This was my first time doing business with Belle Tire. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the honest and professional service provided. Trent, Madison and Lonnie were all very helpful answering all of my questions. Since my tire size was not available in the store, I had to order them and, as promised, they arrived the very next day and on time for the scheduled install. None of the other local dealers had the correct sized tires in stock and one of them tried to sell me the next size up (215's instead of 205's) telling me Michelin did not make the 205 size that I needed for my car. A lie! I looked it up on the Michelin website. I could not believe a store would lie to me like that. Belle was awesome! The alignment really was a major improvement. I also love the fact they will take care of future tire rotations and will stand behind their work. Thanks, Belle!

Completed alignment car still pulled to right. Took it back next day alignment was completed again rear toe was out. Still continued to pull to right. Drove 4 hours north to my buddies shop to complete the alignment myself. Camber caster and toe ahead was out on right. Completed alignment myself cars drive straight. Was trying to not waste personal time but I am assuming there alignment rack needs recalibrated or there tech needs training

Had a great experience with this Belle tire location. I appreciate that I was acknowledged soon as I walked in the door. Had new tires mounted on my new summer wheels at a great price. The tire tech doing the work must have treated them as they were his own. When I picked them up they were flawless no marring or scratches anywhere I appreciate that immensely. Looking forward to going back soon to have them mounted and winter wheels and tires rebalanced. Thanks Lonnie for having a great team giving me a great experience. See you again soon!

Ordered tires online & scheduled installation. Received confirmation on date and time. Day before Received another email confirming installation and time. Drive 25+ miles to appointment only to be informed tires are not in. Offered upgrades tires in stocks for significant price increase. This a 10 year old vehicle with 160k miles. If I wanted better tires I would have ordered them.Terrible bait and switch tactics and very poor customer service.

Two years ago they broke my wife's tire pressure sensor on one of her wheels but they replaced it. I had new tires installed on another vehicle a year ago. They crushed 3 out of the 4 hub centric rings that center aftermarket wheels. Really not a big deal but it happened. Went in last year for a free rotation and balance. They crushed another hub centric ring but this time sandwiched it between the back of the rim and face of the hub. I left and there was a bad vibration. I got home and noticed a gap between the rim and hub on one wheel and it wasn't mounted flush. I proceeded to take the wheel off and a few of the lug nuts were loose from the ring compressing after the 30 mile drive home. On 2/21/24 I went back in for another rotation and balance. Left, and again a horrible vibration. At this point I am not bringing my car back to this Belle Tire. Get home, and I notice the balancer had ground rings into the face of two of my wheels. I took it to the Belle Tire in West Lafayette to have the wheels re-balanced. That Belle Tire discovered that 3 out of the 4 wheels had way too much weight on them and that was causing the extreme vibration. On top of all of this, Lafayette Belle tire tells me I need two new shocks and two new struts and that the originals are still on the car. Crazy, because I myself, just replaced them all with new aftermarket units 3 months ago.

Sent my girlfriend in for an oil change. They tried scamming her out of a coolant flush and sparkplug change for over $400 (said she needed it done for maintenance). Keep in mind, I just changed the spark plugs less than a month ago. She left without getting anything done and won't be back. Be careful here women, they will happily scam you.

Had a major break down on expressway lat Friday ev. After being towed to Belle . Shop is open on Saturday. At 8 am Mechanic determined I had fuel pump failure.They were Abel to get pump drop fuel tank.Estimated repair time was 5 hours. I was on a medical emergency.Needed to get to Wisconsin Mayo hospital.They completed repair in 3 hours. With a fair price. I was on my way.Great service. I would also like to say I have never seen a cleaner washroom.I also took a 3 hour nap while they repaired my fuel pump.Total experience was fantastic. I WILL FULLLY RECOMMEND BELLE TIRE for repairs.

02/03/24- The reason I went there is because they offer free air. They keep the hose maintained. It's a feature no other tire shop offers.One can come by any time and do it on your own.My wife came by to check her tires when I was out of town. She said one of the employees ran out and did it for her. It was during the colder days. The employee stayed and helped an older lady.I'll be getting my next set of tires here!

