I was thrilled to be able to get a same day appointment & amazed how quickly I heard back from the service team. We appreciated the video overview of the assessment, Nate's quick follow-up call, & him taking the time to discuss each item with us patiently & thoroughly. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful & pleasant. We were treated with fairness & there was no pressure. We are now empowered with more information & will be back for service in the future.

Bob Rohrman Hyundai Genesis service department is amazing for their service alone. Never will you find a nicer friendly support group as them. JOSIAH TULL is a great service tech that cares and is committed to providing fabulous service. I trust him for all my service needs. Thank you Bob Rohrman for the always consistent service. The complimentary service was fine, but I wish I had not been talked into the $200+ additional fuel injector service, which I now believe was completely unnecessary for my car at 17k miles.

Left after they supposedly fixed my daughter 's car, she made it to the light at steak n shake and then airbag light came on. I called as soon as she got home and told me. They proceeded to say I had to make an appointment to diagnose the problem. I told them we just left there. That didn't matter to them. Not very happy with the service we got there

2016 Tucson had problems starting, I explained to them the symptoms asked them to please check battery that it was new but I felt that it was worth checking , not only did they not check the most basic problems but they quoted me at $1000 and some change for a new starter i trusted them and even got a loan as I don t have that kind of money on hand. Thank god I had a change of heart took it to a cheaper place. It was in fact the battery took the battery back, car starts fine service advisor was Evan Hanthorne. Do better this could have put me into financial ruins effecting my family, we re just trying to get down the road to work and practices shame on your mechanic and you for being incompetent or a criminal I get sometimes it s guess work but this was NOT that this was attempted robbery.

Not the place to go for service or help. Fabian doesn't return phone calls and neither does Trey. Had an issue with our vehicle that we took into the service department to have checked out. Couldn't find or fix it but did find something else to the tune of approx. 650.00. Called Fabian to find out about the extended warranty we have. Was going g to call us back with info and that never happened. Called Trey for help also and no callback from him either. Took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and had the problem fixed for less than 100.00. Rohrman tried to gouge us an extra 130.00 for rotate and balance that isn't even needed for this repair. Will never use this location again for anything. There are some good locations for rohrman that offer good customer service, service department and sales management but unfortunately with our experience this is not one of them.

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado over 3 weeks ago. I love the truck But I was promised side boards if I purchased it still haven't got them Yet.I think I should at least get the side boards and Windows tinted to its only good Business

Had an oil consumption test on a 2014 Santa Fe. It failed the test. Hyundai put in a new engine. Vic took great care of the whole process. He made it smooth and painless. He will make a great manager.
