Brought my 2018 Ram 1500 here after it was hit by a drunk driver. They did excellent work and the truck came out looking just like it had prior to the collision. The shop took care of dealing with my insurance company and made the whole process super easy. Everything was replaced with OEM parts and looks like new. This would be the first place I'd bring my vehicle back to in the future and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

They did a great job on our car repair. Did not go over estimate and completed when they said they would. Excellent work and at less than 1/2 the price of their competitor down the road. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with this shop. My insurance was difficult to work with and they still forged ahead with the repairs. Everything was completed in a timely matter too. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing body shop work.

I requested a suspension repair quote (not even the repair itself, just a quote) and, over the multiple weeks my car was left in their shop, never received it. I called multiple times asking for updates and was always told that they would call me back with it within the next day or two, even reassuring me that they did indeed have my phone number from their caller ID. When I finally called to inform them that I would be picking up my car with or without a quote they said it would be ready upon my arrival. Instead, when I arrived I was told again that they would call me about it later that day. I never received a single phone call.All I wanted was a price estimate, yet I was ignored continuously for weeks on end.

I walked out to my car during my lunch break one afternoon, to find that my back door on the driver's side was bashed in!!! Someone hit my parked car and drove off!I took it to Auto Body Specialties, and boy am I glad I did. My car was fixed in no time! In fact, my car looked new!!!Unfortunately, it was going to be another week before my insurance could pay the man, but he let me take my car as soon as it was ready on good faith! NOW THAT is looking out for the customer!Can't recommend this place enough!Service: Painting

I am going to warn others from using this company. I regret it everyday. I was T-Boned about 4 years ago. I went to this company stressed out and the owner was really nice at first. However after the job was "complete" things changed. I went to get into my car the next morning and it popped. In the first picture I will post you will see a piece of trim. He said oh this is the problem and he tore it off, then told me it was going to be 300 to fix that. Bear in mind he fixed this entire side to begin with. So shouldn't it be under warranty. Oh no! 4 years later I was going to leave well enough alone. Until I started to see this. Yes this is rust building up from where there was dirt specks when they did their paint job. My entire car has nothing like this and its a 2001. You would think a 4 year old paint job would last longer right? Wrong! This company is awful. Please take your money and business elsewhere. You will thank me.
