The salesman Jeff is a very nice guy, but once you buy a boat there the rest of the staff have apparently more important things to do with their time. When we bought our boat it had a broken clip on the top no big deal we were told it would be replaced three times and it never was. We bought a trailer, not from them because of a substantial price difference while our boat was in storage, when we needed it put on the trailer we got an attitude from an older man in the service department and was told it would cost $200 just to have the boat put on the trailer.when I told the manager of the store of the attitude I got from the older service gentleman he laughed it off and knocked the price down to $100 they are very unprofessional an we will not be buying anything from them again.

We launched our boat at Hubers Marina South location on Waverly. After launching the boat our trailer wheel broke off. We were 50 miles from home. They were so helpful to us. The ladies that worked there got us some help in turn they got us help. It was an all day ordeal.We finally got on the road and home safely. Thank you so much for all of your help

Well I bought two sections of 3 x 10 holiday docking with Stringer brackets from huber s before the summer for my new boat slip. I asked multiple times about the stringer brackets being included. One was in stock the other was not. The wait was longer than anticipated for the second dock (which was not their fault) but they said that they had a used one left over for half the price, I happily took the deal. When the docks were put in I found out that I had to pay for four stringer brackets ($72) even though I was told they were included with my docks. I understand mistakes are made but my question is why are they not rectified?

In the market to buy a pontoon. Wife said we should rent first. MISTAKE! ...The marina might be nice but the rental place is HORRIBLE, the worst customer interaction I have ever had. From the time she told my wife where to park to every time we came to the dock. Some body must be constipated to be so rude EVERYTIME!! storm rolled in. She called twice in 6 minutes. And when I thanked her for the heads up, she then yelled at us in front of my Grandchildren when I said we came as soon as you called. She mentioned that she documented she called twice. (IN 6 MINUTES SERIOUSLY IT TAKES 15 MINUTES TO GET BACK TO THE DOCK) Anyway I hope the owner reads this. Because I am definitely calling the marina tomorrow.DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE THEY DON'T APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.

The lady is rude they cut our trip short because of a so called rain out and it never rained a drop . were told if we get rained out we will be refunded for the trip and would not be charged a cancellation fee. But instead we we're out one hour and we're called to come back in for the day she's closing up for the day do to rain. Never got wet!!! And only refunded half the money .but we we're supposed to get consolation free refund. BS

We can't say enough about this family business!! Huber's has the most pleasurable and courteous service whether you are purchasing a boat or 3 feet of rope. Very knowledgeable staff will help with all your boating needs. With full service, shop, docks, and showroom, Huber's Marine is THE place to go!!

We have been docking our boat here for years on the west side of the lake and the service is great but when i went to renew our dock space for this yr... the price shocked me and when i brought it to their attention i could go Tonys at pine lake marina for a $175 less he said that he didn't have spaces and that wasn't their price...very rude and arrogant towards meim sad that the bigger they have become the more they feel they need to chargeevery yr for the last 3 yrs it seems to get higher... they do however offer u a deal if you store it not much of one though and it still doesn't compare to the money i save elsewhere... very sad im leaving and they didn't feel the need to try n make a long time customer happy and i know im not the only one who's not renewing but im excited about saving money

The boat launch is great but the women that collects the money for the use of the launch is a rude and unpleasant person.she is the first person you deal with when you get there.she is bossy and yells at you.she kinda killed all the excitement that we had .I'm not a twelve your old and will not allow her to treat me or my family like that ever again.there is no reason to treat people like that.
