Love tractor supply. Their store is really clean and I could find everything really well. The staff are super nice and helpful. And I'd love to adopt a baby chick but not right now.

This store needs to figure out it's situation when it comes to their product outside. Multiple customers think it's okay to completely block the roadway/STOP SIGN so that traffic cannot get through because they are too lazy to pick up their product and bring it around the corner to their car. This is an extreme hazard and not to mention illegal. An employee was watching the entire situation and told me to obstruct traffic by veering into the other lane to accommodate for this man breaking traffic laws. As I had a child in the car this is extremely unsafe and not the first time we have had issues trying to pull into this complex because of Tractor Supply. Move your product out of the road!

I bought a 10' dog chain tie out and after 6 days of having it, it snapped.I have photos of it and my purchase from doordash, how can I go about getting a replacement or a refund?

Don t work at this place if you want low pay and no hours. They protect the established clique from within and if you re not apart of it you re treated different. They have people periodically with some overtime hours and another person will have five hours scheduled for a whole week and management lies about business sales not making profit while the whole schedule is unbalanced and setup for those preferred. They ll sabotage your hours if they don t like you and get you to quit intentionally with a two week notice. Unequal work place. Store manager Jeff should be terminated for retaliation against me involving a prior hr investigation that he didn t let go and made comments to me about it.

Love this store. They have more than farm supplies and some of there stuff is a lot cheaper than the bigger box stores. Spotted these little pop up food spots today outside the store need to check them out.

I ordered a dog kennel through these morons and they cancelled it because I didn't pick it up in time. I'll just stick with Rural King from now on.

Great place, they held the gun safe I needed and helped me load it into my SUV. Nice people and good stock on hand. Had to go to the Laporte location for this, but it was worth the drive.

I called and spoke to a gentleman named Ryan about buying a baby chicken for my girlfriend. I asked him a few questions and he knew the answer right away. Very helpful very respectful young man. I appreciate his customer service. He needs a raise

this place is great if you're looking for a part for a tractor or if you're wanting to buy some special candy you haven't been able to find somewhere else that amazed me when I saw the kinds of candy that they had. it's like the candies from your childhood hard candies and it just all kinds of candies and cookies. Then they also have candies and cookies for all your pets and pet food and Pet blankets and pet beds and pet everything. also they're very nice to speak with on the phone if you want to call and ask if they have something that you'd like to have you should call them...maybe maybe just to save yourself a trip but whether you're on the phone or in the store at South there's always someone to help you find what you need and explain to you how to use it if you need that explanation I give him a very high rating! Also very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful all the time.

I ordered this chicken coop thinking it was going to be something substantial and for $700 I definitely did not get my money's worth not to mention whoever was running the forklift did some significant damage to it that we had piece back together and fix will never buy another Coop or anything else there again that requires assembly or delivery

Good quality made in America items. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced and great sale prices. They hardly ever run out of stocked items & by chance they do they will call you when it comes back in stock (if you ask and leave your #).

My husband and I went into the tractor supply store on pine lake ave. In Laporte, In. today at about 3pm.We were looking for a new rope pull assembly for our push mower. After going from aisle to aisle looking for what we needed as not one associate approached us or offered any assistance. We eventually made our way to the customer service stand near the back of the store where a young man and a young lady were engrossed in conversation with one another. When my husband asked where we could find what we were looking for, the young man pointed toward the front of the store and said," it's up front by the mower blades"...again we got no assistance so we left and won't be going back. I'm disappointed that every store has a manager and yet where was he or she to correct them and assist a paying customer?

I would give them 0 stars if at all possible. My credit is fine and have not missed a payment and because of Covidthey lowered my account assuming that I would not pay. NO! You gave us the card, you do not assume anything. I will no longer ahop here so they have lost tons of our business.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Recently bought chickens from them. All passed away with in 3 days. I ve been raising chickens for 10 years and have never had a problem with chickens from big r or rural king. But as soon as I buy from here they start dropping like flies..Yes I have the proper container. Heat lamp. Food and water supplements. No the container is not outside. It is right in our house in the warmth. The container they are in is at a 98. Which is the temp needed for chickens as small as they are.

Drew Becker a manager of this store gave us superior help and customer support. I would drive the extra miles to go to this particular TSC just because of this man's knowledge and expertise!!! I would give 6 stars if I could!!

I enjoy shopping here, but I bought just 3 or 4 small items & the cashier neglected to remove the anti-theft device from the stocking cap!!! This is a real inconvenience for customers, & it happens WAY TOO OFTEN!!! Not just this store, but many others also, & very annoying & frustrating!

The shelves are a mess. The store layout makes absolutely no sense. The blonde girl by the chicks spent more time on her phone than actually helping customers. My friend and I were stared at the entire time. He is black, and I'm guessing this is the reason why.

They have a DIY dogwash!!! Complete with ramp to gently force my 124 lb dog into the stainless steel tub!!!! Dryers, grooming tools all for $10!!!! Can't wait to get him up there.

The tractor supply in Laporte Indiana goes above and beyond for their customers! They have always gone out of their way to help me find what I m looking for and they help me out with large orders of feed or heavy items. They are very professional and very helpful! This is my favorite tractor supply store!

I would like very much for you to know I did not appreciate being fleeced by your company I bought two tractor tires that I could have gotten at Big R had they had them in stock two tires for the price of one at your store I would appreciate very much in the future that you let people know that you're in this for the money not for the community support. Love this place. Reasonably priced animal food and after a couple visits it feels like home. So much help from the employees and they have a great shot program for the dogs.

I bought the cub cadet zt1 Ultima it's a fantastic mower. But I really didn't want the headlights would have preferred speakers dont see me cutting in the dark. I also got the mulch kit I think the cover plate could be more durable. The deck is steel so why not use steel for the mulch plate. Other than that I'm happy I got it

I like getting my water softener salt at tractor supply. They carry diamond brand, and you can pull right up to the pallet to load it up. I get the rust remover salt, and as of jan. Of 2020 it avg. About $6.50 a bag. The lines are usually pretty short to check out as well.

Very reasonably priced and friendly professional staff. Huge inventory (not just farming equipment, like many think,) everything a person needs to maintain their yard and landscape supplies I never knew existed.

This tractor supply store has welding gas which is quit beneficial when you have a 9 to 5 job and all of the other welding supply outfits are not open on the weekend. I also like getting batteries from here and yes, they carry 8 volt car batteries here too for starting you old oliver 6 volt tractors that don't like 6 volts. I've purchased a small welding/cutting torch and shielding gas for my MIG welder. The cashiers are also always friendly.
