I really appreciate the service provided by Caliber Collision. They took care of my car, which was rear-ended on a snowy day. I feel really comfortable communicating with Eric. He explains all the tech details thoroughly and is really patient. I also appreciate the representative, Kelly, who was really easy-going and thoughtful. In addition to the top-tier professionalism for auto repair, I also recommend here because of their snacks and coffee!

Excellent experience! The work is done perfect. No color difference. They also cleaned my car thoroughly, both inside and outside. People here are all very kind and patient. Eric is very nice. I would recommend anyone in need have a try here.

We had a wonderful experience in Caliber Collision. We are so lucky to have Eric Farrell. He is professional, helpful, very warm and kind. He did a amazing job to repair my car. He is so nice to us and we enjoyed the time when we talk. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and give a big thumb for Eric and his team.

My car was recently hit, and while the insurance took forever to process, Caliber did not. They were incredibly quick to fix my car.Eric got my car fixed within a day, had great customer service, and was overall a very nice guy.Halley was great too, she made the planning process incredibly simple.

This was what my car looked like a month ago. I must say, my experience with Caliber Collision is outstanding. The staff, especially Eric Farrell, was incredibly professional and responsible throughout the entire process.Initially, I had doubts about whether it could be repaired. I was surprised that in just one month, he and the team managed to work their magic on my car.When I went back to the shop to pick up my vehicle, it looked brand new. I couldn't believe my eyes you couldn't tell at all that my car had previously been in an accident. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and high efficiency in getting the job done. This exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car repairs. Thank you, Eric, and the entire team at Caliber Collision for making my car look and run like new again!

Hi I m Brian I would like to thank the whole team for a great job. Eric feral that did my estimate. He was very helpful kept me informed & up to date on everything. The body shop guys did a fantastic & quick job. My truck looks great again. I might have to get them all donuts & coffee again to show them my appreciation again on a great job. Kelly in the office is always so friendly with a great smile to brighten your day & very quick to help you as well.

Caliber employees were very friendly. The estimate on repairs were accurate and they fully explained the repairs needed. Their partnership with the rental car companies made the process seamless and the repairs were quick. My issue is with their communication and repair quality. They have a online text that gives you an estimated time the car will be finished. My car was finished on a Friday or that's what they told my insurance company but the estimated time on Calibers online text said a week later. I got a call on Monday 3pm from the insurance company to return my rental car or I'll be charged because my car was ready on Friday. I immediately called Caliber and they said it was ready. I told them I received no communication. They told me the emailed me and called me. I had no voicemails, no missed calls or emails saying it was done.Even if hypothetically they called on Friday and couldn't reach me, why didn't they try to contact me Monday morning or afternoon.When I arrived to pick up my car around 4pm and was shown the great job they did on the new panel, I noticed the tire rim was dented. They didn't replace it. The employee immediately took the car back and put on the new rim to correct the mistake. Was quick and looked great.When I got home, I realized, I still had marker line of where they were going to do something.Why couldn't they have looked over the car before giving it to customers to ensure everything was done properly. It doesn't instill confidence in me that my car was taken care of and looked at carefully.You guys kept asking me to submit a Google review so here it is.

Great communication! I appreciated the text updates on how the repair was going through the process. They had a few unexpected challenges, but they made it work seamlessly, and were up front about all that they had to do. I definitely would recommend this place and team for any future body work. Eric was extremely helpful in getting us in for the crack on my bumper. He facilitated the whole situation seamlessly between drop off, payment, and pick up.He is such a personable guy and we will continue to recommend him directly for the great experience!They did a fabulous job on the bumper and the results look amazing!

I am completely thrilled with the speed and efficiency of the repairs to my vehicle following my accident. From drop off until completion was less than a week! Eric was very informative and kept in touch with me thru the whole process. Will definitely recommend!

My expectations were completely exceeded. My car looked like nothing had ever happened. Eric did a great job communicating with me, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was so impressed that my car was ready within the week I dropped it off, and the inside was even cleaned. I would recommend Caliber to everyone. I highly recommend Caliber Collision with any repair needs. I stopped in and Eric Farrell was able to get my estimate done without a wait. He was able to contact the insurance company involved in my accident and get the ball rolling fast. Parts were delivered within a day or 2. I was able to bring my car in on a Tuesday and pick it up on a Friday. There was great communication during the entire process that kept you in the loop of everything being done.

