I really appreciate the salesperson's attention to me and my family. I thought they did a really spectacular job engaging with my son and myself. I've dealt with multiple stores and shops around the area and crossroads by far is the most friendly prompt and professional business that I've dealt with so far. Mandy and I believe his name was Joe are freaking awesome they got me right in got exactly what I needed done and it didn't cost a lot either compared to other tire shops who wanted to charge double what they charge or hold my wheel hostage for weeks lol. I was in and out here and I WILL be returning in the future for any of my tire or motorcycle needs. Thanks guys you're doing awesome!

When I bought my Honda pcx 150 it was topping out at 68 mph . I had driven it 12,000 miles. I started getting lower gas mileage as well as it top speed was 62. I come to this shop for a tune up . Rick and his crew changed my belt roller weights air filter oil change . They did this in only two hours. Now my bike is topping out at 68 mph again. Thank you so much and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for going over and beyond

Had them install my new rear wheel for me. We had a few issues with the spacing due to being aftermarket wheel, but Joe was right on it and worked with me and did a great job! Would highly recommend! Great communication and top notch work!

I've had multiple bad experiences with OTHER shops.1 literally ran over my bike with a forklift and destroyed/totaled it (was replaced free)Another talked up their game, and charged me nearly $900 which was the cost for a Zip-Tie on a bad electrical plug instead of fixing it properly, like I asked multiple times before. Thankfully I got my money back on that one.I came to these guys, after moving across the country from Utah, with a non working bike other shops failed to fix. They did a FANTASTIC job, and were incredibly professional and transparent, something the other shops failed to do.My bike got a full service complete, multiple things fixed/replaced, and the WIRING ISSUES I was having were finally fixed. They even redid the wiring work FOR FREE after we found out some Rat crawled into my bike and chewed up the wiring and popped a main fuse either sometime right before I picked the bike up, or right after. I obviously paid a lot of money for all the work, but it was worth every penny. I greatly appreciate these guys!I wished I could have delt with them at the beginning of this year, instead of the end, so I didn't have an entire season of riding missed. I know it's ready for next season however, so I have that peace of mind :)Thank you Crossroads! great job!

Recently bought a bike from here it has been about 2 weeks and the bike is no longer running when I called them about it they said sorry but we will not be doing anything about it even though I was told the bike was brought in for repair then the previous owner couldn t afford repairs so they took the bike not too sure how they did that without even fixing the bike. I would stay away from this place if you re looking for pre owned they seem to do this to a lot of people, put a bandaid on the vehicle then sell it and tell you that it s not their problem.

I have a 1989 Harley-Davidson police special. I had crossroads Motorsports do all my work. I had them do a lot of work on it and rebuild and put another motor on it and they did fine work.

We purchased 2 new 4 wheelers off Crossroads paying 3300.00 for both.. A 110 Rival for my 9 year old step-son and a 125 for my 11 year old stepdaughter for Christmas...I bought new because I did not want to buy used and have to work on them by Christmas. After about 6 hours of riding over 3 days my step-son was thrown off it because the left front wheel came off and the 4 wheeler flipped over...I could not believe it happened...After calming down I pulled both 4 wheelers in my shop and started going over them and I found several bolts on both of these unit that were never even tighten..l have been a mechanic for 40 years and this is nothing but poor workmanship and there is no excuse for these 4 wheelers being in this condition coming off the showroom floor at Crossroads Power Sports in Lafayette...Me and their mother are very angry because of this. An attorney may be contacted over this....So public beware if you are thinking of purchasing your kids a 4 wheeler because chances are there are more 4 wheelers and motorcycles on Crossroads' showroom floor that are unsafe to ride....Wendell Iddings , Lebanon Indiana...A very upset customer....

Had an agreement with them and sent the cashiers check for a motorcycle that I was going to have shipped to my house. Called three days later to see if they got the check and they told me it was sold to another person. She lied and said I was supposed to call her back after I sent the check. If she had asked me to call her back, I absolutely would have. Her dad said that the only way they hold a bike is if they get a credit card deposit. I told him I offered and she said it wasn't necessary. They never admitted fault and never offered to reimburse me for the cashiers check. I am currently worrying about what they are going to do with the cashiers check. The dad did offer to sell me a completely different bike, what a joke! Update: I was never told to send a tracking number. If I had been, I would have. They came up with a different reason they sold the bike to someone else several times, after she changed her story. On the positive side, they are sending it back certified mail. In the meantime, my money is on hold, I can not stop payment on a cashiers check.

Tried to buy 2 kids 4 wheelers.. couldnt put put it on cc!! 10% back !! They sad no!! $1000 max on cc!! Just tryin to max my cash back!!

Had a good experience looking at UTV s and dirt bikes. Happened to also run into the local area Kawasaki rep who happened to be in there so he showed me some things also. People there seem friendly and knowledgeable. Getting ready to try out their service department. I ll let you know how that goes!

I give this place a zero stars, my son bought a moped about 6 months ago, and it quit running he took it in. And had to pay a $400 deposit. And then today had to pay another $600. He bought his brand new moped for $1300, how are you gonna charge just as much to fix it as a brand new costs. Blows my freaking mind!!!!!! Very very very disappointed.

I met Kelly who showed me a kimco scooter that was the last one they had. I has good success in the past with a kimco. I spent the weekend contemplating if I should pay the extra 1000 for a better brand. Totally glad I did. Runs like a dream. I'm not overemphasizing how cool everyone that works there is. Very good experience. Blessed and thankful.

Great people to work with. At a time where other shops were quoting me 2 weeks lead times for a new tire, Crossroads had my new tire on in just 5 hours.

