Several months ago we got a great deal on 4 new tires with great service. We were losing a little air in one of the tires and my husband took the car in. They took him right in and checked the tire. The tire itself was good but found a small problem with the valve stem and replaced it. They take care of their customers.

Review for non-car enthusiasts:Terrific place, professional attitude, fantastic work and great price! Probably the best experience I've had with tire/ alignment shops in town so far. Their waiting lobby is really comfortable and clean too.I had my 1989 Mazda here for an alignment. Everyone was friendly on the phone, and even nicer in person. Can't describe how heart-warming this is in the middle of dead Indiana winter.Review for all those car enthusiasts out there:I'm confident and more than happy to bring my 1989 RX-7 here as many times as she needs - I think that is enough for me to recommend Belle to anybody

They will mess with your vehicle and then say it s your problem due to anything they can sell you on! Professional day time robbers. Got an alignment and they said I need my driver said CV axel boot replaced - okay. I get this done and I pick my vehicle up and the ABS and VSA lights are on. They tell me my vehicle just needs to relearn itself. The manager had no clue what a VSA was until my car fired this up. They look at it again and can t seem to figure out why these lights are on but then proceed to explain it s my car having high mileage, uneven tread around the car and possibly a rear right wheel bearing. I don t have an AWD car so it won t make my VSA turn on nor will uneven tread. Hilarious. You messed with my speed sensors replacing the CV axel boot!!!!!!!!! Don t contact me. I don t want you ever touching my car and I hope no one else s car beyond this. Your day of judgement will be challenging with God.

These individuals went beyond the call of duty to assist me and others. Each customer in front and in back of seemed very happy with the service. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. Hats off to Donald and his staff. I recommend this store to EVERYONE. If anyone says they had a bad experience, I would question them. Thank you Donald and staff.

These guys are amazing! I brought a wheel/tire in, stated the specific problem with it, and they completely trusted me and didn't even question my diagnosis. They had it done in 1 hour and didn't even charge me for the repair.I later bought tires here and also had a great experience. I bought tires on their website, scheduled a time to install them, and brought my car in. They had it done in about an hour.

I didn't get tires but they helped me with installing wheel locks for 10 bucks cause service over tightened my lugnuts and i couldn't take them out. Very friendly and professional service. They even torqued the locks to spec. Would absolutely suggest.

The staff here was very friendly, and the work was prompt and very well performed. Mr. Barkley kept me informed of everything going on and what was needed on my Kia during the entire process. I would highly recommend any tire or maintenance work you need done being performed here.

Worst Belle Tire ever. This place is not representative of the great experiences I have had at the Lafayette Belle Tire.It was a poor experience from start to finish here. I had a screw in my tire and asked if they could remove and patch it. I showed the man working at the front counter a picture and he said, after barely glancing at it, that it would require a new tire. I asked if he would like to at least have someone look at it in person and he begrudgingly said fine and went outside to look. He came back in and said it definitely needs a new tire. I was a little suspicious at this point t because of his tone and mannerisms. He looked up the tire model I had and told me he could have one there in a week and to let him know if I wanted one ordered. He then tried to walk away. I stopped him and asked if he could at least check if other nearby stores had them. This seemed to really annoy him and he looked it up at what appeared to be a great deal of annoyance to him. He told me the Lafayette Belle Tire store had 4 in stock and then he walked away. We drove to the Lafayette store and they had our tire fixed and our vehicle back to us in 25 minutes. Stay away from the West Lafayette Belle Tire.

Visited our daughter and had a low pressure tire notice on our Ram Truck when leaving. Drove to Belle Tire when they opened at 8 Saturday morning. Got it right in and patched the tire and we were on our way home to northern Michigan. My husband said they were the nicest guys ever. Thank you for being a part of the West Lafayette community.

I've been going here for alignments and other tire needs since I first needed them. They're super quick, provide high quality services, and are really easy to work with. The year package for alignments is a no brainer too. It keeps me motivated to stay on top of my tire maintenance!

Went in to get a leak fixed. No cost even though tire wasn t bought at Belle Tire. Awesome. They couldn t find the leak but cleaned the wheel up and replaced the valve stem in the questionable tire. Service manager was super cordial.Unfortunately, they recommended a nearly $400 brake job that was unneeded. Told me that pads had 2mm left. Interesting thought I checked a month ago and they seemed fine. Checked again once I got home and pictures show otherwise. Over 5mm of pad and tens of thousands of miles left. C mon, Belle Tire. It s 2022 and everyone is struggling. Do better.

Carl Lane went above and beyond. The mechanics who put my new tyres on did it extremely fast too. I went in for a balance but I knew my tyres were pretty bad... So without an appointment they squeezed me in and got it done in time for me to get to work on time. We got it sorted and had to go through a whole snafu with goodyear due to an issue with my account. Carl was extremely helpful with that. I definitely recommend the West Lafayette Belle Tire. They will definitely take care of you. Very personable, professional and prompt.

