Friendly, helpful, not pushy relaxed enjoyment. Ask for Clayton he was amazing, my guy let me take the vehicle for a test ride alone, doesn t try to upswell you or push you into something you don t want but he will work like heck to get you financed, buddy put in overtime to get the deal done. I appreciate you Clayton, and Trent auto! Thanks for the pleasant experience!

My boyfriend went and test drive a Jeep. They had to start building the paperwork out. And when he went to go pick it up and do the final paperwork they had loaned it out to someone else. He had test over it again and he had informed them there was a radiator smell. They guaranteed him they were going to fix it. While we were only able to drive it for one week. In Long behold radiator fluid was leaking. And they will not fix it. I do not recommend you or anyone going and purchasing a car from this company. I will never go back there.

Highly do not recommend getting a car through this dealership. Know many young individuals stuck in car loans twice what the car is worth . Multiple issues and break downs for anyone ive known to go through them.. ruining their credit or stuck paying ridiculous payments to still be without a car. Scared to speak up or do anything to hold the business account. Do not wish the problems that come with this dealership on my worst enemy. Please save yourself the trouble . Least i can do is warn others!

We were working with Michael. My husband and I have had some hard life hit us in the past 5 years. We are still in a CH 13 and need a small get around vehicle. My husband and I sat with Michael on Jan 27, 2024 and started the search for a car that may suit us and a lender that may help.Not only was there a HUGE disappointment in communication and just general Human interaction. We would ask questions and get very vague or avoidance answers.On top of this, we applied for a vehicle on a Saturday. Now, understandably, most banks were closed. Michael told us he would be in contact on Monday after 10 am. He had my cell, husband's cell, and my email. I received NOTHING on Monday, Tuesday, and I called in Wednesday to ask about the status.He talked as if he had no idea what he was seeing on his screen. He "thinks" we need money down. He "thinks" I may need a different cosigner.But did NOT say approved or declined. He did NOT tell me what rate or bank or ANYTHING they are trying to run my credit for.I asked, "How much down do they want for a 9k vehicle?" And he had no idea. He said, "Maybe a few thousand."Now. I have been in customer service over half my life. I get that clients can be a pain and such. But neither I nor my husband have been anything but pleasant. All we want to know is YES or NO.And we are thrown around the bush, no communication, and when I requested that I would like what the bank would like down, he finally agreed to "check for me."I am so disappointed. This could turn lives around, and he just flippantly ignores his own prompt for a simple phone call or email to explain or discuss options.And here we are. 1 week later with no contact from Michael.I and my family are extremely disappointed. It's sick how you're treated for being forced to start life over. Yea these people don't know why we had to file. But it shouldn't matter. If you WANT to know it was due to hospital bills from the death of a child.Which is entirely no ones business. But as Trent auto and a few other dealerships have proven. They don't care about people. They care about numbers.I don't appreciate being treated like I have a plague over a situation I had 0 control over.I hope to find a dealership with enough human compassion to work with. If that is even a possibility at this point.Edit: To the answer from Trent. I work at a bank. I know about things taking a while, I know YOU dont make interest rates, thats common sense. I understand that the exact answers may not be immediately possible. But not contacting at ALL for days is bad business. I know you wanted to make your reply sound like I don't understand lending. But I do. And if there was no new information, call the person when you told them you would, and let them know you're waiting. It's simply common courtesy. That's all we ask for. Not to move mountains. Simple communication is all. And guessing information is unprofessional in any profession.Thanks for the reply.

Saw a truck I wanted. LJ worked quickly and was able to get me what I wanted for the price and dealing that I wanted. Excellent service and a great place to buy a truck. Awesome all around.

Look at the photos. They are liars and its very easy to disprove them. The interior was destroyed by a dog and they literally couldnt even be bothered to clean it.15k for a beat up interior 100k mile f30 335i lol (couldnt even clean the engine bay?). These guys are the definition of shady. Your prices are a joke and i feel for anyone who buys a car from you. There are much better indy dealers in the area that actually price their cars fairly. I wouldnt shop here.

My last experience purchasing a car wasn t a very good one, it took 4+ hours and had many complications. This time around with Trent Family Auto it was such a relief to be in and out within 1 hour with no issues! The salesman was very kind, and I really appreciated him taking the time to get me pre-approved the day before I visited the lot since I live an hour away. Overall it was a great experience! I ll definitely recommend them to a friend!

