I was caught out when my fob stopped working one day. Other places wanted hundreds for a diagnostic, but Car Tech didn't! They were extremely reasonable, told me what was wrong with my car, and it turns out - I can save hundreds more by not replacing a part on an old car that wouldn't really need replacing after all! Super happy with their service. I was recommended to them and I recommend them to you!

These guys are great. Do a good job, try to make fixes as inexpensive as possible (don't try to upsell or push anything you don't need). Been going to them since referred by Mr. and Mrs. Tire years go. Those two and Collins Muffler are excellent choices for car needs.

Our engine began nocking so we had it towed to Car Tech. Mike was very well informed and nice. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. We ended up replacing the engine(which we knew we would probably need to do). Should we need further automotive technical help, we will definitely be returning to Car Tech. As a student in a university town who has been taken advantage of before, I was very happy to have found an honest and experienced technician here. Thanks Mike!Service: Engine repair

I own a 2011 ford flex that needed the motor replaced around a year ago. Car tech was one of five to six places I called to get an estimate on replacing the motor. They were the only one that showed interest in helping out. Other shops either said they would call me back with an estimate or couldn t help me at all. They did a great job and haven t had any issues at all. Fare prices and honest work! I m definitely a return customer.Service: Engine repair

They were quick to get it done and I had my vehicle back the next day. I like that they have people make appointments. The only thing is that when I had my vehicle taken in to get my AC compressor, my blower noob was working on all settings from 1-4. Now I only have one setting that works and that is blower setting #4.

This is the best car repair shop in town to me I haven t had any better luck anywhere else. The owner doesn t try to rip you off and doesn t take advantage of car illiterate women like myself. He really works with you on pricing too and for being a single mother I def needed honesty and the best deal which is what I received. Not to mention his mechanics actually explain to you in detail what s wrong or what the repair plan is and answered all of my questions. I ve had 5 different repairs done total on 3 different types of vehicles and each time was fixed correctly the first time. Will be returning soon for another service soon !

Frank helped me get my Highlander up and running like a charm. The rates were reasonable and he was very honest about the repairs needed, and also about where spending the time and labor wouldn t benefit me. He and his team did a great job. I will be going back when I need car work again.

Update: Worked with a guy named Frank and found there was a miscommunication with he and another employee. My wife talked to Frank, but dealt with another when arriving. The other tech didn't know the background which caused the issues described below. They did another oil change free of charge using Kia parts and the vehicle is back to proper working order without leaking. They stepped up and righted a wrong. Many thanks!---------------------------------------------My wife took her car in for an oil change. It never leaked a drop before and now leaks all over our garage. When I checked it, they greatly overfilled the oil. As for the leaking, I know the mistake made because I made the same one when I first changed the oil on this vehicle; it has two oil filters and the top filter has two seals that can be tricky. She took it back and was asked if she or her husband added oil because it was over-filled. Nothing was done except for checking the oil level after seeing the heavy oil leak. They asked her to bring it back so it could sit for a couple hours, so they can see where it leaks, and correct it. She called multiple times to get it back in - this was their fault, mind you - and they never had time. She and them finally agreed to a day - where she would have to rearrange her work schedule - and when she arrived they told her they had too many jobs that day and wouldn't be able help her! Correcting the mistake with her repair should be a priority over new ones. This was a simple oil change. I have to wonder if this level of disrespect and service, or lack thereof, is because she is a woman. If I could leave zero stars I would. If someone wants step up and right this wrong then I will update this review. My wife needs to be the priority. We will take the car elsewhere next week if we don't hear something very soon.

They have the worst customer service possible. I mean the WORST. Manager is cocky and they attempted charging more than what I had requested. I called to get approximation and the estimates ranges from hundreds to thousands of dollars. However, at the end, I still tried to help their business by giving them suggestions that they at least should put on car locks for finished cars so people can't get away without paying. The manager acted aggressively to my nice gesture and told me to never come back cause they dont' need "thinking like this". I will not come back ever and will not recommend anyone to go there ever.

Only place I go for auto repairs and up keep on all my vehicles for the last 15 years or so. Frank and Mike are great guys and won't steer you wrong, pun intended lol. Give them a shout tell them I sent you.

Had a bit of a car emergency and was referred to Car Tech. They were able to get me in the very next morning and I was in and out within the day. Friendly staff, would recommend!!!

My car s engine light is on and they helped me to check it, it seems that all goes well and couldn t find any problems!! They helped me to reset all and didn t charge for all the examination!! Strongly recommend!!!