These guys saved me with 10 minutes to close. Great work super fast definitely went the extra mile or five. Aaron was great in getting me in and out super fast. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received.

Waited for almost an hour past my scheduled time and they did not take my car for tire rotation and balancing. They clearly don't value others time. Left the shop without service. The lady on the counter had zero regret of making a customer wait for an hour and not getting the work started. Poor customer service.

Go see Tim and the guys! Best prices on tires and plenty of room in their lobby. I have a lowered car and their state-of-the-art alignment rack is in-ground so there was plenty of clearance under the car to be able to be put in the air. Go check them out!

I always have a great experience, when visiting this location. There is about 20 different tire shops on a 30 mile radius that I m aware of because of the service alone as long as Lonnie and Dallas are apart of this Belle Tire team. I will be a costumer. I just had a phone call to set up an appointment for tomorrow and Dallas was as always professional and courteous! Love this team!

I brought my car into Belle Tire knowing it was going to be a wait since I had several issues to be addressed on my vehicle. While waiting, I sat and observed the staff, Trent and others, with customers. He was nothing but kind, courteous, , respectful, positive, informative and patient with each and every customer. I would highly recommend Belle Tire on Meijer Court.

Told them what I should have vs what I wanted and the gentleman behind the desk did not try to upsell me a single bit. Tires were installed and out the door in the timeline given. Good experience

We have had a terrible few weeks of car repairs -- but were fortunate enough to have Belle Tire Recommended to us when we had a flat tire on our Camry. All the tires were overdue for replacement. The people at Belle Tire worked with us to apply every available rebate and did a complete and thorough job. A week later, we had another flat! They saw us right away and took care of the issue -- the warranty covered the replacement of that tire. It turned out to be a piece of rebar from some road construction - so the tire couldn't be be patched. We are very thankful to the people at Belle Tire for their integrity, expertise, and kind attitude! They are highly professional! We recommend them without hesitation!

I definitely recommend this location. Every time I come here we have a great experience. Everything, including customer service, was great. I quickly had an issue with a tire resolved here after being told by the West Lafayette location it would require a new tire.

My 20 year old daughter called Belle Tire to get a quote and was quoted $750ish, when she went to pick it up, it was $1055. They told her if she bought a warranty it would cost less than a new tire (she was told $176) and wouldn t cost anything to get tires repaired. What a total lie!!! She got a flat, took it for repair and has to pay an additional $88.00, mind you this is 2 weeks after new set was put on. This was such a horrific experience and we will NEVER go back to or recommend Belle Tire. They totally took advantage of a young GIRL!

On our way to Wisconsin we hear a rattling noise coming from the front. Thinking of just turning around and go back home, we decided to pull in and see if they could figure it out.. The guys where so nice and helpful.. Got us back on the road in record time..

I want to thank the Lafayette indiana staff for helping my wife today when the check tire alert came on. I told her to go to Belle because they helped me out before, they checked her tires and inflated to correct pressure and sent her on her way with no charge. Definitely the place to go for tires and repairs.

Had my tires and alignment done here. They did a good job, they worked to get me the best deal and even gave me some tire sensors at their cost to help lower my coat. I will say, they had handprints and smudges all over my rims when I picked it up. I would expect them to at least wipe them off and clean them if they were in that condition, after spending $1380. Just looked really bad on all my rims when I picked my car up. Other than that, great service and price.

I was on a cross country road trip in a rental vehicle that had a small nail and a slow leak. Lonnie was able to get the tire patched first thing in the morning so I could get my son moved into college at his scheduled move in time.

Once again GREAT service at Belle Tire. This time it was a new battery to replace my dead one. Dropped it off last eve and they called this am and said it was ready. No fuss--no muss!! Will be back for my next crisis.

I was heading on a trip when my low tire pressure light came on. I was right by the exit for Belle Tire. My son had done business here and he was very pleased with their service. After the technician checked my tire pressures, we found the tire that needed attention. My car was brought right in, tire checked, service done in less than an hour I was on my way! So appreciative of their customer service! Thank you!