This morning I went in for a patched tire. During, they did a routine inspection of my vehicle and notified me of some pressing issues. They were prepared with an estimate to address the problems, but unfortunately I could not afford the repairs right away. Very kind, informative, and fast service! They patched my tire for free even though my car had never been serviced by them!10/10 totally recommend!

Belle Tire - A Real 'Tire-rific' Experience! Had a flat tire and brought my car to Belle Tire for a fix. Not only did they patch it up quickly, but they also performed an alignment. Now, my car sounds better than before the flat! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I'll definitely come back for any future tire needs.Highly recommend Belle Tire for all your tire-related woes!

My wife got her tires replaced and I was satisfied that aspect of it, but they tried to get my wife to pay extra $2k to get her struts replaced. That is laughable. Then when I looked up the parts they had in the quote, they weren't even the right parts! If they can't even get the parts right why would I trust them to replace them.

My boyfriend and I took his Jeep in to get tires balanced and the service was excellent! We got right in and the wait time was reasonable. The manager was very helpful and friendly and took great care of us. I recommend taking your vehicle here.The Jeep drives so smooth now!

Long short: took my BMW M in for 4 of my own tires to be mounted and balanced.First, they couldn't figure out how to drive my car into the shop (I had to drive it in before they broke something).Second, the ramps were too low so the lip on the front bumper of my car was scratched (I'll let it go because it was already damaged but no one offered blocks to drive up safely).Third, the actual service was done mostly correctly but one of the tires was overfilled by 1 psi despite me telling them the specific pressure to fill to. (In autocross with street tires, 1 psi can be the difference between a tire cording and not falling apart during a run. I might sound like a Karen at first but you'll see why I'm complaining about this in the next point)The kicker was that I was charged $160 for 4 tires mount and balanced. I have been to shops where I paid half the price for more professional service with the same exact tire size (which they claimed was the reason my job was so expensive). For any price over $100 for this service I expect a near perfect BMW dealer-level experience, which this Belle Tire did not provide.I genuinely respect the employees there and they were super nice, but needless to say, I will not be returning.

I believe she went by Kay . Anyway great job today customer service was top notch. Informed me of a few things as I got my tires changed. Definitely will return for more work. Very informative though and timely in my opinion. Thank you again for the help today getting new tires on my wife s car plus the alignment.

Faulty installation. We got 4 new tires for our Chevy Trax on May 15. Soon found out that the right front was losing pressure. At a routine oil change/inspection at our Dealership the mechanic informed us that the right front valve stem was leaking. Fixed at our expense for $35. We have the BT order number and paperwork.

Love the west side belle tire!! Helps my brother is the master mechanic over there!! But they always do me good, the east side one sucks but the west side one rocks!! If you need anything done go there

EDIT:The 1st Assistant Manager (Donald) reached out to me personally regarding my review and we were able to discuss the issue amicably. They agreed to refund the amount of the tire rotation and tossed in a couple oil changes for the trouble. I appreciate that they were willing to talk over the matter without getting defensive or accusatory. Raising my initial rating of 2 stars up to 4 stars for the professional way in which this was handled. Here's to hoping that future interactions are issue-free.END EDITI was very disappointed with my most recent experience at Belle Tire. An appointment was made to repair a tire that had a substantial leak. Belle Tire called my wife and informed her that the tire could not be repaired and a new one was recommended (it was under warranty, so this wasn't a big deal). They then recommended that an alignment be done because it was out of spec. Having not had issues in the past with Belle Tire and assuming they made the recommendation with integrity, I told my wife to go ahead and call them back to authorize the work. Let it be known that whenever I've been the contact for a vehicle, an alignment was never suggested. It just so happens that the first time they call my wife, this suggestion coincidentally pops up. I'll let whoever is perusing this review read between the lines on that one.Upon receiving the keys for the car, paying for an $130 alignment (plus sales tax on another warranty) and getting my receipt, I ask for the alignment specs. Note that this was not offered to me, I had to ask for it. The results can be seen in the picture attached to this review.There was one area that was out of spec prior to the alignment, so technically the mechanic's recommendation was valid. What irritates me, however, is that this same area is still out of spec after the alignment with a simple note that states "No Adj.". Apparently an adjustment could not be made on the area wherein the alignment recommendation was made. Wouldn't this have been known prior to the alignment? Why make a recommendation on a service that cannot be completed and still charge full price for it?The remaining specs, which were already good, were merely centered within the tolerance. Now I get this, by centering up within the spec, one has more wiggle room in the future, but the main culprit for the alignment recommendation in the first place didn't get addressed whatsoever.This would be tantamount to seeing a spot of mold, but instead of treating the mold, I decide to spray/clean around it and pat myself on the back for making everything else look nicer. Unfortunately, I paid $130 to get my tires aligned and the problem area didn't even get addressed whilst marginally improving what was already in spec.If a full or partial refund was extended, I would have been satisfied, but this experience has left me disappointed with what has historically been a great relationship with Belle Tire.

