We had a tire blow out on our RV while hauling it home. I called Schaffner to see if they had the tires we needed, luckily they did. I was fortunate to get a ride to the shop with the bad tire and they put a new one on the rim within minutes. They were so busy but they fit me in without hesitation. I asked them if we could bring our RV right over after we put the new tire on, so we could replace the other three. Once again they did not hesitate to help. We were able to get it right in for service. I understand why they were so busy. They have great customer service and do their best to help in a pinch. I found my new tire place!

Always end up at this shop due to misfortune but the staff here make sure everything will be ok! The service from the desk to the back room are wonderful. Spent the last 2 days here with some tires issues and they helped take care of it all as efficiently and cost effective as possible. I m certain my kids one day will use their services as I will for years to come. Thank you everyone for all that you do!

Was in town from SC with a bent up rim. Called Shaffner to get an idea of what pricing i d be looking at to get home safely at the end of my work week. They had me bring the wheel in to identify it and found they could just straighten it and send me on my way. Every person i spoke to was polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Shaffner to anyone with tire work to be done.

I was surprised that they let me drive the car around to the bay. Once I was in the bay got our of the car and the guys were busy getting stuff done I like to see that. And my wait was about 35 minutes. The price was about average with other's. But I was in and out in Decent time. Great job guys

Went in for a tire what had a leak had 2 kids with me and they took care of us quick and I was able to watch the whole process. They even checked my other tires psi before they finished up. Best experience i ve ever had with a tire shop!! 10 stars

Best place in LaPorte to go for tires. Great selection, knowledgeable people working there, highly qualified technicians and reasonably priced. Great work done for a good price!

I called today to set an appointment for new tires and was told they could do it today! Not usual because so many people depend on Shaffner Tire. As always, great service, dependable pricing and attention to detail. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a bulge in one of my tires and they got me right in. He didn't try to sell me expensive tires even though that's what I had on already. Great tire shop.

We were on a cross country road trip home when our tire blew on the highway. I called around to mechanics in the area and was recommended to Schaffner s in La Porte - it was about 15 miles out of our way, but their service was definitely worth the time. After we arrived, our car was in the shop within 15 minutes. Their wonderful staff addressed not only the flat tire but our tire light that needed to be replaced. We were on our way home in no time! Good prices, good people, excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Small job and big job: both bad results. I've had nearly a whole front wheel assembly replaced they said was bad only to have the same problem days later. They tried to make it right but I wasn't interested. Fast forward a year, I bring in 1 small tire and wheel to mount (literal 2 minute job), wait 45 minutes, watch 3 separate people arrive after me serviced and sent on their way. Employees gather around the front desk and start to joke around so I ask how much longer I might be waiting and I get "We're getting it as fast as we can we're backed up." So I doubt I'll be returning.

Great people at Shaffner! Noticed a nail in my tire. I called, they got me in right away, and after inspection they told me it hadn't actually punctured the tire yet so they sent me on my way - no charge! Thanks guys!

They are always busy and always try to put their best foot forward towards earning the business they have built.I have only been won over buy casual instances of occasional service over the years but won t go anywhere else unless it s an emergency.Honest service and true value is hard to come by these days .

I took my car in to get all new tires. The next day I drove on the interstate and my steering wheel starting shaking back and forth. I could feel vibration in the pedals and in the seat. It's pretty scary when your car is shaking while you're going 70+ down the highway. The next morning, I dropped my car back off at Shaffner and explained to them what happened. They claimed they test drove it and it was an electrical issue and that the tires were all fine and balanced. I took it to La Porte Chrysler and they fix the issue in a matter of 45 mins. Not only were my tires unbalanced, Shaffner used the wrong wheel weights for my car. I contacted Shaffner letting them know that I had to pay $125 at Chrysler for something that should've been done when I paid for the new tires to be installed! They refuse to pay the Chrysler bill and make things right. I highly don't recommend Shaffner tire!

Friendly staff and excellent customer service willing to help you get your vehicle back on the road. Even with service hours ending and explaining I'd be later than closing time before I could make to them, their team waited and happily helped me with my putting my tires on rims for a decent price. Highly recommend

Had a flat on my backhoe tire, the big tire. They fixed it fast and loaded carefully into the back of my truck. I trust this place and the price is right.

Halfway to our destination we discovered a screw in the rear tire. These guys got us in immediately, repaired the tire, and had us back on the road incredibly fast. Didn't charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?? Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional and we are so grateful to you all. You guys are awesome

I had a blow out. No spare. Travis got everything lined up, even dealing with a shook up old lady. Ace towing did an amazing recovery. You guys work great as a team. Thank you for taking care of me!

I already left a 5 star review with no details, initially, but wanted to edit and add. I got a tire fixed 2 days ago and was extremely happy with the whole interaction. The gentleman we spoke with and that helped was great! Got it home and back on the vehicle, 2 hours later it was flat again. It was evening, shop was closed, had to borrow a vehicle for work the next day.Next day I went back. I was telling the guy behind the counter that I was there the day before when the initial guy from the shop came in, heard me and said lets get it and out we walked. Long story short, he did all he could and went above and beyond to find a fix since he knew trying to repair it again wasn't going to work and he had sent me out the day before with what ended up being a dud! Wish I knew his name because he deserves extra recognition for being the kind of employee that will bring a customer back! The place was full of customers and he still went way beyond to make sure I was taken care of when I left! I made it to work today in my own vehicle.Being new to the area and a repeat type customer when I find a place I like, I will definitely be back for my new tires soon!

I was there yesterday had all Six Tires replaced on my dump truck had a slight problem on the way home I called there no questions asked they came to me immediately and made sure I was taken care of excellent service
