A++ service and professionalism. Nolan and Carl were great to work with. Took my car in to get the engine replaced. The old engine had a hole in the block. They were very reasonably priced and I felt comfort in having the dealership perform that kind of service. The job was performed with great care and speed at the same time. Very happy to have my M6 back on the road after it had been sitting in my garage for a year. Thank you BMW of Lafayette!!Services: Installation, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I had BMW X7 rental and this dealer provided all the support needed to fix seating issue. I took the car second time for unscheduled oil change and this dealership took only one hour to service it. When I bought my car the dealer was great. The service team on the other hand is not up to par. After waiting two hours for a part on my car to be replaced they finally told me that they ordered the incorrect part. Then when I finally got to leave I noticed scratches on my windshield that were definitely not there when I brought it in. I ve spent over 3 hours here and have had a terrible time.Service: Auto maintenance

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from bmw Lafayette. Working work Roger Salazar was an absolute please. He assisted us through many challenges and went the extra mile when purchasing from out of state. Would highly recommend working with this dealership, especially with roger, for a great buying experience. Thanks again roger.

Very professional staff great service, excellent communication. Gentleman with knowledge of service and experience. The best car dealership so far in laffeate indiana area we almost bought the test driven 530 2018 series .