I had to get my car fixed after someone rear ended me. The staff here did a wonderful job helping me through the process. The woman working at the front desk was very helpful and Eric was really great at communicating deadlines and the different stages of the process they were in while repairing my car. The car was competed in just a couple weeks and it looked great! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Wow! I am extremely impressed with the West Lafayette location. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I called to get an estimate to have my side mirror replaced. They got me in the very next day. When I arrived the customer service was phenomenal. They truly care about taking care of their customers. Buddy replaced my mirror which felt like record time! I was out of there in less than 30 mins! I will definitely be coming back and could not recommend them enough. Thank you, Buddy and Caliber Collison!Service: Body & Trim

Was our first time using this shop, the team made it easy to drop off and pick up as they were very accommodating to my schedule, and I was super happy to have Eric communicate so much with us. It was easy to see what stage we sat at and they got the work done far ahead of schedule and didn t spare any quality of work to get there. Would recommend to anyone, and thank yo so much Eric!

About a month ago I took my Toyota Corolla here with a dented door and dented rear quarter panel. I also needed the vehicle done in less than a week as I was moving out of state. Eric Ferrell and the team at Caliber worked with me and got my vehicle all fixed a day earlier than requested. The car looks great! Although I came by almost every business day, Eric walked me to the vehicle and showed me each step along the way. Would absolutely recommend people to take their vehicles to this Caliber Collision, they work with you and do excellent work in a quick manner.

My brother-in-law recommended Caliber Collision when we discovered a problem with the front bumper on my Corolla. Glad I followed his recommendation as everyone I dealt with was personable and they got my car done is less than the estimated time and under the original cost estimate. Caliber Collision did an amazing job! My car was hit in a parking lot which was already an inconvenience, but Caliber had it done in 2 days! It looks brand new! They also were kind enough to detail the inside of my car while it was there! A special thank you to Eric for his incredible service!

**UPDATE** The site manager followed up with me shortly after leaving this. In talking with him, I m convinced this is a very rare outcome. I realized in talking with him that I should have attempted to reach out to him directly to attempt to address my concerns. While it sounds like he has a couple of isolated incidents to address, I am convinced he s a trustworthy gentleman that runs his business in the same manner. I ve raised my post up to 3/5 and take personal ownership that much of this could have been addressed in a more private manner. I will gladly consider Caliber for any future collision repair needs!I'm honestly surprised by the positivity in the other reviews here. I'm not sure if things have recently changed here? But my experience was very poor. I was not able to simply walk in, but had to make an appointment a few days out. I was right on time for my appointment at 8:30 in the morning, when most businesses should still be running on schedule. However, I was told my estimator was running errands offsite and would be there any minute (it was more like 10-15). I couldn't talk to the manager either because he was in a meeting. I thought it was incredibly rude to make no attempt on the business's part to make their own appointment that THEY committed to. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, but she acted like it was no big deal and didn't really care. The estimator finally showed up and came out and inspected my car and took a few pictures. But that was it- I had to ask HIM when he was going to have an estimate. Today sometime? I'm used to getting it put together on the spot and walking out with it in hand, as well as an appointment to drop the car off. Instead I got a non-reassuring commitment to emailing the quote later that day. That was two weeks ago- I've still received zero communication from them. I cannot recommend this business to anyone, and they have lost my business. Their competitor did the exact opposite of this treatment, and that competitor has earned my business long term, and my hearty recommendation.

As someone who has never had to take care of an auto accident issue, it was very nerve-wracking to figure out how to go about the incident. I had no clue what to do aside from what the insurance company told me. Caliber Collision helped guide me from there and explained the process. The entire staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. Eric Farrell, the man in charge of my vehicle, did an excellent job of ensuring everything looked fantastic and discussing the next steps after repair. I even got my car back 9 days earlier than was anticipated! Overall, the entire experience was fantastic and helped soothe the anxiousness over what occurred. Thank you all so much! had my first car accident and trusted Caliber Collision to take care of the job. 10/10 experience. i was told a minimum of 3 weeks but my car only took 2 weeks to repair and the damages were completely repaired. the look on my car looked great like nothing even happened and Caliber took great care of my car! will be back if I need to! great job to the team of caliber collision.

There is a reason that Caliber Collision in West Lafayette is the highest rated provider for State Farm insurance. They are extremely professional, helpful, clear communicators about what needs to be included in a repair and why. Kely Garcia was wonderful to work with in the main office whenever I had questions or checked in about the status of my vehicle. Eric Farrell did an excellent job working me in for an estimate, making sure the work on my vehicle was professionally done, and returning my vehicle quickly. I highly recommend trusting your collision work to Caliber Collision in West Lafayette.

She made the entire process comfortable and was incredibly hospitable. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring customers feel at ease during what can be a stressful situation.And then there's Eric, who deserves not just 5 but 10 stars! His sense of humor and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. This was my first experience with Calliber Collision and I would highly recommend them. Kelly, Eric and Pat were all very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand what to expect. I was pleased to get a call several days earlier than expected saying my car was ready for pickup. The work done on the vehicle looks great!
