Caliber Collision repaired my car over a week ahead of the estimated completion time and as an out of state student, I felt 100% comfortable leaving my car there over spring break for the repairs. The estimate was identical to the actual repairs done and the team there was always very nice and answered all my questions! The car repair looks fantastic, like my car is brand new again! I will be referring Caliber Collision to all my friends in need of repairs.

They are not a collision repair shop, they only know how to put body panels on and nothing else. With damages they missed I have to get my left side sub frame replaced. Farabee dr caliber is a scam along with their regional manager Bill and manager Steven neither one have any clue about newer vehicles. Update: still having to sink money into this vehicle to continue put the right parts on the vehicle. Stay away from them all the positive replies are bots they use to get their rating higher. They don t know how to fix vehicles 100% scam artists. That s there wielding job can t even line up parts correctly and wonder why things don t line upServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

My experience was Great! Friendly and Professional people. It was very easy to get an estimate and I felt very comfortable. I got my car in right away. I felt the time frame, I was given, was accurate. My car looked brand new after my repairs were done. My car was a 2013 and the paint matched perfectly. I have recommended Caliber Collision on Farabee Drive to many friends. Several of them have taken their vehicle's there and they were very pleased with their repairs also, and the friendly people. I feel the body work and paint repairs made there, will give anyone the look of a brand new car! Thank-You to All members of your staff!

These people were absolutely amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about caliber collision and their staff I worked with Progressive so I worked with Ross and he was so accommodating. Also, Jessica answered the phone for me quite a bit because I called pretty often but all of the staff I mean I m overjoyed with the work that they have done and I had no idea that they would clean the inside as well so I was beyond excited, I ll never go anywhere else if I need to get my car fixed they did a brilliant job thank you guys!!!

They gave me text updates and were really quick at responding. I was surprised with their automation. The whole thing was a quick process. I would recommend again. The manager Steven was very calm during the whole situation and helped me understand the process. I am very satisfied with my repair.

Getting my vehicle repaired here was a very good experience. They worked with the car rental company and I was able to pick up and drop off my car here. They sent text updates on the process so I didn't have to keep calling in to ask about it. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off. It was a nice surprise.

I would NEVER recommend Caliber Collision and I ll never return to them. I got into an accident and they had my car for a few weeks for repairs. The day I got my car back from them, it didn t even work. Won t even start. I ve had my vehicle for 2 years and NEVER had any problems with the car driving/working. The same day they gave my car back I had to have it towed to another repair shop to figure out what they did to it. (Even after the accident it drove perfect, vehicle just didn t look great anymore.) now it looks like I m spending hundreds of dollars of my own money to fix what they messed up. Would never recommend. You d have better luck going elsewhere! When I told them about my car not starting they said cars break down all the time, we didn t do anything to your car! CRAZY

Eric did an awesome job on our car! Had the whole driver side dented in and he fixed it so good it looked brand new and they cleaned the inside real nice! They were really quick fixing it too and kely is super nice!!

After my daughters car accident our insurance adjuster recommended this shop. In the short amount of time the vehicle was there, there was limited communication. The tow truck driver was supposed to call 30Minutes before he arrived - as the car wasn t at her complex. He called while in the lot. The keys to my daughters car were lost (later found by the shop after a call to my daughter questioning that she was 100 percent sure she didn t still have the keys). We chose to have the car transferred to a different shop after feeling like things were not being handled correctly.

Impressive shop. Excellent communication skills, repairs are well done in a timely manner. The car was detailed upon pick up. I d recommend to my friends and family. After having my car sit on a mechanics lot for 3 months, insurance towed my car to Caliber for service and I couldn t be more pleased with the outcome. Updates every M-W-F via text kept me in the loop as far as progress. Phenomenal customer service. If you need repairs I highly recommend you go here first, instead of making the mistake of taking it somewhere else like I did.

Caliber did a great job fixing an unfortunate accident that happened at Becks. They fixed the damage and also detailed inside and out. Would recommend for body repair.

Had a great experience at the location in West Lafayette, IN. The team at Caliber did a great job of making my Accord look shiny and new. Eric worked with me to get an estimate and he was great! He helped me to understand what all went in to the process of fixing my bumper. Caliber Collision will be first on my list for any future needs.Service: Body & Trim

They kept me in the loop of everything going on with the repair if I had any questions they were there to answer. My suv came back looking amazing and it was even cleaned out. My experience was a 10 out of 10. No complaints here

I highly recommend this body shop! The staff was very professional and personable! The manager Steven made sure I had all of my questions answered and all of my needs taken into account. The work on my car was very detailed and finished in a timely manner. The price was also reasonable and fair. Very happy with the work that was done on my car!