Definitely recommend going to Trent Family Auto! We needed a new vehicle but we re always rushed for time. LJ was awesome and got us in and out so quickly! He had everything prepared and once we returned from the test drive, he went through the paperwork, and we were out the door! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

I came by to look at a vehicle last week. I was on site for about 15minutes before a short guy with muscles finally came out and approached me and my grandpa. He seemed very rude, and didn t really feel like he wanted to talk to us. We both asked questions and he gave very short and not so thoughtful answers. He had an attitude, almost like he finally had to do his job and he didn t want to. Was looking forward to supporting a local business but I took my business and my money elsewhere.

100/10 recommend this sweet family! I had been looking for the PERFECT car for about 6 months. And I m very picky because it s a lifelong commitment. LJ made sure I got payments to where I needed them, worked hard to solve any issues that came up! I drove 1 and a half hours to test drive this car and I fell in love! I came home with the car that day, it took me less than 30 minutes to finish everything and get me on my way home! I have never had such an amazing customer service experience! Will definitely be coming back!

i just got a 2013 chevy equinox, and when i test drove it the first time it was loud and i mentioned that, i came in today to test drive it again and they looked at it and got it fixed and no more noise!! this is also my first car and im young and they worked well finding the right vehicle for me

I was recommended to this amazing dealership by a friend.all the staff were warm,welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicles.I love how they stock a lot of eco friendly vehicles that are good on gas.I would recommend Trent family auto to anyone looking for and affordable used car in a good to like new condition. The low milage is a bonus

I had an excellent buying experience at Trent family Auto.I was uncertain if they could help me, but I got everything I was promised. I am in a newer vehicle than I have ever driven before, besides rentals I am satisfied with my payments and the warranty provided! Relaxed no pressure atmosphere, very rare these days:)

Contacted them about a really high mileage car that they were selling for $8k and they said it was on the cheaper side in the market, so I looked on Kelly blue book and it was saying around $5k. I sent it to them and they just told me to have a good day very dismissively. Thankfully I didn't just go with it because not even a day later I found a newer, way lower mileage car for cheaper.

The guys at Trent helped me get into my first adult car, they were willing to work with me rather than condemn me for my credit age, and they made sure that I was set up to be a good driver in a safe and beautiful car. Absolutely give them a visit if you re in the market for an awesome and safe vehicle on or off a budget. They ll make sure you leave with a smile and help to the best of their ability to get you those keys. Awesome service, would give 20 stars if possible :)

We recently bought a truck from Trent Family Auto. They were located out of state and roughly 3 hours away from us. Being the drive was rather far, I looked up the shop and their reviews to see who I d be dealing with. Much to my surprise, they had amazing reviews which isn t something you usually see from a small auto dealer like this. So we made the journey out there and bought the truck. It became quickly apparent why they had such a great rating, the guys there were very helpful, polite, professional, and accommodating. All things that are hard to come by in the automotive business in my experience. They worked with us on everything and were more than fair to us. We were treated with some of the best customer service we have ever gotten and we fully recommend them if you re considering purchasing something from them!

I drove my friend for an hour and a half to this dealer only for them to tell us that the vehicle is not in drivable condition. He scheduled a test drive ahead of time and was never notified of any issues with the car. They were on the phone multiple times, even on the way there I mind you, so they had the opportunity to bring it up. When we inspected the car we found more issues not even relating to the bigger problem, and when we brought up price negotiations the man responded with a joke basically laughing in our faces. I ve purchased quite a few vehicles and this is by far the worst experience I ve had, what a complete waste of time when it didn t have to be.

Test drove a couple vehicles got settled on a 2011 Durango, drove flawless, a couple days later it developed a sharp pull to the right and a clunk in the front end. Gave me their mechanics number right away and are going to get everything square. They have really nice vehicles on the lot, the owner and LJ are some really cool people, easy going and make sure everything is done right. In and out in reasonable time. I definitely recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase :)

LJ got me the fastest approval I've ever had. Quick, helpful, and he did everything to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. He was very confident with his work. He presented himself trustworthy and interested in helping his customers. Best experience with a dealership and I'll be buying more cars in the future from LJ at Trent family auto in Kokomo. :)
