I think the biggest take-away is that people will have something to say always. Bottom line is the services rendered by Moser is not only don t right the first time but they are reasonable, extremely reasonable. I can t say how pleased I have been with the work on my vehicles that s been completed. Honest work done fast and at a fair price, I can t say I have encountered many small automotive outfits that can be within these lines. I would send a single mother or teenage daughter here and not think twice about it because I know they will be treated right and not taken advantage of which is nearly unheard of. I m proud of this establishment being in my hometown as they are a true representation of what integrity is and looks like. Thanks for making this town a little more wholesome and honest with your services! We hope your business is around for years to come and hopefully generations!

My experience at Moser was nothing less then phenomenal. They called me daily with updates, returned an alternator they ordered I didn t end up needing, were very polite and did great work for an even better price. They have a client for lifeThanks,Phil

We were traveling thru the area and had the unfortunate situation of getting a flat tire. We stopped in and Moser Tire was able to get us fixed, with a new tire and back on the road in under 20 minutes. Great guys and really appreciate them getting us taken care of quickly! Would highly recommend this store not only for tires, but all your auto needs.

Awesome experience. I did something I always preach against and came to them with an issue just before closing time. A odd sized tire needed to be replaced so I get could get home 80 miles away. Not only did they have this tire in stock, but they fixed me up with a smile. I'd recommend this store wholeheartedly to anyone in need. Great people and great service!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I had a great experience here! All the employees I encountered were amazing and honest. Vechile problems are always stressful and Moser will take good care of you and your vechile. Recommending these guys like crazy!!!

I dropped my wife s car to Moser s because the car was making a popping noise in the passenger-Front side, the check engine light came on, and a oil change. I picked the car up today and I was told they changed my rear passenger side brakes (only one side) because it was metal on metal . They also proclaimed they check engine light was turned off. I paid $600 for the work (the most important issue wasn t even addressed). I asked about the popping noise three times and finally I was told that one of my mechanics said something about it and if it continues, bring it back . So, what I gathered out of this situation was the main issue is to much work right now so, we found something easy to fix so, we can still charge you $600 . Ultimately, I paid $600 for work I didn t want done, an oil change and for one of their mechanics to play dr. Seuss with my actuator. I have a long history with moser tire and the past four experiences have been negative. I was reluctant to blast moser tire on Google but, I just WASTED $600 and after asking about the main issue (popping noise which probably is it bushing or tie-rod end , I wanted how many people moser tire does this too per today?

The 1985 cougar is still a perfect daily driver thanks to these guys. Never dissappointed and almost always has the part i need in stock and if they dont its there next day

Husband took our truck there. They did an alignment even through the pitman arm was worn. Had to take it to another shop to have it fixed right. They refuse to give our money back. Poor service. Even worse customer service.

Ordered a part from carquest they said it was in Michigan City drove all the way from Valparaiso to Michigan City and they didn't have the part they should have checked and called before I drove all the way out there no compensation at all waste of an hour and a half which is money time is money
