I go to this dealership to have my '24 Camry serviced and maintained bc I want the best for my car, and I have been pleased every time. We all know about these "dealership prices", but you get what you pay for. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Def recommend this place for all your cars service needs.I was so comfortable, I even pooped in their restroom. That too, was a pleasant experience!

The start of my service was easy with the app to schedule a convenient time. The service area is a pull into keep out of the weather. Mike and the othe service advisors were polite. While there they caught a recall and asked if I had time to have it taken care of on top of the regular service as it would add a couple of hours. Everything went smoothly!

The service was performed in a very reasonable amount of time. My vehicle was clean, no greasy finger prints, when it was returned to me. The rep was very informative and friendly, he kept me updated on their progress the entire time and was not pushy with offering other services. I had a very good experience and I will return.

The Versa was serviced and ready to go in a timely manner. The technician completed the inspection of he car and gave explanations of all of his findings. He was able to correct a Service Recall and complete a couple of solutions for three inspection findings. I am 100% satisfied with my visit to Bob Rohrman Toyota service facility!!!!

Gabe & all of the Toyota Service Dept personnel are rocking it! I especially love that Annette calls when my Silver Fox is due maintenance ~ her timely phone call ensures that I do not procrastinate and/or forget about getting my Toyota Highlander the necessary care to keep me in a reliable & well performing vehicle that's maintained properly & professionally by the superb technicians.

Always friendly service. The waiting area is really nice and they have a play area to keep my kids busy while my van got service. Phil takes good care of me and makes sure our van is running great.

Going to a service department is kinda like the dentist.. No one wants to go, but you have too. This place makes it more enjoyable atleast. They have coffee, TV, and nice place for the kids to burn some energy with the play place. Oh, and the people are quite friendly.

Communication with my vehicle status IAW link was not correct, or matched when called service department. Kept vehicle too long for a routine inspection and maintenance which should've been done within the "tack time" measured. Instructions were left on overnight ticket for maintenance the night before, and it appeared that it was not reviewed (Vehicle needed by noon.) If questions by dealer,? phone was available.