Multiple communication issues, was told they had all the parts and it was ready for paint. Called on the expected completion date and was told they didn t have the hood yet. Received another expected completion date and called again. Didn t have the right headlight brackets.. I understand wrong parts get ordered sometimes and wrong parts are received accidentally but I shouldn t have been told it s ready for paint if it wasn t..After all that, I pick up the car and upon inspection there s splatters of wax on the wiper blades and plastic trim. The hood also wouldn t latch after I opened it. There were still broken pieces of plastic in the engine bay from the accident. I inspected the car by myself because no one came out to look it over with me until after I went back inside to complain about the hood not latching. And lastly, the headlight that was replaced was never aimed correctly. It is pointed much higher than the other one. I only recently noticed this because other drivers flashed their lights at me thinking I had my brights on when I didn t.This is the second bad experience with Caliber collision. My first was at a location in California years ago. My advice is don t go to a chain owned body shop.

My car was hit by a drunk driver while it was parked in front of my house. I only got a few options in town from my insurance company and went with this one.Honestly, it was a rough start. I called Monday morning and spoke with a guy who said he would schedule the tow via Jim s garage and get it towed in by evening and start getting an estimate done. When I arrived home from work, my car was gone so I assumed it had been towed.I have never had to do a repair though insurance but knew that it could be lengthy so I waited a couple of days before calling and checking up on the car. On Wednesday, I called and the receptionist stated that they did not have my car. Obviously, this was pretty stressful. She asked me who I had tow it to them and I stated that they are the ones that scheduled the tow. I was distraught because my car is lost and no one noticed that it wasn t towed in for two days after they scheduled it?! The woman s response to that was These things happen, we schedule tows all day long and sometimes stuff can get overlooked THIS WAS MY CAR not like a small personal item. She stated that she would call around the shops including the one sharing their name at different locations to see if it had been delivered. The employee was very short and dismissive of my not only worry but frustration that they were not tracking vehicles that they were scheduling towing for themselves and it took me calling two days afterwards for them to even notice that my car wasn t there.They eventually found my car (hours later) as it had been delivered to a different shop. Super! But again, there was no understanding from the center or employees on why I would feel nervous, concerned or frustrated with the situation and the handling of it. Not a great start. I asked my Husband to take over communication with them because I was beyond frustrated and he did.After the initial issue, the team was communicative about the timeline and process and the car looked great at the end. It did take 3 weeks to fix and it was just the front bumper, the radiator, the windshield and a front tire. I can t speak on it that s a normal amount of time or not. The car was finished 4 days before estimated, and pickup was easy. There were parts that hold my roof rack to the top of my car that they had to remove to replace the windshield that weren t fully reattached but my husband was able to use his tools and fix it to avoid it having to go back in the shop.The parts all have a year warranty, and they even cleaned my car at the end.My advice would be to immediately follow through with your tow and make sure they have your car or are aware if they don t. Additionally, I would check over the work closely to catch little things like our roof rack in case you aren t handy and would have to take it back in.I can t compare it to other shops because I ve never had to have body work done before but overall, we were satisfied with the work.

Caliber Collision is a great place to take your vehicle! Their employees go above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered. We would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their auto repaired at a reasonable rate. They got my truck fixed in a couple of weeks. My bumper ripped off (a lot of it) this morning when I pulled into my parking spot at work...I went here and they literally fixed it right on the spot and did not charge me. It looked ugly to me but they made it look so simple and did it so quick! Highly appreciate them and I'll be going here if I ever need any major repairs just because they were willing to help me and were super nice!Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is a great company. In a time that was stressful, the team made the whole process easier. Overall they were very friendly, showed professionalism, communicated effectively, and they were quick to finish. I would like to add that they went the extra mile in cleaning the interior of the vehicle, which they didn t have to, but they did!

From the start of the "restoration" to the completion, you couldn't have asked for a greater experience. Eric, at the West Lafayette, IN office, couldn't have been more professional, knowledgable, personable, and caring to get the job done correctly. He explained everything - and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered - and during the process kept me informed through text messages. The final result was a new bumper that looks like it was always a part of the car and there was no evidence that someone had backed into my car. Thanks for a job well done. WCB

As soon as you walk into this business you know your experience is going to be great. From the friendly greeting of everyone I came into contact with it felt like I was going to be taken. And I was taken care of. I recently had a rear end incident of my 99 Avalon. Had to order all new parts. I wasn t too sure about everything in regards to insurance and how long it was going to take to get my car back. However to my delight the manager Steven walked me through step by step and helped me through the whole process. He told me when it was going to be done, and what exactly my insurance handles. The most impressive thing was that he gave me a date and it was down by that morning. You can t beat that. The guarantee actually being fulfilled, the friendly reception, and thorough description of the process being made? All of it just makes you want to keep coming right back to Caliber. Steven and his team at Caliber are a top notch business!! Their focus to detail and go the extra mile to do the extra little things for us was amazing!!! Would recommend them! Also, i will return for all my body services needed with our vehicles!! My daughter was so proud the washed, and vacuum out her vehicle!!! I called in with a car issue and they got me in in a timely fashion. They greeted me with smiles. It was a very welcoming environment. They were very understanding and reasonable. They had my car fixed and as good as new in the same day and in under and hour. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here for their repairs.
