall, I feel like a great value on the car and a good fair value on the trade in. Highly recommend!!

I have dealt with Noel on my last 2 vehicle purchases. All I have to do is tell him what exactly what I am looking for and he will be on it. Sending me emails with pics of what he has found constantly and he does not give up until he finds what I like. After the purchase he continues with follow up emails maki g sure I am still satisfied.I will always ask for Noel when I go to Defouw.

I was happy with the dealership and Noel Evans. Noel was very friendly and professional. I personally didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I did my complete purchase over the internet because I did not live near the dealership but had found them when doing a search for a used SUV. When I went to the dealership to sign the papers and pay for the vehicle, Noel had everything ready and was very respectful of my time which was very much appreciated. I received a very good deal on a great used car and can honestly say I will shop their location again. I would also highly recommend Noel and DeFouw to others. KP- Indy

If anyone , I mean anyone is car searching please visit Noel Evans at Chevy Defouw!! He is such as nice man. He really helped me in my search for my dream SUV. He listened to my wants and needs for the vehicle I was looking for. He was patient and let me try out as many vehicles as I needed until found the ONE. Never once did he try to push me into getting a vehicle that was over budget. If I ever need a vehicle again I know that I will pay Noel a visit again. I have even recommend him to me friends and family!

I had a great experience working with Noel Evans on leasing my 2021 Chevy Equinox! He worked hard to get me a price on the lease i could afford and make it an easy trade from my Trax to the Equinox. He has since helped me out with few other things with the car and helped me get ahold of the right people. Most of this during my recent visit after someone rear ended my new equinox. He checked in on the process and helped get me answers when i had trouble getting ahold of others.Aside from working with Noel, my family and i have been buying and leasing cars through Defouw for years and have always been treated amazingly. Me personally, i have bought one car and leased 3 now through Defouw. My family and i will continue to keep defouw Lafayette our number one go to for a vehicle! We always recommend them to others as well!

I worked with Noel Evans to make a purchase of a pre-owned Chevy pick-up truck. He worked very hard to to get my business and went a little extra out of his way to seal the deal. If I were in the market to buy another vehicle, I would certainly ask for Noel.
