I have taken my vehicle to countless auto repair shops and I have never had a better experience then the one I received at Beck's. The staff at Beck's are extremely professional, it is evident that they pride themselves on their work and the overall experience the customer receives. Moreover, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest, I was never up-sold or charged unfairly for the work being done to my vehicle. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of car maintenance or repair!

WARNING!!! WARNING!!!! STOP AND READ!!! The worst auto shop!!! I had a regrettable experience with this auto shop! If you can make it to a dealership I would totally recommend going there. I should have waited the 3 extra days. I don't know where to begin. I guess it could start at the counter where I was greeted by with if you have a warranty they won't pay for most repairs. That should have been first red flag. I come to find out it's not that the warranty company that won't pay. It all comes back to the shop over charging for parts that are paid for by the warranty company. The warranty company I have paid for everything. I still had an invoice over 650.00 I spoke with service manager concerning the bill. I was told every car that leaves his shop always pays regardless of warranty. They just aren't happy until they can squeeze the last dime out of your pocket... When you look at the invoice it has a line item for misc towels and things for clean up. I will attach picture of the mess they created inside the car with grease left in the area they worked. I also found they broke the phone cradle that is mounted above the work area on the windshield but managed to break it any ways. I had to bring this to their attention. The techs are pigs when they work in or on your vehicle. I mind you I cleaned this car inside in out before dropping off. What a bad experience from this shop!!! They should be ashamed of the work practice they deliver. They honestly don't care! If they do they don't show it to the customer..

I had an issue that may or may not have been related to Service at Beck's. Unlike most places, they Did Not Argue with me (the customer).Instead, they fixed the issue with no additional charge.Beck's is serious about Customer Service and maintaining a high reputation!Can't say enough good things about Beck's!

Brought in both of our work trucks for big time repairs and everything came out perfect! They even send text alerts with repairs recommended and you, the customer, have the ability to accept or decline said services they found to be problems. Plus, the text alerts show the price right there! Super convenient!

The overall experience at Becks was fantastic! Marc and James did an awesome job getting me back on the road in a timely matter. The communication was the best i have ever experienced at an auto center and the up to date notifications throughout the process was informative and convenient. Thanks again Beck Team!

Great service, low prices, and REALLY well-made website. The website gives live updates to your vehicle, they keep you informed if they need to increase the analysis and troubleshooting cost. BEST EXPRIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A CAR SHOP !

The guys were great! They took me back in the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with exhaust and what they were going to do. I decided to wait so I had a cup of coffee in the lobby. Everyone is very nice and helpful. My cat purrs like a kitten now. Thank you so much!

They communicated well as to the process and problems along the way, and it was easy to common communicate back what services I wanted and level of necessity. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. And the shop was so clean and neat!

I came in to get gasket leak checked. I didn t have time to get it fixed right away, but the foreman checked the leak, gave me some great advice and cleaned up the leaking oil for free. Thank you Marc, foreman, and the whole Becks team.

Jeff French did an excellent job, setting up, etc.Also, like your new overflow shop.Suggest you install a zip line , a monorail , or a golf cart path to transport clients and staff to/from main to overflow.Liked everything (except price) thanks for courtesy discount !Great communication . Excellent work as always. Wait time was more than I liked. In at 10 and not ready until 4:30 but did include front and rear brakes with the oil change.

Scheduling was a snap online. Text updates were timely and kept me informed of the progress. My vehicle was complete on time. The final report and billing was also great to complete online.I would highly recommend Beck s to everyone for their vehicle service needs.

Becks auto is definitely a great shop. Went there and the guys did what i needed done and sent me an invoice with a detailed list of what they did. Theyre really affordable too for the level of work they do, id say theyre my #1 go to shop now in lafayette indiana

Service was excellent. The Gentleman who helped me Mark listened to exactly what I wanted and got a quote same day. I am really picky about what parts get put on my truck and who does the work. Mark sourced the moog front end components I wanted and the truck feels amazing. Can t recommend them enough. Will definitely be going back for more work soon.

Nothing is scarier than being several hours from home with a car that is overheating. Beck s got my car in the same day I called and got me answers as to what was wrong with it a few hours later. I was able to pick it up next day. Everyone was very friendly and made the whole process a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Everyone talks about the stereotype of the young adult being unable to make their own appointments. I am that stereotype to a tee and I can easily say this was one of the easiest experiences I have had as a young adult having to call and fix my own problems rather than having my dad do it for me. Will make any issues in the future much easier to deal with as I know I have a reliable place to take it right here in Lafayette.

Went into Becks cause my engine was misfiring. They identified the problem, and since it was an easy fix I took her back to save a little bit on labor. Overall though, beck's did a very good job on their diagnostic. While they are a bit pricey, they are very good.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

By far the friendliest and most worthwhile repair shop I've ever been to. Beck's have consistently gone above and beyond to help me when my car failed me time and time again. I have had oil changes and servicing done here but have also had to tow my car to the shop twice -- both times I was helped instantly and they managed to fit me in the same day. Even when repairs might be expensive they will work with you to see what options are economical. Specific shoutout to Marc and Ben, who are the absolute best. Wonderful service. Beck's Auto helped me when I was in a pinch. Not only was eveyone nice, eveything was explained in detail and I was shown what was needed. When I sat down, I didn't expect to be out the door less than hour later. I couldn't be more relieved and happy I found you guys!

Excellent customer service!! From the time I arrived for my diagnostic appointment I have been treated with the utmost respect and understanding. For an automotive shop the reception/waiting area are very clean and the warm greeting at the door a10!!

When the check engine light appeared on the dashboard, I drove my car to the dealer who performed an inspection. An hour or so later the service manager approached me and said I have some bad news. Your car has a bad catalytic converter. And it will cost $5400 to replace it. They then suggested that I should consider trading it on a newer used vehicle. They offered me $2500 as the trade in value. Since my 2012 car only has 42000 miles on it, I was shocked by such a low offer. I decided to leave the dealership and go home, where I called around to several auto repair including Beck s Auto Shop.when they said that could replace the converter for a lot less than my dealer, after waiting an hour or so, they informed me that the problem was caused NOT by the faulty catalytic converter but by a bad oxygen sensor, which costs only several hundred dollars to fix. The lesson here is if a dealer tries to bamboozle you, take your car to a repair shop like Beck s.I am a happy customer!

I ve been going to Becks for close to 3 years now, and have always been happy with their service. They don t try to pressure you into fixes or services you don t need unlike the dealerships. Jeff and Rob have always provided good customer service!

Friendly folks who provided prompt service at appointment. Had to make the appointment about 2 weeks in advance. Only negative was the added fees that ran the cost up a little more (not unusual in the repair business).

I had a fantastic experience with Beck s. My car had a CV axle separate from the transmission; with a 90 minute commute to work it was essential that I get back on the road quickly. I called and they were happy to take in my car SAME DAY. They were very transparent about the fees, labor, and recommended repairs to my vehicle. They include pictures to show what is going on with your vehicle, along with notes about the recommended repairs.I will absolutely be coming back to Beck s for any future vehicle care needs!!! Thank you!