They were supposed to rebuild my rear shock off of a rm250 after about a week and a half I got the shock back and it was still blown. I brought it back they had it for another week or so and it still wasn t fixed. I came back for a 3rd time asked for a discount and they gave it to but said they would try it again. Waited about week again and they still didn t fix it. Thankfully they gave me my money back.

Bought a motorcycle off of them with my husband. The tech was extremely rude, and the lady at the counter acted like she didn t want to be bothered with us buying the motorcycle. Any questions we had they made us feel like we were a nuisance and treated us very poorly. My husband upon driving the motorcycle, which he s had Several to know how they should sound/run, felt like something was off. He took it back they looked at it and said it was fine. Even though it s clearly not. When my husband was trying to explain why he felt it was not correct, the tech in the background kept going it s how it s supposed to be! Extremely poor customer service. I m truly in awe that they have stayed open this long if this is how they treat clients, as a pain and just need to get rid of. Would not recommend unless you don t want to be heard and want to be treated like your a problem. We called a place in a different town and they knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it and was very considerate. Best advice, shop around.

My husband took his bike there to get looked at they told him that it would cost $85 to have it looked at so10days later they did look at it and told him what was wrong with it. They then told him it would be $95 but when he told them that he was coming to get it after he get off work in 2 hrs the guy said that the bike was all put together and ready for him. when he got there and he paid for his bike and they told him to go around back to pick it up so he did and when he went to load it up they had his bike in pieces and it was not put back together so we asked for a manager and waited and he stated that they didn't put it back together because just incase they were going to work on it which he had already expressed that he didn't want them to. Than he proceeded to tell him that he would put it back together but not right now. We will never go back and or recommend anyone getting anything from them. We took before and after pictures as well to show the worst customer service experience we have had.

Brought my Triumph in to get a tire mounted. The guys did a great job, super friendly. Will definitely be back. Want to update review, still five star service. They stand by their work and will make things right. Great place !!!

Fast service dropped of bike at 3:30 to get new tires and picked up next day after work just remember they prefer cash 3% discount for cash

I took my scooter in to get the carborator jetted and they charged me 2 hours and didn't even jet it . They charged me for a throttle cable and never replaced it. They charged me for a wiring harness and never touched it .. they sold me a new battery and light bulbs too ... all I needed was the carb jetted and they didn't even do it .... I went back to get things straightened out and they refused to try to make anything right ... I strongly do not recommend this scamming business that sells cheep bikes and mowers

Took the kids ATV in. Needed to get a new tire on a new rim. They came back with a laundry list of things needed (oil change, agreed. But it was going to cost more then my car but ok, one.less thing I needed to do) new chain. Why? Just replaced last year. Alignment. Well probably - mean it's a Kids ATV. Oked all the work. Went the next day to pick it up. Paid for everything. Went around d back to pick it up. They had only done the wheels. They said it wasn't ready yet. (Misunderstanding on my end) They said that it wouldn't start. Suggested an $85 diagnostic test to pinpoint the problem. Because it sat for a while, it would need a fluid flush and to clean the carburetor. And even with all that, there was still no guarantee it would start. I was looking at a bill over $500+ with no guarantee.it would start even then. I could put that money into a new one and get 10% off gear. They did refund me the money for the work they didn't do. So i went home, put gas in it, gave it a quick charge and it started right up. Replaced the battery and topped off the gas tank with premium gas. Kids has a blast. Crossroads left me feeling it was: too old, too cheap, poorly kept. When all along it needed was some gas.

Told my bike would be done in a day but then needed parts i personally went and got them the parts they received on Tuesday. Was told before hand when they got parts it would be done right away as of this morning nothing has happened was told i would have before this holiday weekend. So yes I'm not impressed at all. And this is suppose to be a christian based shop. God Bless

I am giving this business a 1 star review for the time being. My bike was taken to the shop a few weeks ago for repair. They ran a diagnosis and then came to the conclusion that the injectors need cleaned. They told my dad when he called that it should be ready Friday or Saturday last week and we never heard anything from them. I had my dad call them again on Monday this week follow up and they said hopefully middle of this week. I called today to get an update and now we are looking at middle of next week maybe. I understand this is a busy time of year for this type of business and that things are hectic. I don't understand how the repairs on my bike keep getting pushed back further and further. I have also not been given any reason for the delays so I don't know if there are more issues or if they are just pushing the repairs off to get other bikes in the shop. I am frustrated to say the least but hopefully everything will he resolved soon.

Had work done on my bike. Bike went in with minimal issues and came out with more. Called and asked questions there solution was lets charge more to try to fix something that worked already?????? Bike came in with a full tank of gas. When receiving bike back the tank was empty not even enough to get to the gas station. Very poor ran shop took 3 weeks to do brake battery and tires. Try to charge me for extra services that was not needed. would not recommend this shop to anyone. Now reading a lot more these post seems like my post fights right in with the rest. Figured I was done but go to take my seat off my bike and wondering why my tank is rattling hhmmmmmmm wonder what it could be. Well looks like when they put my new battery in my bike they lost two rubber mounts that hold my tank in place so its just not sitting on bare metal. Like take pride in your work or just don't do it at all.

This is my first time going to this place for work on my R6. I had them put on front/back tire and chain & sprocket kit. They were very prompt and courteous. I am going to continue to use them as my new mechanic for my bike and will recommend them to anyone needing work!

Went in with every intention of purchasing a new side by side. Wasn't greeted by anyone. Everyone was too busy on their phones in the what looked to be a break room. Went to ask an associate a few questions and felt like I was bothering her. Took our cash and walked out and won't be going back.
