I had taken our Yukon to another place. Spent over 800$ for them to tell me it may not fix the problem. Guess what? It didn t. We took it back to them and was quoted over 4000$ to fix the problem, but they still weren t sure that s what was wrong.So my wife took it to Harmons and they fixed it- for MUCH less- worked with the warranty company and got it covered for us too! And it s been a few weeks and no check engine light has came back on. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicated with us daily about the progress, took their time to really find the issue, and super friendly. I will never go anywhere else. My serpentine belt broke on my old Chevy truck. They were booked out for a week with appointments, but worked me in and finished the repair in a couple of days. Price was reasonable, trucks was fixed properly, and the customer service and communication was great!

The best auto repair shop around! The staff is always super friendly and so knowledgeable. We have been customers for about 10 years and will be for life. Great service with reasonable prices. Thanks for all you do to keep our vehicles in tip top shape!!!

I called them and got a quote for $300 to have a part installed then the next day had my wife call to set up the appointment and then said it would be over $700 plus a diagnostic fee which is totally unnecessary, i will never return

I've been taking vehicles to Harmon for around 10 years and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. They fix only what you tell them to and if they see something else, they will discuss it with you before doing anything and have never pressured me to have any additional work done. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! I was nervous to take my car here as I heard mixed reviews. The man at the desk was very professional. I told him my warranty was being used and they were where was told to go. He got all of the information they needed and was upfront when he told me they may not get my vehicle fixed that day, it depended on what the issue was. They called me and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They let me know what I would have to pay for my deductible ( I knew this before even dropping it off) and that the rest would be billed to who my warranty is through. They were able to get it done first thing the next morning and had it ready for me when i got there. I will be using them for future service on any vehicle. Thank you Harmon's!

Beware!!!!! They put an incorrect aftermarket alternator and battery in my vehicle which in turn shorted out the main module. They had the vehicle for in total almost 9 months (yes that is correct!!) and could not figure out why it would be dead after sitting longer than 10-12 hrs and had to be jumped. Eventually, they returned the vehicle unfixed and I had to take it to the dealership which cost me $4000 to fix (replace alternator/battery with proper ones) and replace the main module. It runs great now.They would then not accept any responsibility for their wrongdoings and ultimately we ended up in small claims court and I lost on a technicality. The owner bragged in an email about how many times he has been to court and won which to me says that there are many others like me where they have done very poor work and not owned up to it.I would definitely go someplace else unless you want to end up like me - out a lot of money and without a vehicle for a very long time.Services: Electrical, Battery

We have used Harmon's for all our auto mechanical needs from preventative maintenance to repairs for several years. Whenever any of our vehicles are in the shop, the vehicle is inspected and we are informed of any issues that are found. Never any pressure put on us for repairs. Repairs are done in a timely fashion at a competitive price. We would not trust our vehicles to any other shop. Highly recommend this shop.

The staff is polite and great!!! They did a great job on replacing the transmission in my car which I was upset over as only have 38K miles. The always kept me updated on their progress. Highly recommend them.

Employees are nice and seem to really care. Busy schedule but expected. Prices seem better than others. Didn't over exaggerate with problems due to me being a woman. The focused on what was really wrong.

The crew in here are very friendly and helpful. Most places you take your vehicle to are not as friendly as these gentlemen are. The Harmon family ought to be very proud of their crew.

Great prices and a great staff inside. Dependable and they get your stuff done. Always asking first before doing the work. They will call and ask to make sure you want it done. And its done right. Great experience with this crew.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Made an appointment for 8 a.m. for an alignment and tires mounted and balanced. I returned at 3 PM to see my truck still on the lift with no tires on it.They stated my tires would be another 45 minutes before they were done and that the alignment had not been touched. How does it take over 7 hours to change 6 tires!!!!!!! Never again will I return. Bad business

Got misquoted dragged out for 2 months first thing I ask is if the engine was bad they said it wasn't it was a computer told him go ahead fix it for 1700's what they quoted me only for them to drag me on for 2 months and then tell me in fact the engine is bad and I need to replace the I'm done and I've had lots of work done by then this is insane

Too bad no stars isn't an option. This place is a joke. Thankfully I have been smart enough not to get any repairs done here. But I know plenty of poor souls that they have suckered. "Expert" auto service? Sure, if you call learning the mechanics of a car through cereal box instructions "expert". They tell you that A, B, and C is wrong with your car even though it is maybe D, E, and F. They supposedly "fix" the problem, but in reality, they do a quick fix job so it APPEARS to be fixed and literally. LITERALLY within a week (actually six days almost down to the minute) it is doing the same thing it was. But they still take your money. And unlike most mechanics who, if they fix something and you pay, but the problem isn't fixed, they'll fix it correctly without charging, Harmons charges you all over again (to not actually fix it). Honestly, willing to bet they tinker with your car so you have to go back in, so they can take more money! Their service is "fast" because they don't actually service you.Good place to go if you want your vehicle to turn into a money pit and the headache to go along with it. If you would like to avoid that, probably should avoid this place then.

Very honest shop. Rick is always helpful and descriptive. The other harmons is great too. Brian is amazing to work with although for some reason their shop charges are more but still great

Honest, good repair work. They won't fix anything that ain't broke, reasonably priced. Overall happy with this business, have returned several times. Friendly staff.
