Manger was rude and disrespectful I deal with customers on a daily basis and even if I m having a bad day I don t let that get to my emotions Amanda also ignored me and stood at the counter and didn t even ask me to wait that she needed a call she just took it and didn t acknowledge me and the manger just stood there doing nothing I asked for a certain tool they said they didn t have but conveniently another store told me they had it and called the store to find it and that s when the manger lashed out on me being rude. I do not recommend going to this store if one of these 2 are working they could have went about having a concert with me a whole different way

The place was just about to close and the guy stayed open to come outside to scan our truck to see what was causing the engine light to come on. Then he told us what we needed to fix it. He was a big help and didn t seem bothered by staying late to help us!

Extremely helpful staff. Dave and Dylan are great. Staff will even go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy and helped. Very knowledgeable crew. Always direct people their way first.

Asst manager, Danny, was awesome. I will bring all my biz to Riley's. Other employee, was great, as well. I just don't know his name. Definitely recommend! Very nice and helpful.Side note: Riley's was only auto parts store that had the parts, that I needed.

In and out with everything I needed. Great smiles from the associates especially Justice Poole. She took care of all my needs quickly and accurately. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Love me my O'Reilly store, I'll pay a little more to get a quality product rather then get something from other places that won't last as long. Only down side is they don't have an app for customers to do quick searches and buy online, you have to use the website which isn't a huge deal just kinda a pain on a phone.

Catherine at the La Porte, Indiana store was spectacular!!! She went far beyond her job to help me. She is the reason I will be buying all my car parts and Accessories from this store from now on. SHE ABSOLUTELY MADE MY DAY!!!

They stayed over about 10 minutes to put a battery in our truck when Auto Zone refused to due to the late time just before closing. Great customer service O'Reilly!

Pretty decent competition for other parts stores in town, especially the one right across the parking lot. I don't see it as being busy anytime I'm there or go by. Not as many brands to choose from as other stores, but the staff is knowledgeable and friendly enough.

Great service, decent prices if you need auto parts and can't get them online. I like the store, it is always kept clean and well organised. I prefer O'Reilly's over their competitors.

Manager completely ignored me while I stood at counter waiting to check out.He was on phone the whole time and never said a word to me, just ignored I was even there. Never going back...would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered a ignition lock cylinder for a older car I have. Didn't have in stock,but ordered me a GM original. Came in overnight. Thanks.

There s a guy who works there I believe his name is dan? But anyway realy kind laid back guy. Very helpful in helping me in a stressful time when I needed a part fast they had had it in stock when no outher stores did. Will for sure make this my number one part store!! Keep it up

Always have been an AutoZone customer. They failed me the other day and I walked across street to O'reillys. Was blown away by the professionalism by the staff. Highly recommend.

Went today because I went to auto zone no one helped me and I'm pregnant so I can't really carry anything heavy. So I went to O'Reilly's the gentleman that checked me out helped with the oil and filter! And even carried it out to my car for me! Will be a continued customer now! Thank you!

Stopped in to get oil change things. The gal at the counter was very helpful and made sure I got the right stuff..
