I ordered online at 1 location 7, and it said the parts were available at that location so I never received any notification about it being don't so 24hrs later I go there and they said they don't have the parts in stock to they refunded my the money then they called another store and they had the parts. I had to repay for the parts but we know how refunds work. I didn't have enough free cash do I had to get into the money I was saving up to change my tire on my motorcycle to pay for the parts I need to fix my car chances of me coming back are 0%

Got my battery checked for free. Staff was quick, polite, and got the job done. Though my battery was fine, I said I wanted to buy jumper cables just in case and he took me inside, walked me to the correct aisle, and pointed me to the best selection.

There was a cold snap coming up and I wanted to replace my battery. They helped me replace my battery and I was in and out. My new battery turns the car over right away. I can get a battery all over town but the employees here are always very helpful and that matters. Business is not just products, business is people.

I would like to give 6 stars to Brian at this location after having gone to another one, where they didn t have the battery I needed, tried to overcharge me, he jumped in to greet me, double check the stock when the computer said they didn t have one, applied the warranty, was knowledgeable, friendly, replaced the battery quickly and efficiently and handled the entire issue with the best customer service I ve seen in a while AutoZone promote him.

A very rude associate named Chris answered the phone and was bothered by our questions from the beginning. Ended up calling the other Lafayette location where we were treated with kindness. Customer service lacking and will not get my future business.

I was in this store to make a purchase of a product that was stated to be available at this location on the website. I was approached by an aggressive and hostile employee who did not check any stock or what my product was before raising his voice and yelling at me that they did not carry the product.I made an attempt through the official customer service channels to have a conversation regarding this indecent, only to be put off for almost 3 weeks while receiving the same automated email responses telling me I would hear from someone in 24-48 business hours. When I would respond after the stated time had passed, I would get the same email statement with a different name attached.I initially thought this to be the case of an individual employee issue, but it seems to be an issue with Autozone in general and how they handle their customers.

Tried to stop in real quick to pick something up.Instead I had to wait behind a customer that was welcomingly flirting with the attendant for > 5 minutes. I could not handle it anymore so I just had to leave.Conversation consisted of quotes like: Warm it up for me baby Come on baby Warm it up for me baby You can use your imagination for the rest. Customer looked like a 50 YO trucker, maybe 260 pounds.Like damn bro I m literally just trying to buy break pads and get out.That was my experience at Autozone at 8:30am. :|

The store was very clean. Even with them having pallets out stocking the shelves. Everyone was friendly and said hi in passing. When I got up to the front, the woman was very helpful in getting me what we wanted to tune up our truck. There was an issue with the system finding the part numbers I was giving her. She found the parts another way. We checked the part numbers and they matched. Lol Have some bugs to workout with the program they use.

AutoZone is a great place to find auto parts. They have a wide selection and reasonable prices. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. I've never had any issues with the quality of the parts I've purchased from there. Overall, I highly recommend AutoZone for all your auto part needs.

Super helpful and friendly guys, Rob P did a fantastic job scanning my computer and talking with me about my vehicle, relatable, personable, and experienced. Watch out for the address if you re doing pickup orders, unfortunately my order was ready .in West Lafayette, there s two stores on Sagamore Pkwy.

My expectations of my visit today were exceeding by the sales manager, Anthony. I came in to check an engine light sensor and to my surprise he not only checked my car s engine light but he also changed the part for me. He saved me time, money, and a trip to a service shop. I was not expecting that at all so it was nice and a relief that I didn t have to worry about that after leaving Autozone. Thank you Anthony!

Brett helped me with several different issues, and did most of this outside while it was snowing and sleeting. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. He went above and beyond usual standards of good customer. He s awesome and I genuinely appreciate the assistance!

I had to buy a new battery for one of my work cars and William went above and beyond to help. He made sure I purchased the correct battery and when the car wouldn't start after a jump he installed the battery himself. He literally saved the day and I am very grateful for his expertise and help. I have 5 work cars and 2 personal cars and he will forever get my business!

Chris was very nice and professional even though he couldn't put in a new battery because it takes too long. I'm reducing this to a 2 because it took Walmart less than 30 min to do this and I was told by autozone that it would be over an hour and anything that takes more than 45 min, they are not allowed to do.

Rob and Brett are amazing employees. They went above and beyond tonight, past closing time, for an emergency my roommate and I had. They helped us out purchasing something, and even helped us install it in our vehicle. They were generous, thoughtful, and super friendly, regardless of the situation. They were probably ready to leave and go home after a long day of work, but they stuck around to help us out tonight, (even though they didn t have to at all) and that meant a whole lot to us. They deserve a raise!!! Thanks so much Rob and Brett! You guys are the bomb!!!

The staff of this particular AutoZone is great. They are the most helpful people that you'll run across. They always find the best price/quality of part for me, and will spend all the time they need to make sure I'm not walking out the door without something I'll need to complete a task.

I was really impressed with the guy who worked there because I told him I needed a battery for my car he told me that it would be around 215 dollars and I was like wow that s a lot and he suggested I go to rural king where I purchased a battery for 75 bucks!

I needed a new battery. The people working there tested the old one, the starter and alternator, recommended the proper replacement, then installed it quickly and cheerfully. (Thank you, Jeremy) Fantastic service!!
