Rose and her team here at American rental have been absolutely amazing I ve been a customer for awhile now & rose is just like family she takes really good care of her customers and has a truly caring heart any issue you have she s on it! She s helpful on finding the right merchandise that you re looking for to fit your budget & her team is just as great! Couldn t have found a better fit for my home! If you go anywhere I highly recommend them!

Rose and her team go above and beyond, always friendly and helpful! They helped my fiance and I furnish our new house, and have made everything very convenient for us. Truly a great selection of quality furniture and electronics. They even do giveaways for their customers! Thanks for helping us make our house a cozy home.

Absolutely love it! They said it had a couple stratches but literally looks like way it was made and the guys worked hard and diligently to get it set up in a timely manner

I gave this business a 5 star rating for 1 reason, that being the staff & management, They worked with me time and time again, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to the products that they offer, & they are very helpful. They take the time to explain everything and to answer any & all questions that you may have. I highly recommend them for anything from T.V.'s to couches, to bedroom suites.

I was very impressed with phone call I made to this business. Associate was kind and courteous and explained in great detail to me. So I went into business in person and was greeted promptly and helped me in making a decision that was best for my situation on hand. The closing of the sale was quick as well. My purchase was then delivered within the hour. Thank k you very much American Rental for helping me fix my problem in a hurry .

I was not the person doing business there... I have a thing about these rental places... Financially speaking they are a poor way to get stuff...However the staff was good and friendly and answered all our questions... So if this is the way you want to go this place is as good as any...The 3 Stars are how I feel about Rental places...

After being ignored for a month,i got a letter in the mail,told them to come get their washer and dryer, and the guy was nice enough to destroy my property and not even tell me about it,and of course they are back to ignoring emails because they know they did wrong, and dont want to have to make it right. Instead of finding a way to get the dryer out of my bathroom without destroying my door way, the guy opted to tear up my door way instead.

Their product quality and options seem limited. The manager was nice though. Prices are steeper compared to Aaron's. Not much business on a Saturday afternoon.

I've been going threw american rental for years now. Everytime I go in I'm welcomed with a smile and they know me by name. If your going threw a rough time communication is key with them
