I felt well taken care of after my arrival. The report covered all aspects of services performed. Details on how to check in might be helpful in the future. I also note that details were not provided as to what was planned to be inspected and/or serviced when signing up for the appointment.

We were greeted by a young man immediately upon our arrival. He gave us an estimated time to complete the work on our vehicle and sent us to the waiting area. He came to us and reported their findings. Simple fixes. Thank you

Will was able to get my vehicle in right away and I was able to get my vehicle back fairly quickly! Very nice guy. He explained everything with great detail and made sure I understood. Definitely recommend.

They fixed my serpentine belt on my 2018 Kia Sportage when another place told me it was my Engine. Thank god I want to Kia and they also installed the Anti-Theft Lock System one of the Recall's. Quick Fast and Reliable thank u to the Kia Family

Went in for engine replacement. Service department was informative about what was expected and needed to make it happen. I was kept informed all along the way, from engine ordered, to pulling the old out. Answered all my questions that I had. Tech informed me that any time a question comes up, to give them a call back

Took my son s car in to get 2 recalls fixed. I was told he needed $2900 of repairs. My regular mechanic said that wasn t true.My brother in law had the exact same issue. Hard to trust what really needs fixed

Very nice experience. I stayed and decided to not have a shuttle ride anywhere and I feel like the service was done in a very timely matter and everyone was so kind!

Terrible service Had Engine replaced A/C was working before and got it back and doesn t work at all and they broke my hood sensor which wasn t broken before either DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING

Horrible! Can t even acknowledge someone. I has an appointment which I checked in TWICE! I walked in and stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and nothing. 5 associates walked by me and glared at me without saying a word. Absolutely not how to do business and I will never return to such a poor establishment.
