Scan tool fee was $224. Part I needed at Napa was 146. They charged me $324.06 for this partAlso needed front brakes on a Mazda 3 and the bill was $800 and something 1 caliper 2 rotor and pads $456 labor. Breke inspection was $91.64.

I see some negative reviews on here. Mainly about money. I don't see any reviews saying anything about how the cars didn't get repaired correctly. The Cannons have been repairing cars in this town for over fifty years. If they were bad mechanics they wouldn't have lasted so long.

I had gone to Condon and Christ for years and very pleased with the service and quality of work performed. Since the new ownership took over (Canon's), I am very dissatisfied with service. Upon picking up my vehicle the car smelled of cigarette smoke. As well, I felt the cost of the parts used was excessive. They shared the part numbers with me and where they got the parts. When I researched, I found that I could have gotten the parts for about $48 at the same place they purchased them. They charged me $126. About a 160% mark-up on price. They also told me my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced ASAP as it was nearly metal on metal. I changed the brakes and rotors less than 6 months ago and upon checking them myself, I discovered there is no problem at all with them. They charged me nearly $400 for this recent car repair. I called another repair shop after the fact. They quoted me a price of $150 for the same job. I strongly recommend you find another option for your car repair needs.

I have had work performed at many automotive shops. Condon and Christ is the most attentive, professional, and outgoing staff I've experienced anywhere! The experience was more than satisfying each and every time. Chariti the service manager was very polite and professional and more than willing to work around my schedule for my automotive repairs. Don't have to worry about mechanical issues anymore, they're just a phone call away

Decided to try Condon & Christ due to they were closer to my house. My experience with the first phone call to make the appointment was excellent! The female who I was speaking to was very nice! Customer service is a big thing for me and they over exceeded my expectations. The service part was very informative and they always let me know what the problem was and what they did to fix and how much it would cost before work was ever completed..Very pleased with everything and everyone.Thank you!

Had steering wheel vibration on a rented RV. It got so severe that I decided to pull over and call someone in the area to take a look at it. Dylan and Victor were able to look at it right away and diagnose the problem. The right front tire was beginning to fail. Two days earlier one of the rear tires blew out, so this was no surprise. I can't thank them enough. We have had more problems with this rented RV than I could count. After new front tires we could ride back home in confidence that our lives weren't at risk. My experience with Condon and Christ was absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough for helping me as much as they did. I actually live out of town and was only driving through when my car broke down. With no place to stay or go and my roadside assistance not being able to make it to me for 5 hours because of the blizzard, I was in a terrible predicament. It was late in the day and most shops were closing but after calling around, Victor at Condon and Christ said he would help me and stay after close to try to fix my car. He found someone to tow me over, and upon arrival Victor found the problem almost immediately. He stayed four hours after closing time to help get me back on the road. Before sending me on my way he wanted to have a technician double check everything in the morning. I ended up staying at a nearby hotel, which he was nice enough to give me a ride to, and in the morning the owners picked me up to take me back to my car! Just the nicest people to deal with and you could tell that they actually care. Victor was my angel that night, and he went above and beyond to give me the assistance that I needed. With being in an area I wasn't familiar with and also being alone, it was a comfort to have such a kind soul go out of his way. Victor turned what could have been an awful situation for me, into one that ran smoothly and gave me peace of mind. I can't explain how greatly appreciated all of their help and kindness was. I ended up making it home safe and much earlier then I would have if I would have been stranded overnight. Thank you Condon and Christ!!

This place wanted to charge $976.00 to get brake pads and rotors replaced on a 1 year old car. I laughed at the guy who told me this. Sorry, but this is completely unjustifiable. Ordered parts myself for $100 and will let another mechanic fix it. Will never, ever return here. Do not go here unless you enjoy being ripped off!!

They are friendly and do good work that was requested and wanted to do more work .1st quote for that additional work was almost $200 more than a automobile dealership .2nd quote was $50 more than the dealer.I called a South Bend area automobile dealership as I wanted to be fair on my analysis.Took back home to the Chicago Suburbs and it cost me 45% of the 2nd quote.If you want apparently good work, go there,but it will COST you.

Wish there was a negative stars they would get five! I was quoted a price in writing and after the service was done they wanted to charge me more. Office receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the owner came in and was worse he even told me I wouldn t get my car back if I didn t pay what he wanted. Do not use this repair shop unless ready to be over charged!!

Very nice place to go for all your automotive needs. There service manager is very helpful and knowledgeable . there mechanics do a very thorough job inspecting your car .will for sure be back if i ever need anything again. thank you for all you done

Got my car worked on there, they did a great job still no issues with my coolant leak. When they were finished they even vacuumed out my car, hand washed it, and came and picked me up!!!!

Condon & Christ Auto is the "go to" for vehicle services. The services that they offer are like none I've been offered from previous repair places. You gotta try them you won't be disappointed.

Lost brakes on interstate 80 on a cross country trip. Parked in their lot overnight. My car was pulled in immediately when they opened, they fixed a botched brake job done by a different garage, and had me back on the road within an hour
