They repaired my car after a collision with a truck and now it looks like it's just out of the factory! I was hesitant at first because my car is of an unconventional colour. But they did the repair work very well. They used all original Toyota parts as i had asked. The service took time and the parts were also received later than expected. But overall, very happy with the final work. The photos are after the collision. After the repair, it looked perfect

Rick did a BEAUTIFUL job and my car was so clean when I got it back. Above and beyond anything I expected and the office staff was very friendly and polite as well. I would recommend them time and time again, thank you all for a job well done!

Outstanding service was provided to me while I was in Lafayette for my mother's recent funeral. We planned on driving her truck back home to Texas and brought it in for an oil change and inspection. The service team found a very long list of needed repairs and were able to complete the job in less than two days to get me safely home. They took a very stressful situation and made it worry free. I was even provided a loaner truck. I hope that my local Honda service team is as wonderful as Bob Rohrman. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!Michelle David

Service people were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My car was taken to a service bay immediately and returned in less time than I had been told, probably because the freezing temperatures kept people at home. Upon completion of service, the service person went over everything with me and answered questions. For all that I had done to the car, I found the price very reasonable.

I came in for scratch repair . And I asked for a full buff bc the car had a few swirls in it. Now I have a different color door and a car that looks EVEN WORSE. Oh and they left after spray all over my car (see tape lines) I was told oh it will come off. Had to waste my time again to bring it back in to get it off. RIDICULOUS. What s a 40k car worth ya know ? I d go somewhere else ANYWHERE else. Complete waste of money. I asked how much it would be to paint the entire car to match the door . I was told 10,000 lol but it was $500 to paint my door though. Makes TOTAL SENSE. These people take full advantage over women in my opinion. I love honda service and whether it s in Fort Wayne or West Lafayette - Honda has delivered. I was on my way from FW to WL en route to Chicago. I hit some debris in the road and somehow made it most of the way before the low pressure light came on. I called Rohrman and they said come on in! I pulled up and they quickly found a hole in the tire and replaced it. The whole time, they kept me informed, showed extraordinary compassion and did what they could to get me safely on my way on a Friday night. In particular - Alexandria Abramson was simply the kindest, most compassionate team member. She even answered directly the next day when the pressure sensor came on again and explained a hard reset was necessary. This weekend could have had a very different ending - but the car did what it needed to do to keep me safe and the Honda Service team did what they needed to to fix the accident! I always feel welcome at Honda Service and it s nice to know it s not just one dealership - but that there are more out there. Thank you!

I have 0 bad things to say about this place and it s workers. Melinda, Evan, Ari, EVERYONE is so kind and wonderful. They all go above and beyond to help however they can. They show true integrity and are very honorable. I have always help like I can trust them. This location has blessed me time and time again by their willingness to do what they can to help me in the tough situations I ve faced. I most definitely recommend this location and cannot praise its employees enough. All of them, even the ones I haven t named!

These guys are awesome. Our Subaru Outback was in a collision early November 2021 and non-operable. Passenger door, front end and suspension work. We live in Indy and everyone in the city had a roughly 2-3 month wait just to get it in. Bob Rohrman Collision Repair Center was able to get it in within a couple of weeks and had it back to us in 1 month even during these challenging times of labor and parts shortages. Workmanship was very good. Communication could have been better. Everyone was nice and up front with what was going on during the repair WHEN I CALLED IN TO ASK. Unfortunately, I had to wait a couple of months for them to do a recall from Honda. Once they finally got to it, everything was fine. Seems weird to have to wait that long. Nice people though.

Took almost 3 months for the work was done but most of that is due to suppy chain issues getting parts. It was worth the wait! Phenomenal body work done..probably the best I have ever had. Communication definitely needs some work but hands down will recommend anyone to pick them. Thank you!

Been waiting for a year and half on one part to come in for a door panel. Have called for updates and haven t received a call back yet this week.Called two weeks ago and was told they should have it last week but haven t heard since two weeks ago.Have called numerous times within the past year and half and it s always on back order. They are continuing to make cars just fine at Subaru but can t seem to get ONE part for a year and a half.Took my car into the dealership 4 months ago for a part recalled, the guy helping me there called over to the collision center and they told him they would REORDER the part for an expedited order but we ll here we are 4 months later and still noooooooo part!Seriously done with Subaru after this!Gimme a call, I m sure The Manager knows exactly who I am. He s probably tired of hearing my voicemails, name and concerns.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repair work itself was done well. No complaints. The communication from the shop while I waited over 2 months for the work was non-existent. So overall, it was frustrating, but they did get the work done in the end.

Best in the business. Quality parts, quality service. Evan was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. We hit some hiccups in terms of getting parts but Evan was quick in making it right. We were having an issue due to our vehicle being worked on by way of a deer collision, and needed reliable transportation to get through Thanksgiving week. I called up and spoke with Evan Munzer at the Collision Center, and though it was a difficult ask, he worked with Tim Douglas at Rohrman Hyundai to get us through a difficult spot. Excellent customer service from both of these gentlemen! I would highly recommend working with them.Service: Body & Trim

You can never tell that I had my vehicle repaired; it looks and smells brand new! The customer service is wonderful. They are easy to get ahold of and they keep you up to date as well. They take good care of you and your vehicle. Dent in passenger side of car door- The car appointment was scheduled three months in advance. It was dropped off Monday and supposed to be done Friday. No communication, rude on phone when asking for update, false promises on when it would be finished. It was not finished tilled Tuesday of the following week, no apologies were given. That was four extra days without a car! Think about if you can live without your car for long periods of time prior to taking here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Walked in with no appointment after a hit and run in a parking lot. They were able give me a quote and work with my insurance within 30 minutes. They had convenient availability and were able to replace my bumper and match paint in two days. Front desk staff were always kind in explaining the process and keeping in touch. They even detailed the inside of my vehicle! Also, the hours are great for those working 8am-5pm jobs as you can drop off before work and pick up after work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They do a good job on the vehicle repair. They caught defects in work during process. Don t expect vehicle to be done on time. Also don t expect communication if there is a delay in process. My rear bumper repair was well done and it looks new. However, it took over three months to complete, with a long wait for parts, several wrong part orders, and then numerous promises of delivery within a few days. Poor communication throughout the process. I will look around for another collision repair service before I commit to Rohrman again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I understand the fact that there are ridiculously long wait times for parts, in our case, 4 months. But, that's no excuse for false hopes of completion dates, no phone call follow ups when messages are left, or broken promises of updates in the process. Manager never seemed to be available....horrible customer service except from the front desk personnel.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The shop worked with my insurance great, including down to making up the difference in the balance with the insurance and not me. Their work looked incredible and everything worked great afterwards. They even filled my newly installed wiper fluid container with winter mix for the winter!
