BWC is a very friendly place, has reasonable prices, and does fantastic work! I had them install a 3 lift on my truck and couldn t be happier! I will definitely return without hesitation for more work in the future!!! Thanks Big Wheels Customs!

This place was extremely professional and courteous both times I've been here. If they say they are scheduling you, you are actually on a schedule and don't watch them pull five cars in the garage before yours. Their exhaust welds are great and if you need any customization or repairs this is the place to go for a fair price with quality service. And a nice selection of wheels

Kinda rough around the edges but great prices, great service and they do jobs that others won't. I was changing a tire and my lug nuts snapped in half. Needed them removed. Called around town and no "tire" store would touch it. Beneath them, I guess. Someone recommended Big Wheels so I called them. They told me to bring the car in the next day. I did, and left it with them. Had it ready to pick up in a few hours. Heated the lug nuts and got them off. Did not have to replace the studs, which they told me was a possibility. Saved me time and money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've been coming here for over a decade and wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. Fair prices, fast and professional work, and friendly staff. Always great quality used tires at a great price.

Needed a tire. It's not a popular size 245/45 18. They had it at a third less than the chain stores.Good service. Prompt. The staff is way cool.I'll be back for a set of wheels and will tell my friends. Thanks

They ve had to fix two cracked rims for me. Both times they got the job done quicker than expected and both wheels have held air and been stronger than when I got it. I can not recommend this place enough. They know what they are doing and I trust them with my car.

I went to Orlando at BWC for a price quote on replacing my catalytic converter after doing the same at 3 other shops in Lafayette that I had been referred to. Orlando beat the price of all 3 competitors and scheduled an appointment to have me in for service within days. I was so pleased with the quote I was given, the quickness of receiving the part, and the prompt appointment scheduling to service my vehicle. Along with this, he made the entire process pain free by allowing me to drop my car off the evening before the replacement would be performed so that drop off didn t interfere with my work schedule. I was then called around 4 o clock the very next day stating that I could pick my car up! When I picked up my car, the exhaust smells that I previously had to deal with inside my car were completely gone and the check engine light was off. Maybe 10 days later my check engine light came back on. I contacted Orlando and he told me to bring my car back at my earliest convenience so he could see what was happening. This time, it was discovered that I had an O2 censor go bad. Orlando and the crew at Big Wheels Customs took such amazing care of me! The censor was replaced, at no charge to me, and my vehicle was taken for a test drive to make sure everything was perfect again before being given back to me. Everyone I talked to was so polite and kind and all of my concerns were addressed. I will forever recommend Big Wheels Customs to anyone needing any automotive work! Huge shout out to Orlando and Dave for their hard work and outstanding customer service!!!

Gave me 3 tires, 1 popped on the way home and they replaced it, wonderful people and service. Will definitely be going there if I need more tires.

My wife needed new tires and wanted her custom rims put on. Ernie and the crew were wonderful. I couldn't afford to put them all on at one time so I took 2 in and the did the others 10 days later. Excellent service and a free 12 month repair policy. Wonderful! I will definitely go back!

Got off of work on a Friday afternoon & had a screw in my tire. My husband called & they were able to squeeze me in and fixed up same day! Very fast! Customer service unmatched!

Stopped in because I kept having a tire leak and I was tired of sitting at the big places like discount tire and waiting for hours. A friend suggested this was a great place. I stopped in told them I had a tire losing air and they immediately took my car back and was done in 15 minutes. They explained it was just a rim seal leak. Only cost $20. Very impressed with the speed of service and no BS. I am now a loyal Big Wheels customer.

These guys saved my rim!!! After being told it wasn't able to be fixed at a tire location, Big wheels Customs was able to get the job done. Saved me thousands on having to buy new rims. Thank you, will definately be going back for business in future.

I bought a tire from them But it kept going low I take it back in and they fixed it for me..... Thus place has great customer service.. Would recommend anyone and everyone to go here... We will be back... Thanks...

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had my alternator replaced here a year ago. When we picked up the car it was dead in the lot and the battery kept dying afterwards. I Replaced the battery and continued to have issues. Less than one year later the alternator went out again. I brought it back here only because it was under warranty but still had to pay $200 for labor and again, the car is dead on the lot upon picking it up. I do not recommend this place it really feels like a scam.

Will never come back to this place again, not even for warranty cover work...do not trust this place with auto repairs.I only went back because this was warranty work, which ended up costing me more than another shop... but they fixed it before discussing charges with me... so I was stuck paying it...DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE.Spent $800 on fixes, they broke the serpentine belt...was covered by warranty, couldn't find what the issue was...but they were firm on it not being their fault so they had to "hit me with labor"... which they charged me more the second time around for labor...it would of been cheaper to take it to a new shop for parts + labors than the free part + labor...took 3 days + the belt is squeaking the second day out of the shop. It honestly feels the car left the shop with more issues than it went in with.They even fixed the car and charged me, BEFORE discussing it with me (which is illegal, they have to have a written estimate before hand or at a minimum discuss it with you.[so google says]).... luckily I had the money or I'm not sure what would have happened. since they blocked my car in with other cars to make sure. they are con artists...took 3 days for serpentine belt, and for the first batch of fixes it took them over a week.This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this shop, but I have NOW learned my lesson.They are a tad bit cheaper, but they do NOT do quality work. it's not worth saving the few dollars....

Don't go here! This place is criminal. They told me that they put some aftermarket 20 inch Rims on my car. They couldn't get them balanced and after several attempts I asked for a refund. Then they charged me a $250.00 re-stocking fee and when I got the original tires back on my car, I noticed the tpms was gone from my original tires. They changed me for new one to go in the 20 and change my tires to some older tires didn't ever put air back in my car and think the owner going do something, well think again. I won't go here again if they was give out free stuff now my new car is going cost more money cause of big wheels custom

These guys are awesome! I needed my Exhaust fixed, they told me it would take a hour, less than 30 minutes done! Very reasonably priced. Thanks guys, you ROCK!

I had good service with them initially. I got the federal off road tires that they recommend to a lot of customers. Liked them and the price. But after 10,000 miles I had to of my front tires steel belts break and now the tires are trashed. After looking close at the weight range which I should have did when I bought them, they were under sized by 800 pounds per tire. That's a lot when u drive a super duty f250. I was undersized total by 3200 pounds. I'm lucky I wasn't pulling a trailer when it happened. Called them and they said they couldn't do anything to help me out wanted to charge me full price for two new tires. Not going back.

The guys here are great! I was referred to them by a friend, and haven't regretted it! They did amazing work on my car after my wreck, and again just recently with major work to my engine! They are fair, back their work and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I got a next to new tire and rim and at a super affordable price. It literally was a little over half of what other tire stores offered including cheap Walmart. Excellent customer service and they didnt take long at all they got right on it had me out the door before I had expected especially on a busy Saturday.. I will be purchasing my new tires here/there!!

Their work really speaks for its self. I can do the basics on my car, but if I can't do it, I'm going here. They have saved me a lot of money over the last few years. I started going in for the cheap used tires for my work car (I'm a delivery driver, you would not believe the things my tires pick up!)I've also gone here after other shops told me one price. They got it done cheaper and the work done faster. They just saved me $400 in body work on my suv.
