Took care of the service I was needed in a timely manner. The place was so clean and welcoming. Free coffee too! Needed additional work and was given a recommendation. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back!

Came in for a courtesy alignment check after getting my wheels aligned somewhere else and noticing some noise. They said it was crooked and needed an alignment, then recommended I head back to the other place for a re-alignment.Appreciate the honesty, I will recommend this place to my friends!

My daughter actually brought her car here before with questions about a tire. They moved the tire from front to back, completely free of charge. I thought that if there was ever a time to give these guys real business, it would be the right thing to do. Well that time came when my daughters car wouldn t start months later. First place we called was Best One. Dealt with Brian who was above and beyond in diagnosis and explanation. As a father I appreciate Brian s willingness to help in a tough situation when you re 100s of miles away. I hope we have no more breakdowns but if we do, our first and only stop is Best One.

When I call they were able to get me in quickly for an appointment to check my oil. They also brought to my notice that I needed a new filter and they brought it out to me and showed me that it was filthy. They replaced that and did the oil change in a timely manner. My husband goes there all the time when he needs something for his truck and he highly recommended them. I would recommend these people to anyone I speak to!

We had THE BEST experience under the worst possible circumstances! My van had broke down on the highway during a road trip out of town and we had it towed to the shop not knowing what to expect. They moved people around and took care of us, it was a miracle! We needed a new alternator, battery and belt and they got us back on the road before closing! The kindness we received from everyone we encountered at the shop was amazing and VERY much appreciated. If we lived locally, this would be where we would take all of our cars for service. Truly an amazing experience and would highly recommend! Fair pricing as well. Thank you to everyone who helped us get back on the road!

Fantastic service. Called in the morning about availabilities and was able to get my 4 tires changed the same day. They also had a $100 discount going on, which I was unaware of and they automatically added it, so that was pretty nice. The mechanic was friendly and communicated well. He called back about 90 minutes after I dropped off my car, so the service was pretty quick.

They were the most friendly and professional people I have ever met. And I would definitely be going back for any other work on my corvette,or my bmw. They are the nicest people I would wreck amend them to any one. Thank you best-one of Lafayette. T.brown.

We kept losing air in our tires so I brought it in to Best-One of Lafayette to see what was going on. Upon inspection it was noted that the tire tread depth was really low. We had those tires for 7 years and it was time for replacement tires. They were able to put new tires on in about an hour, it was so fast! The price for the tires was reasonable too. I am thoroughly pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend them for your next set of tires.

Great people ,service was pretty quick.Gheck engine light came beck the next morning after replacing a sensor. Will take it back for round two tomorrow the 20th of Sept.

I'm under Terry Groen. Great customer service!! Very clean place. You can either sit and relax while they're working on your vehicle ( depending on what they're doing ), watch TV, free beverages and wifi. I'm a regular customer. When theirs an issue with my car, I take it to them. Also, if it's something they can't do, they refer you to someone who can. Thank you Brian and the rest of the staff for taking care of my car.

Best One has always taken great care of me! The customer service I receive is bar none! Brian, Dave, and Jr. always answer the phone with enthusiasm and positivity! They are patient with questions and are thorough in their work. I recently took my car in for a jiggle , they found the problems, communicated effectively, got the parts and completed the work all within less than 48 hours. They also changed my oil and cabin filter. At 175,000 miles, I don t worry about my car because I know I can turn to the team and Best One for excellent care!

Called and was able to order the tires I wanted. Received a call when they arrived, and was able to schedule an appointment. While I was there they informed me of a bad ball joint. They provided a price to fix issue, but took to dealer due to it being under warranty. Would recommend for your vehicle.

Walked in at mid morning with a slow leak in a tire purchased there. Looked at it right away found nail in tire repaired and finished in no time. No charge since there was road hazard on the tire. Felt like an Indy 500 pit stop. Bill.

I got a flat tire while traveling on I65. I called a bunch of tire shops in the area, all told me it would be a 2 hour wait till they could look at it. When I called Best-One, they were very polite and said they had someone available immediately. Everyone was very friendly and they got my tire repaired quickly. I was very happy with Best-One's service and professionalism.

We have been using Best One of Lafayette for years. The transition from Robinson s to Best One has been seamless and without issue. The services provided are always well done, timely, and communicated very well. I appreciate that I can ask questions and they are answered throughly and respectfully. I took my car into Best-One because I was told that I needed new brakes and rotors at an oil change. I scheduled an appointment; they were able to get my car in the next day.I waited for my car and was soon told that I didn t need brakes and to check again in the springtime. They also added air to all of my tires and checked for a leak without me asking which was awesome. I will go back in the spring and for future work because I trust them. They are honest people who care about their customers.
