The truck was clean, didn't take too much gas, and the prices were very fair. It was incredibly easy to get a time extension as well.

The folks at this U-Haul go above and beyond to help. They're friendly, caring and super helpful. My wife and I rented a box truck and they were so kind to help us make our trip a success; which was previously looking like a failure. Highly recommend this U-Haul site and the caring people who work there. Great experience all around!

They gave me a truck that was half full and didn't tell me about a link that was sent to me. I had to put almost 70 in fuel. And she says we don't reimburse for fuel. Of course not. I would not either for very shady business practices. You're welcome for a free half tank of fuel

We had an issue with boxing a monitor to ship out to someone. Debbie started talking to us and helped us pick the best packaging possible so our shipment would not get damaged. She did such a wonderful job and was so helpful! One of the nicest people I have met in a very long time. Absolutely wonderful service! Would highly recommend this store and Debbie!

It s raining today so we tried to call to see how much it would be to keep the truck an extra day, in order to unload it tomorrow when it isn t raining, but after holding so they could make a phone call to see if the truck was reserved already or not (at their own location) they were unable to give us a straightforward price on keeping the truck an extra day. I m unsure if they actually don t know or the punks at the counter just couldn t be bothered to find out, but saying X amount plus taxes and fees is an incredibly sneaky way to do business (what taxes and fees???). I recommend using ANY other truck rental place besides this one .drive to Lafayette IN if you have to!!!!!!

Had a scheded appointment to get a hitch put on my vehicle. Showed up at the appointment time. They could not find me in their system. I showed the ONE worker the confirmation on my phone with the paid invoice. He looked again and said that my appointment had been moved to two days from when I showed up. I asked when they were going to notify me of this change since I had received no notification. He told me I would have received an email. No. I did not. AND the person I needed to talk to who was going to install was in a meeting for at at least 4 hours. I asked for a refund and even though I had a receipt showing it was paid, he said it had not been charged. Do not go there.

Did before hour pickup and they didn't prepare the keys or truck which required us to wait until they opened. Put our move almost 2 hours.

Wonderful! I had a hitch and wire harness installed in a separate state. The uhaul place in the other state messed up terribly. They attached my harness to a dangerous place and I immediately blew a fuse. STEVE at this location here in Kokomo found the problem in 10 seconds after opening the hood. My lights blew on my camper. He then sold me a temporary set of lights to get me back on the road and even attached them for me. AMAZING JOB. Took 10 mins and I was back on the road. Give this man a raise.

I've been there 2 different times this week, one time in the morning and one time the afternoon, Just trying to get my propain tank filled. No one there capable of doing this.

Rented here a few weeks back and got great service from Debra. I left some documents in the car and not too long after I got home I had a voice message from them letting me know they had found my docs. Good team of people. Coming back soon for this type of service

The team at our U-Haul on S. Lafountain St. Kokomo Indiana Is Great!! I can't praise them enough. I have rented a U-Haul twice in less than three weeks. I moved to Ohio. One of my Granddaughters came to see what she could use of the things left. Lots of things. So rented a U-Haul for her to get her things back to Vincennes. I cannot praise the S Lafountain team enough,.

After a competitor failed to fulfill a reservation we were able to get one immediately from here. Quick and professional service. No hidden fees. Dropped off over night and had a receipt the next morning in email.

Consistently one of the slowest customer experiences you will have at a uhaul. Under staffed or just lack of customer service. 20 minutes to fill a propane tank. Possibly last time I visit this particular store. Employees have no hustle at all.

This is my only experience... I have came up here the first time and waited for ONE EMPLOYEE to work or wait on 11 people including me. Some have left so I waited 25 minutes then I left too. then came back 18 minutes before they close and guess what I'm waiting again.... and AGAIN ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE!!... ITS BAD.... now I know what my best friend was saying go to the other moving company...

I had a scheduled appointment for a trailer hitch install,said that I could wait, that it should not take too long. Arrived the next day at the scheduled time and had to wait 45 minutes before they even took my car into bay for install. 2 hours later my car came out of bay ...... would not recommend this Kokomo U Haul

I was just in the parking lot eating a taco and a gentleman walks up to my car that is running with me in it and tell me I have to move trailers are arriving or I will be towed. I put my food away and move my to the other side of the lot and finish eating. Guess what no trailers ever showed. And no due to the rudeness of the situation I will never rent anything from there again. Haha joke is on them they just lost a corporate account. Silly just leave someone one for 5 minutes. I only ate 2 tacos couldn't have taken that long in your precious lot!!

Perfectly UNUSED Wardrobe boxes (4) we purchased months ago for a move out of town BUT did not use them all. UHAUL refuses to accept them back without a receipt! The reservation rep saw our rentals BUT store location in KOKOMO said I must have the receipt or credit card to receive refund. These boxes are UHAUL as you can clearly see, which only UHAUL sells them. Will consider other options for any other move in the future

My visit was fast and easy , was treated with respect and everything was very simple , ive seen some other reviews and I'm wondering if there lower review are misleading . I had no problems and was in & out and driving off with the trailer .God Bless and be safe

We rented a trailer at the end of the day and Anthony and Garret were very helpful! They did not rush us and made sure to cover everything.
