They get one star for actually completing the job they were hired to do. Rhino lining & undercoating/rustproofingRhino lining looks nice but these people are sloppy and could care less about your vehicle. Scratched my tailgate and marked up the right front fender on my brand new Jeep. Overspray all over it. It was really heavy on the left rear fender. Looked like they sprayed it outside in the wind. White oozing out of the bottom of the doors onto the door sills. Sticky mess.Then throw in that they parked it out by the construction on the road AND mowed around it. Truck was covered in dust and grass. Someone needs to teach their employees the proper way to deliver a customers vehicle. What a disappointing experience.

Dave (the manager I believe) Jake and the tech who sprayed my truck were more than polite, eager to help and went the extra mile for me. The service as far as I'm concerned was second to none. They did an incredible job on my truck. I got the complete rust proofing package. I waited until I could crawl under my truck to examine their work before writing this review. The job they did was more than they promised. When they said "everything that doesn't move or gets hot gets sprayed" they wern't kidding. As hard as I looked I was unable to find a spot that wasn't sprayed. Every nook and cranny, every bolt and line. No dried drips. Just a super thick, even black coat. They even pressure washed my truck after the work was done. Zero overspray anywhere on my truck. From this point on they get all my work. Next they're doing the bedliner and remote start on my truck and a sound system on my wife's car.

Disappointed. If you are a car guy, these are not your guys. Friendly enough, but lacked communication. They don t love your car like you do. Good price, but hard on your exterior.

Great friendly smart staff. Very professional, and also very expensive. We stayed inside the building and sat in the few chairs they had until our ride was ready. They fixed my aunts fob and gave her two really good fobs, but so expensive. You got to pay the price to have things done right though!! They should have more places for people to sit and wait though.

if -5 was possible I'd rate them -5 had 3 appointments before the time to install and hundreds of dollars in parts orders getting the time organized with family to get the vehicle in was organized i also drive one hour and then get their at 8:50am for a 9am appointment an drop the car off three hours later I drive by in my car to check on my daughters car and it's still sitting out in the lot I go into check and they say we are not interested in doing the work we thought you were installing different items and never called me i was just waiting around town since i lived so far away really after a month on the phone setting up appointments with my money and time and now my daughters disappointment after long waiting and now the works not getting done they have the gull to speak to me like this "we're not interested in doing the work sorry sorry I just spent hundreds of dollars and time to drive here plus the attitude of the owner I heard him after walking away saying I got more important things to worry about than this !! negative five if possible avoid if at all possible herd other people who waited a long time after having appointments and others with their vehicles scratched those were concerns going again avoid them if at all possible is my recommendation -5 stars

Great Service, Super knowlegable, and friendly staff. I spent a lot of money here, and don't regret it one bit. They tinted my windows, replaced my factory radio, put in a new sub, and replaced my factory speakers. All great quality work! 10/10 recommend

ONCE again we're having a problem with the remote starter I bought May 20, 2021. Stopped working 3 or 4 times for various reasons. Upon every return, they manage to fix it, but it will stop working after a few weeks or months...My last visit, May of 2022, when I went back in, I explained the situation again, and I also said I was tired of going back after spending over $400.00.The owner "flipped out" got very defensive, blamed me for a "dirty remote" said "I don't make them here" I responded "you sold it to me". He marched inside with the remote talking the whole time, smart remarks mostly. While fixing it he picked arguments with me like "where's the other remote". "I don't have". "you did have". "it's doesn't work" "Moral of the story is, the product is faulty. Neither him or his staff will suggest how to fix it or offer any solution whatsoever. The remote is not dirty.I won't go back in there, so I will research a solution myself

Took my truck in and asked to upgrade my sound system. Was quoted $330, so I had it done. Got my truck back and there was not a bit of difference in the sound. They basically swapped my factory speakers for the same speakers. When I told them about it I was told that in order to get better sound I would have to pay an additional $765 to get a new head unit. That's over $1000. If they would have told me that when I first brought my truck up, I obviously wouldn't have done it. But when I was told that I could upgrade my sound system for $330, that was do able. I didnt need my windows to rattle, just to upgrade the sound system a little. The sales men that originally quoted me the $330 and said that would upgrade my sound system obviously didn't know what he was doing. I thought I was taking my truck to professionals that would tell me what I needed, not just switch out brands of speakers that put off the same. Im the end I was told sorry the sales men told you that was all you needed and we took your $330. Very disappointed, will never go back, and would not recommend this place to no one.

