Ted and Gram are amazing! They explained everything and fixed the issue quick! They previously worked on my moms vehicle and have now worked on mine! I highly recommend! Their prices are also very reasonable!

Ted and James are pretty friendly and detail-oriented. They did the job professionally, checked many related parts when repairing my car, and answered a lot of my questions about the job patiently. Meanwhile, the price is also good. I have had quite a few of my company and personal vehicles worked on by Ted and James, and I will continue to do so. They are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever met. Their goal is customer service, not profits. I have seen them bend over backwards giving other customers really good deals and donating their personal time to help people in need as a habit. If you want mechanics that stand behind their work and will give you an upfront honest diagnosis and repair of your vehicle, these are the guys. What other mechanics can you say that about? If you re looking for a trustworthy, affordable, quick service you found it- I called around to different shops all in the area quoting me at ridiculous prices and I would ve been out of a vehicle for days during the repair.. I FOUND A&L automotive and was hesitant due to the number of reviews.. I m glad I gave them a chance because other than taking it to the actual dealer I will not being calling anyone else to get my car back running. Ted THANKS A MILLION!! You have a customer who will never forget you and will never stop referring you! Thank you for getting my Alternator replaced and serpentine belt installed in hours at a fraction of the cost. He was so friendly too. It s so hard finding a good mechanic but I know I ve found one I won t ever regret going to. Thanks A&L automotive, I ll see you around!

Ted s a trust worthy individual. He repaired my fianc� s VW Jetta. He walked us through what he did, why he did it, and future maintenance to help mitigate the problem. This shop is the kind of place you could send someone with limited automotive knowledge and know they want come out of there feeling like they just got swindled. Best Automotive Help this state has. Not scammers very straightforward and helpful on top of that. James get down to business! But both Ted and James go out of their way to make you feel and experience amazing results. Quick and fast too. Ill go to them so long as im in this State.

Ted is fantastic!!! It took way too long (7 weeks) through no fault of the shop. Warranty company constraints and part supply issues made for a ridiculous repair time but being from out of town knowing no reputable show finishing T&J was epic. You need a faur, honest and phenomenal repair shop For see Ted he's the man!!

Got us in as soon as possible, main issues I needed fixed are now fixed! Also managed to stay well under budget. All around good and may have them finish up the small things.
