I ve waited almost a year to write this review to give an overall of our experience.When it came to purchasing our car it was mostly a smooth process. We stopped in without an appointment and didn t have all the necessary paperwork. That was our fault for not being prepared. Jeremy and Jevin went above and beyond to help us get our car. Jevin stayed until 11:30pm after closing at 8 to help us finalize the paperwork and drive home in our new car.The service department is top notch! We ve had to use our warranty a couple of times and have always had a great experience. They go above and beyond to help us. There was only one repair that wasn t covered and they still are working with us on the cost of labor.This has been the best experience so far. I was originally Leary of going here due to mixed reviews, but I definitely don t regret it!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from the Lafayette store in May of 2023 and have had nothing but good experiences with the people there ever since. They have honored their warranty every time we had to bring it in. The service manager goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of when we bring the vehicle in for any kind of service. He explains everything in a language a non-mechanic can understand. The people that are part of selling the vehicles were kind and worked with us the whole time and were honest and up front with us the whole time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THE LAFAYETTE JD BYRIDER STORE.

I got my engine worked on and my suv is back running like new. I called them a few times being cranky and upset and each time they were extremely helpful and professional. Thank you guys for the hard work and thank you guys for keeping a calm demeanor when dealing with unhappy customers. Working in the service industry takes a different kind of skill !

The Lafayette store was awesome to deal with , Jeremy was professional and quick and extremely helpful. He treats people really well . I could have gotten a vehicle elsewhere for a little cheaper but Jeremy s professionalism is what made my decision to do business with Jd Byrider . Thank you guys for all u did to help me

Called to get details on a car, pricing would not be given over phone or website Instead tried to directly push me to apply before I knew how much. 15k they have a 5k car priced at over double the real value I asked how much the warranty was and was given 3 different price points each time I spoke to them . After wanting double the price of the car they said the lowest % given currently is 23%!!! Not 2.3 23!!! They want practically quadruple the price of the vehicle and won't let you deny the warranty and solely take care of upkeep costs. This is the most money hungry car scam I've ever seen they just informed me the Kokomo location bought the Lafayette location so be wary. If you have bad credit please go elsewhere for a better percentage and pricing because this place will not supply the lube when they stick it in! Wish I could give 0 stars sorry for everyone in the Kokomo area who's been tricked into a crazy 8 YEAR car loan this place is criminal. Devon Lafayette GM try better. Scam scam scam.

The service depth. Was very very kind and efficient with the repairs to my car. Was told UT could take 3 or 4 days. They got it fixed in one and saved me over 300.00 in car rental fees. I have always had great service with the service dept.

Ronnie did a great job getting me into my second auto with Byrider. I highly recommend coming and seeing the short, fat, bald guy he will make you feel like family. Ronnie has definitely earned his cherry delight.

Came in a little bit anxious but the staff here was very good and very helpful Ronnie was great!!! He had jokes and kept off edge even with it getting busy they did an awesome job and I love my car great experiencewith the fellas 10/10

The people at byrider was very nice n helpful. I want to thank Jeremy, ronney, n everybody else that helped me on getting a car there. I really appreciate it. It was a struggle til I got to byrider. My boyfriend/I went here and we had Dominic as our salesperson and he was super great! He was very nice, down to earth and very knowledgable. It was our first time buying a car, and they were super helpful with everything and didn't rush or push us to make a decision, they even stayed after closing ours to ensure they got us in a car that we liked and could afford.The car we chose is great, minus the oil was empty (we should've checked it before we left the lot, that was our fault)would definitely recommend!

We dropped our car off on Thursday the 19th expecting them to start it on Monday the 23rd. We rented a car for the week. Friday the 20th the service department called us and said our truck was done. And it was only going to be $150.00. Because everything else was covered by our warranty. They did an amazing job. And when we drove it out of the parking lot it was so silent. It didn't make a sound like it did before we dropped it off. Thank you for taking such great care.

My mom got a car from y'all worst car ever. I give this place a 0 star. Not even 2 years she had the car it started having electrical problems and the exhaust was completely rusted through and y'all say y'all check out the cars before putting it on the lot whatever. The general manager said it could be the alternator but that wouldn't cause the hazard lights or the windshield wipers to go bazark y'all are the worst.
