Stopped in for a headlight bulb, really appreciate the service I received from Adrian and another employee whose name I did not catch. I appreciate them taking the time to help me get the part I needed and help me with replacement. Their expertise probably saved me an hour or two if I had taken on the replacement without their input.

Worse service ever! This guy has an attitude and shouldn't be working behind a counter. The incompetant employee stated he couldn't return the seal due to it being installed... seal was NEVER installed....anyone with any type of automobile knowledge would know the seal would be destroyed during removal. If they gave me the right part it would have fit and I wouldn't be returning it!! Keep your $10 seal and I will go get it from O'Reilly.

I just spent 10 minutes waiting to checkout and 4 of the "guys" working would not wait on me. The 2 other MALE CUSTOMERS were waited on though.

I realized today why we go to O'reilly. Called yesterday to order a part and they could get it faster than the competitor, and the counter guy said, " O will definately be in by noon. Well, here it is 5 hours later and still no part. I called once, a lady answered the phone said she would call me back once she tracked it. 3 hrs later no call, I had to call again. I called yet AGAIN, and still no part, and no explanation as to why or where my part may be or when I may get it. NEVER AGAIN

Alec is phenomenal, we had a problem with a jet ski and he figured it out changing the battery and spark plugs and ran like it s brand new. He needs a raise ASAP. One of the most helpful employees that I ve ever encountered with.

Went in the have my starter checked. The younger man associate said starter was fine but alternator was going out. Went to my mechanic to ask how much alternator replacement was. There was Nothing wrong with alternator/starter or battery. UGH !Sounds like they re trying to take advantage of people they think know nothing about auto repair. Apparently; the diagnostic they use can t specifically tell if the alternator is going out. But, of course, they didn t mention that.

I went there a couple of weeks ago when my car started acting up. They ran a diagnostic and checked my battery and then installed the new battery for me. It was cold and rainy and my old battery was hard to get out but they never complained. They were kid, courteous and knowledgeable.

I'm a stranger coming in town and I needed some help with my car... When I walked to the store I was immediately greeted and asked that I need assistance. I explained what I needed and they quickly got it for me. I then purchased some other items that I've been meaning to get and was about to leave when they said no wait we have a guy that can help you. He came out to my car and worked on my audio problem instructed me and was really kind and courteous. This is an A1 store. They will take care of you. They go above and beyond to get the job done this is the place you want to go because they are an AutoZone family!!!!

Typical auto parts store. Less than Expierenced or knowledgeable people that work there. Products missing from the shelves...Not a fan. Check out Hoffman brothers. Or Napa. Nicer, more educated people and better prices.

The two new employees (young men) couldn't really find the oil filter removal tool that I needed , BUT, when the manager that was on duty was made aware of this issue, he solved the problem very quickly with a big smile and a handshake. I don't remember his name, but, THANK YOU !

I had 2 bad batteries from my local store. One lasted a week, the other lasted 3 months. The manager was very cordial and refunded my money back without any hassle. The quality of their products leaves alot to be desired. I highly doubt that I will return there for any parts.

I went in need a new hose for my window washer fluid and brought the old hose with me and when I asked for a new the same diameter I was told they didn't have any that size. That was fine but it was the way it was said . He was rude and it come off like he was impatient and like I was suppose to know that .

The cashiers are somewhat helpful. They are a bit pricey, though. I purchased an oil filter and a jug of motor oil there. It honestly would've just been cheaper to pay to get my oil changed in a shop.

Sends wrong parts to me all the time very hard to deal with at times the auto shop I work at stopped usuing them and started using advanced or o Riley s. They ve stopped a lot of plans from happening and cause more of a headache than help just ordered a radiator today and again it came in and it s wrong

Had to stop by on Christmas Eve as my headlight went out. Gentleman there was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to me and another customer present. Saved me money and time. Store and parking lot were both very clean.
