Fast service, I sold my truck to auto express . I received a competitive offer from them as well . I was ready to have someone else enjoy my ex-truck she was a beautiful 2015 gmc Sierra. The staff was Quick and friendly . Thank you, Alonso Estrada.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Express in Lafayette and it was a really smooth process. The sales people were great and I didn't have to wait around for someone to help me like you expect to at other dealerships. But the best service came after we brought the car home and noticed we were missing a part in the interior. I connected with Parker in the service center and he truly went above and beyond to help us. He not only tracked down a replacement park, but he had it shipped directly to us so we wouldn't have to drive back to pick it up (we live over an hour away). Parker communicated every step of the process along the way and I never felt out of the loop once. I would recommend Auto Express Service purely based on Parker's attention to detail and communication skills. It was a great experience!

Took vehicle in because the tire pressure sensor light came on. They fixed my rotors and the cable to my gas release but after paying $600 the light is still on. Not sure if they even looked at it. Oh, convenient that my extended warranty doesn t cover anything they did do though.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date on my repair, I was give a loaner vehicle and they informed me my vehicle was ready well before closing time. They did a fantastic job!! I am very pleased!!

This place is always so welcoming and they do a fantastic and honest job, Tyler could not have been better if he tried! Not regretting my purchase a year and a half ago if my 2014 Impala nor am I regretting taking it back to the lot for service. Very helpful. They don't move on their prices, however, they make sure your new vehicle is ready for you. They found that a small issue with tires and put brand new tires on my jeep at no extra cost and paid for a new key to be made.

I text Auto Express about a couple auto's that I was interested in and they text me back within 24 hours over the Labor Day Weekend ... Pretty fast huh!!! But during that same time I came down with COVID-19 and didn't follow up with them ... Sorry Guy's ... So when it's safe for me and the Public to be around again I'll start looking again!