Top notch customer service and repairs. We re driving from South Carolina back home to Canada and discovered we had a large bolt stuck in our tire. No shops had the socket to remove the specialty tuner lugs, couldn t find a single auto parts store either and thought we were gonna be stranded. We made our way down to this location just in the off chance they may be able to help, and sure enough they helped and then some! Not only did the cover the cost for the repair, they even provided us with a free socket for our trip back. Absolutely amazing professionalism and service from Carl and the rest of the team, thank you again fellas, greatly appreciated!

I have informed them with 3 reasons.1-right rear flat tire2-right front door is not opening3-stuck screw on one of the playe hole in the backThey called me back saying that I was missing 5 lug nuts and told me the amount. I confirmed that they could add the new ones. Plus, the tire was not fixable, they said. I asked them to put my tire back instead of a new one since it hold air. It just leaves air once in a while. Plus, they said they figured the door problem which was a child lock issue (basically a lie)Then I got a voice message saying that my car was ready. I paid and checked the lug nuts.. they were still missing and they were still 5 missing as they had said in the phone. Plus, they had checked the right rear door which was already operating instead of right front door and they lied about it saying that it was child lock which is not true. All 3 doors were operating already except right front one. And I told them it s wrong it should have been right front door. They discussed and came back saying that they don t do stuff like that it s a mechanic job. I said fine.Anyhow, I had paid for the lug nuts that never been installed to my car. If I hadn t checked I would have paid for nothing. I had been also given another document which is estimate for other stuff although just lug nuts hasn t been done but later they didn t give it to me again. They also said they can t take that stuck plastic screw out from the plate hole too but once I was there they had skipped or missed already they didn t even check. They discussed after I reminded.Finally, it was very bad experience.

Comfortable waiting area with wifi, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Visited here for checking the small leak on one of my tires without any visible nail punctured from outside. The shop takes the wheel off for a careful inspection and tiny nail on the tire. The shop repairs it without charging a single $. Would come again when I need to replaced tires

While they've done decent tire work for my family before, I don't plan to go again. I went a few months ago because one pair of brakes was wearing thin. They wanted to charge me around $1000 for the job, plus another $2000 for some unnecessary steering work. With how messed up they claimed my steering was, my car should have barely been drivable. I got the brakes done at Gilliland for around $560 instead. I understand if older cars need work, but I don't appreciate someone trying to rip me off.

I usually take both my vehicles here to be serviced, I have had a few issues in the past but overlooked them. Not this time!! They had my car for 2 months supposedly trying to figure out a way to present the issue to my warranty company. After the claim was approved from my warranty company, they refused to do the job because I wasn t willing to pay over $700 for a part that was approved by my warranty company for $299 so since my warranty company won t allow them to take advantage of me they refused the job!!!! so now I ve wasted 2 months of time with nothing to show for it because of their greed. Real Classy Belle Tire!!!

Pulled out of my garage to be greeted by a low tire pressure warning & found a rear tire near flat, likely a puncture. Belle Tire is about 2.5 miles from home so I drove over slowly & asked them to fix it. They said they would put me on their list but it would be a while. It was done free of charge in about 2 hours + 45 minutes. Once they got on my car the process took about 25 min. Waiting room was clean and spacious with single chairs spaced 7-10 feet apart. Restroom was very clean. Staff seemed professional and efficient. Not rating 5 stars until I see them do more complex work.

Very disappointed. Told them I wanted tires rotated and alignment due to front tires wearing. Back tires were in much better shape. Got home and noticed bad tires were still on the front. Took it back and was told they couldn t rotate because there was only 5/16 tread on the back tires. I should have been told this before they did the alignment cause I would have canceled and rotated myself then got alignment. Also charged me $ 25 for alignment warranty without asking. That s why I thought they had rotated the tires. Really hoped it would be a good experience since it s right by my house but first time there will be my last. Need to do an update. They also changed my oil . Got up the next morning to find oil dripping on the driveway from under my truck. By the way this isn t some old junker, it s a 2017 Tacoma with 44K miles. Either they left oil on the skid plate and didn t clean it up or the filter is leaking. So after work I ll have to pull the plate off and check. New update. Was contacted by Belle tire and Donald was very helpful resolving the issues. The biggest complaint was lack of communication . He even gave me 3 free oil changes which totals more than my original bill. That was way more than fair. That being said I will go back when I need new tires as long as they honor the free oil changes when the time comes. I ve changed my review from one star to three .

If I could give less than a star I would. The guy at the desk recommended the set of tires I purchased. Not even 6 months have passed and I ve had TWO that have had to get replaced by someone else because they failed to fix them correctly. The mechanics did not even fix the holes in the correct spots. Thus leading to who junk tires that I now have to replace out of my pocket because they won t. So thank you belle tire for showing me a horrible experience and wasting my time and money.

They said I needed to replace all my stuff on my car to get an alignment. Told me 1200.00 to fix it. Well I took it somewhere else and none of that had to be done. I paid 95 bucks and it s all fixed. They tried to take a white female for a ride. I will never in my life go to belle tire again. I m be sure to make it known also. I might not be about to hurt the company, but it s not okay for them to rip people off.
