I scheduled a loaner for the day of my appointment. I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment that I would not have a loaner car. I took my car in to have the sunroof fixed. It was leaking through the interior lights. After three hours, I got a call stating that the seals were bad and that they needed to be replaced. The estimate given was $3100. I did not get a video of them assessing the issue. I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion and was coming in to pick up my car. When I arrived, they suddenly had a loaner available for me and now they were stating that the fix would be covered under warranty. They said the warranty would cover 70-100% of the cost and advised me to take the loaner to give them more time to determine the warranty fix. I took the loaner home and was told that I would hear back within 48 hours. 4 days later, I called to pick up my car as I had not heard back. When I arrived, all of a sudden they had a new estimate for me. I was told that the warranty would cover 70-100%. The new estimate given was $2100. I declined the fix, paid the $220 diagnostic fee, and went to get a second opinion at Audi Indianapolis. Best decision EVER! Audi Indy assessed the problem and sent me a video of them explaining the fix. The issue wasn t the seal at all. The drain hoses were clogged and it needed a new wind detector. Most of the fix was covered under warranty and I ended up only paying $180 to fix the issue. I paid less to fix my car than I did for the diagnostic fee at Lafayette Audi. There is a huge difference between the $180 paid to fix my car than the $2100-3100 that I was quoted at Lafayette Audi. Not sure what type of crooks they have running the show, but I will never go back. Do your homework and go elsewhere!

Good service! The last two times that I needed to have my car looked at, the car was in and out of the garage super fast. First time I had asked for it to be checked out after several warning light on the dashboard came on as if I had something going on that was bad. I left the car there one evening with word from the service department that it would likely take 2-3 days before they could look at it. Well, nope! A cancellation happened and my car was finished the next day! And, another thing happened. My express window up/down stopped working. I scheduled an appointment, took it in and bam! Fixed within 15 minutes. Great service!

I love this place! They are super friendly and willing to work with you. I was not able to pick up my car during business hours, so they helped me make arrangements for another day. Then when I missed the arrangement, the called to check on me.

Great service and the people are nice. Just "very" expensive to maintain. We have loved our 18 VW Atlas. It's very reliable. Just wish we lived closer (60 miles) for service.

I took my A5 in for the 40k service. The reception and intake process was smooth and professional. This service required a lot of items to be completed and I requested a loaner to drive for the day. That request was granted and I was provided a clean new vehicle to drive.Later in the day I received word from the technician that the car needed an inspection of the Quattro drive due some noises coming from it and that it s a known potential issue. I was impressed that they discovered this problem without my input. The repair was covered under warranty and I was able to keep the loaner for the necessary time. The return and pickup process was as smooth as the intake.

There was no sense of urgency to accommodate me; because I was out of town, and needed to get back. I ended up having to pay for a hotel for three days.They also didn't anticipate issues such as items that have to be replaced along with the serpentine belt.Finally, when I texted them, it took hours to respond. I never had an issue like this at other Audi dealerships.

Volkswagen service did a great job of updating the software on my 2022 id4. They kept me apprised of any delays and were very willing to listen to any requests I had for the service.

Most of everything was handled over the phone witch made it quick and easy when we bought and picked up the car everyone were so polite and personal. My only regret was not having them detail in inside of the car , they did but not very well

1 star because you can t give 0 stars. Our car was in the service department for 3 days for a check engine light. We never received an update in 3 days. We called no less than 10 times and no one answered the phone. We left several messages no return call. My wife finally had to go to the dealership and tell them we wanted the car back. I will take the car to Indianapolis before I take it to Audi of Lafayette again.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

I opted for scheduled service for my vehicle at 100000 miles and was charged 277$ for that. The service went smooth and it took an hour for it. In the inspection it showed the requirement for the air filters being changed. Why was there an additional labor charge of 95$ and 15$ shop charge for changing the air filter (excluding the filter cost which was 32$) when the labor charge and shop charges were already accounted for in the service. Please let me know!

Audi Lafayette is like many businesses all over the Country who are showing signs of how our Economy is affecting their bottom line. I happened to be working in the area and was in need of some service for my vehicle. I was greeted by a young lady whose name I didn't catch and then referred to only Service Agent. I waited for approximately 3 hours for my vehicle and not once was I ever offered a bottle of water or even acknowledged as I watched several employees walk by and help themselves to the water in the mini fridge. I was pretty disappointed with the Customer Service from this Dealership! I am quite sure that they are surviving on their Service Department because their lobby was empty! It would make sense to me that if this is your bread and butter that you would make EVERY effort to make EVERY Customers' experience a good one so they would want to return! Audi Lafayette definitely needs to step up their game!

I decided to drive to Lafayette from Carmel for service, so I didn t have to go to Tom Wood Indy. Upon arrival, Matt shared that the Audi system had my last service in 2020. (Carfax has it right) I get my car serviced on time every year. Pet Matt, Tom Wood didn t enter all their services accurately. Matt also explained things to me that I greatly appreciated. I had questions for Tom Wood, but I couldn t get a return call and why I canceled going there to begin with. I ll drive to Lafayette in the future. Thanks!Service: General repairs & maintenance