I would never recommend anybody to go to this place. I went back in 2017 for my son to put new speakers and a stereo in was excellent took my other son in 2021 to get new stereo put in was absolutely terrible. Did not put stereo in right work for a week now it doesn't work if the wiring all screwed up forgot to give me my old stereo back they're away the remote to his new stereo and didn't give us the box with the instructions for his new stereo through it away and paid twice as much $250 to have a stereo put in and we already had the stereo and the wiring harness and it don't work wow nice place

Had an apt to tint my front windshield. Said my apt was at 10. About an hour and half later I still had gotten no call or text when I was told it was to take about an hour maybe a little longer. Anyways , go back to the place at 11:30 and my car still hadn t even been touched. Still sitting in the same exact place I dropped it off at. Long story short , my apt was at 10 and it didn t get done till 3:30 and they closed at 4 that day. Now I m no tint guy , but I know it doesn t take 5.5 hours to tint a freakin front windshield. I ve had previous vehicles completely tinted out in less time than that , and we are talking every window. Obviously need to re think how they set up apts and need to work on their lack of communicationBtw , all my windows , including my windshield have water spots. I had them put a 5% all around with a 35% on the entire front windshield a couple months ago and there are still small water spots throughout all the windows including the windshield. Definitely should of been dried by now , if that was the case. Paid over 300 dollars for sh!t work and sh!t customer service.

They always do a great job. I ve had several of my vehicles over the years worked on here and I m always pleased by their work and customer service. I now live an hour and a half away and still drive the distance because of how pleased i am with z tech in Kokomo!

They did a excellent job ! They put a new work topper on my truck , painted to match my truck , tinted my two front windows to match other's and also undercoat my truck ! Did it all in one day !!! Very happy with the work and customer service !! Highly recommended ! Thanks again for the great job !!

Great customer serive and they always make sure your taken care of on price. Highly recommended for all your car and truck needs. They have done everything form lights, window tint, bed liners, to truck bed covers for me. Always satisfied with them!

Have had tinting done to multiple cars and had remote start installed on one. Was told my tinting was guaranteed. Called to schedule a re-do and was told only within a year. Guy was very rude on the phone. Do not recommend.

Made multiple mistakes that caused problems in other parts of the vehicle that had to be serviced by the dealer to repair. I don t feel that they use quality equipment in their installations, and not very much attention to detail. Used off-brand DVD players. Have contacted multiple times to speak with management and have not received a call back. Have had to seek other remedy to recoup money lost. Don t recommend to anyone.

I made a wasted trip to Kokomo to get my windows tinted. They didn't have anyone to tint and did not call to let me know.

Thanks Z Tech! My car is 5 years old and was starting to lose that "new car" feel. After only a few hours, you guys made it JUST LIKE NEW! Fantastic customer service! I'll be back with my other cars. (By the way, the window tinting you installed 5 years ago still looks fantastic).

I had them install a couple things on my truck.I found their prices to be very reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. I will be going back here again and I highly recommend this place.

I have a breathalyzer on my vehicle and when I moved to the area this was the closest place for me to take it for bi monthly calibrations. According to intoxalock the service should be $15. Every other shop I've taken it to for calibrations it has been $15. Gave 2 stars for friendly, quick service, would have given 5 if I didn't feel they were taking advantage of me.

It took 3 trips back to the store before they got it. First they forgot to plug in one side of my taillights and then I had over spray all over my tailgate and rear rims. Plus they never did put in the Rhino badge so people would know what it is. I guess they're not proud of their work.

Great place. I have been here several times with different vehicles. They do a great job and have friendly employees. I now live 2 hours away and drove down there to have them do my new tint etc for my new car.

Dude had me schedule an appointment that was going to cost me. Then I call another place ended up having a recall on the Webasto sunroof to begin with. The guy was bad mouthing a ex employee while I was there too.

Untrustworthy and not worth the time or money. Sunroof needed to be replaced, got replaced with a moon roof (only opens 2/3 of the way) and still leaks. Took it back to have them fix and they said it can t be fixed. Almost 1000$ wasted. Should have just drove to Lafayette.

My personal experience; Jason ( store manager ) only cares about the customer till the sale. After the sale he can careless. Sales over priced stero equipment & items they themselves don t know nothing about. I would highly recommend you know what you want & how it works before buyin at this store. I bought a 1800.00 stero system from em & ended up taking it all back out & buying a better quality& better sounding system for a 1/3 Of The price at another locally owned stero shop in town & it was installed in a 1/3 Of The Time. Very disappointed in their service. Wouldn t recommend these guys to nobody!!!
